Name Description

Domenic Martino

Mr. Domenic Vincent Martino is Interim Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Martino is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced director of ASX listed companies. During the past three years he has held directorships in six other ASX resource-related listed companies. Previously CEO of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia, he has significant experience in the development of "micro-cap" companies and has been a key player in the re-birth of a broad grouping of ASX companies including Cokal Limited and Pan Asia Corporation Limited. Mr. Martino has a strong reputation in China, with a lengthy track record of operating in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia, where he has successfully closed key energy and resources deals with local players. He has a proven track record in capital raisings across a range of markets. Mr. Martino was a recipient of the Centenary Medal 2003 for his service to Australian society through business and the arts. He obtained a Bachelors degree from Curtin University in 1976.

Louisa Martino

Ms. Louisa Anne Martino serves as Company Secretary of Mui Corp Ltd since April 30, 2012. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of a private company during its stage of seeking investor financing. She previously worked for a corporate finance company, assisting with company compliance (ASIC and ASX) and capital raisings. She also has experience working for a government organisation in its Business Development division where she performed reviews of business opportunities and prepared business case documents seeking Government funding. She previously worked for a accounting firm in Perth, London and Sydney where she provided corporate advisory services, predominantly on IPOs and mergers and acquisitions and also performed due diligence reviews. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Marco Arosti

Mr. Marco Arosti is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. Marco Arosti is Managing Director of Phoenician Group, a Hong Kong based investment holding firm and has over 16 years of experience in the financial service industry across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Phoenician, he was the Corporate Finance Director at Platinum Securities, a Hong Kong-based financial boutique. He started his investment banking career at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley in London. Then, he moved to Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong and later led Daiwa Asia Pacific General Industries investment banking team, advising a wide range of clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions. Marco is a qualified Italian Chartered Accountant and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Italy. He earned his MSc in Economics and Business Administration with Cum Laude from Ancona University in Italy. He also holds an MBA from London Business School in the United Kingdom and completed a Mandarin Chinese Foreign Language Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Timothy Hargreaves

Mr. Timothy Hargreaves is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Hargreaves is trained as a geologist and reservoir engineer with an honours degree and post-graduate diploma from Sydney University. He has 40 years experience in international resource businesses in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East, starting his career in petroleum exploration, appraisal and business development with major companies such as BHP and Union Texas up to vice president and country manager levels. He also has worked in smaller entrepreneurial independents such as ROC Oil, Scimitar Hydrocarbons, Tethyan Copper Company and Orient & Gulf Investments at levels up to CEO / Board. He has played significant roles in over 25 oil and gas discoveries that were subsequently developed into producing fields. Currently Mr. Hargreaves is Director of Research for Resources for Republic Investment Management, a Singapore based fund manager and is a non-executive director of Elk Petroleum Limited (ASX:ELK) and formerly a non-executive director of the Environmental Group Limited (ASX:EGL). He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Geological Society of America, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Southeast Asian Petroleum Exploration Society, and Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia.

Raden Sukhyar

Dr. Raden Sukhyar is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Dr. Sukhyar received a BSc.Hons degree in Geology in 1980 from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. He graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia with a Ph.D degree in Earth Sciences in 1990. He followed public administration, leadership and corporate governance courses, including a leadership course in National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas). During the year 2013-2015 he held a position as Director General of Mineral and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), the Republic of Indonesia, and previously for the year 2008-2013 he was assigned as the Head of Geological Agency, MEMR. During his career as a Government official he was awarded Merit Medal for Working Dedication and medal of Ultimate Service Performance Star from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2013-2015 he held a position as President Commissioner of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk, a listed state owned mining company, and in 2002-2008 he was assigned as a Commissioner of PT Timah Tbk, a listed state owned tin company, and in 2005-2009 he was posted as a Commissioner of Pertamina Geothermal Energy. In 2009-2012 he chaired the Steering Committee for Coordinating Geo-science Program (CCOP) for Southeast and East Asia Countries, and now is an Honorary Advisory member of CCOP. Currently he is the Chairman of Indonesian Smelter and Mineral Processing Association.

Ghassan Zok

Mr. Ghassan Zok is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Zok brings with him over 31 years of extensive management experience in the pharmaceutical industry at world class companies, Sandoz and Novartis (merger of Sandoz and Ciba-Geigy), where he served as CEO for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in South Africa, then Managing Director for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in Greece, then CEO for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in Belgium and finally CEO for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Country President for Novartis in Belgium. Mr. Zok received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1966 from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. In 1972, he graduated with an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France. In 1992, he attended the Columbia University Executive Programme in International Management in New York, and in 1999 the Harvard University – Novartis Forum in Boston (MA), Luzern (CH) and Mumbai (IND).
