Jeff Kearl |
Mr. Jeff Kearl is Chairman of the Board of Skullcandy Inc. He has served as a member of compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Jeff is the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Stance, an action sports-inspired men’s hosiery company. From February 2008 to February 2009, Jeff was employed by Skullcandy as executive chairman of the board. From April 2007 to April 2008, Jeff was director of strategy and new ventures for Hewlett Packard. From June 2004, Jeff was executive vice president and a member of the board of Logoworks until it was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in April 2007. Jeff was previously an associate at vSpring Capital, an early stage venture capital fund. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors at Needle, Stance and Connect SDSI. Jeff holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University. |
Hoby Darling |
Mr. Hoby Darling has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Skullcandy, Inc., effective March 18, 2013. Mr. Darling served as General Manager, Nike+ Digital Sport from July 2012 to March 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Darling served as the Head of Strategy and Planning for Nike Affiliates from October 2011 to July 2012. Mr. Wescoat is a veteran Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of financial, accounting, IT, supply chain management, strategic planning, legal and risk management experience with a variety of public and private companies in the branded consumer electronics, consumer goods and lifestyle accessory categories. Sam Paschel |
Mr. Sam Paschel has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Product Development and Merchandising of Skullcandy, Inc., effective September 14, 2012. Mr. Paschel most recently acted as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Burton Snowboards, where he led the efforts of cross functional and international teams and all winter subsidiary brands. Previous to that he has held several product and general management related positions within Burton and Giro. Mr. Rick Alden is Director of Skullcandy Inc. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He founded Skullcandy in January 2003 and until March 2011 served as Chief Executive Officer.
