Waterhouse, John Mr. John R. Waterhouse joined the Board of Slingsby (H.C) Plc in November 2005 as Non-Executive Director and became Non-Executive Chairman of the Board on 1 February 2007. He is also a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. A physics graduate from Oxford University, John, was Managing Director of several industrial services companies in the IT, Waste Management and Construction sectors. He was a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of North Bradford Primary Care Trust and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of A H Marks Limited.
Hudson, Raymond Mr. Raymond G. Hudson serves as Financial Director, Company Secretary, Executive Director of Slingsby (H.C.) Plc. He joined the group as company accountant in 1985 from Ernst & Young, having qualified as a Chartered Certified accountant with them. He became Company Secretary in 1990 and was appointed to the Board as Financial Director in 1991.
