D. Greg Horrigan	Mr. D. Greg Horrigan is Non-Executive Co-Chairman of the Board of Silgan Holdings Inc., since March 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Horrigan was Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 1994 until March 2006. Mr. Horrigan was also Co-Chairman of the Board in an executive capacity from August 2004 until March 2006 and, prior to that, President. Mr. Horrigan is one of co-founders and has been a Director since inception in 1987. Prior to founding the Company in 1987, Mr. Horrigan was Executive Vice President and Operating Officer of Continental Can Company from 1984 to 1987.
R. Philip Silver	Mr. R. Philip Silver is Non-Executive Co-Chairman of the Board of Silgan Holdings Inc., since March 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Silver was Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 1994 until March 2006. Mr. Silver was also Co-Chairman of the Board in an executive capacity from August 2004 until March 2006 and, prior to that, Chairman of the Board in an executive capacity.
