Mr. Robert Greenberg is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Skechers USA Inc. As founder, leader and stockholder since inception in 1992 and the driving force behind brand and products, Mr. Greenberg is uniquely qualified to serve on and lead Board of Directors.

Michael Greenberg

Mr. Michael Greenberg is President, Director of Skechers USA, Inc. He has served as President and a member of Board of Directors since company’s inception in 1992, and from June 1992 to October 1993, he served as Chairman of the Board.

David Weinberg

Mr. David Weinberg is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Skechers USA, Inc. In 1999, Mr. Rappaport founded WestPark Capital, a full service investment banking and securities brokerage firm that serves the needs of both private and public companies worldwide, as well as individual and institutional investors, and he is its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rappaport received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, and his M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Richard Siskind

Mr. Richard Siskind is Independent Director of Skechers USA, Inc since June 1999. In 1991, Mr. Siskind founded R. Siskind & Company, a business that purchases brand name men’s and women’s apparel and accessories and redistributes those items to off-price retailers. R. Siskind & Company also controls other companies that have licenses and distribution agreements for various brands, and he is its Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. From November 2002 to June 2006, Mr. Siskind served as a member of the Board of Directors of Magic Lantern Group, Inc. (AMEX:GML), which changed its name from JKC Group, Inc.

Thomas Walsh

Mr. Thomas Walsh is Independent Director of Skechers USA Inc since September 2010. From May 1993 until retiring in November 2006, Mr. Walsh served as senior vice president and portfolio manager with Colbie Pacific Capital, which is a factoring and asset-based lender located in Southern California.
