Name Description

Kuntoro Mangkusubroto

Prof. Dr. Kuntoro Mangkusubroto serves as the President Commissioner, Independent Commissioner of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since May 19, 2015. He was Commissioner of the Company from December 2001 to May 5, 2008, and Independent Commissioner from May 5, 2008 until October 28, 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, the United States, and a Doctorate in Philosophy in Engineering Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. He also holds an honorary doctorate degree in Engineering from Northeastern University in 2012. He served as Head of the reconstruction agency for Aceh and Nias (2005-2009) and headed the special Presidential supervisory unit UKP4 under the last administration. He also led the REDD+ task force for managing GHG emissions from deforestation. He concurrently serves as Chairman of the National Committee on Post-2015 Development Agenda, Eminent Persons Panel, United Nations and is also Chairman of Governing Council and Professor in Decision Science, School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), which he co-founded (2003). He was Minister of Mines and Energy, President Director of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara, PT Tambang Timah and PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam, Deputy Chairman of the National Board of Investment and Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Engineers.

Gerhard Schutz

Mr. Gerhard (Gary) Wolfgang Schutz serves as the President Director of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since October 1, 2014. Mr. Schutz holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Rapperswil, Switzerland, and an MBA from the University of South Australia. Mr. Schutz has over 20 years experience with Holcim and previously served as CEO, Holcim Vietnam. Prior to this he held various positions in cement manufacturing and project management from 1994 to 2002, when he assumed the role of Plant Manager at Hon Chong until 2005 and Technical Director Holcim Vietnam until 2009. Previous to Holcim, he served in senior management positions with Siemens AG and Peyer AG.

Ian Thackwray

Mr. Ian S. Thackwray serves as Vice President Commissioner of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since May 19, 2015. He served as President Commissioner from May 6, 2014 until May 19, 2015. He holds Master of Arts in Chemistry from University of Oxford. Ian Thackwray is a member of the Executive Committee of Holcim responsible for East Asia Pacific (EAPac) including South East Asia, East Asia (China) Oceania and Holcim Trading. From 2006 to 2010 he served as CEO of Holcim Philippines Asian/Pacific. Prior to this he was President of Dow Corning, based in Shanghai from 2004 to 2006 having held various management roles with Dow Corning Corporation in Europe, North America and Asia since 1985. Formerly with PriceWaterhouse, he handled corporate accounts in Europe. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Mark Schmidt

Mr. Mark Anatol Schmidt serves as Chief Financial Officer of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since February 25, 2016. He holds Bilingual Master of Finance (German/French) from University of Fribourg (Universite de Fribourg), Switzerland. He is a US Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Holcim Indonesia, he served as CFO Holcim Brazil with responsibilities for finance, control, tax, procurement and credit management. From 2010 to 2014, he served as Head Corporate Holdings of Holcim Group Services, Zurich, responsible for 60 finance and holding companies around the world, treasury management and financial risk monitoring at corporate level. He managed financial integration of Holcim Australia post acquisition in 2009, was CFO of France Benelux Holcim European Services Belgium in 2008 and Head of Corporate Reporting Holcim Group Services, Zurich (2003-2008). Before joining Holcim he was Senior Manager in the Audit practice of KPMG Zurich, Switzerland.

Dhamayanti Suhita

Ms. Dhamayanti Suhita serves as Marketing Director of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since February 25, 2016. She graduated from Universitas Airlangga and holds Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Monash University. She has 25 years experience with multinational companies, including HM Sampoerna, Unilever, Mead Johnson and Indofood in both consumer and industrial markets.

Wiwik Muji Wahyuni

Ms. Wiwik Muji Wahyuni serves as Director of Human Resources of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since October 1, 2014. Wiwik Wahyuni brings over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management with expertise and experience in developing organizational transformation and culture change strategies. Her area of expertise includes developing and managing programs in talent development, leadership, productivity, talent acquisition and retention, and remuneration for global multinational companies. Prior to joining Holcim, she was HR Director of Campbells Arnotts Indonesia. Her previous posts include the establishment of a US-based HR consultancy, prior to this she served with Monsanto in the USA as HR Director for several global functions, and earlier as HR Director for Monsanto in Southeast Asia in Singapore, and Country HR Lead in Indonesia. Before 2002 she held a senior HR management position with DuPont Inc. in Indonesia. She is a graduate from Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, and California State University, and holds other professional qualifications in international cross-cultural communication, law and human resources management.

Marcelo Castro

Mr. Marcelo Almeida Castro serves as a Director of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since February 25, 2016. He holds Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and Master in Business Administration from University of Houston. He has completed the Holcim Leadership Seminar at IMD (International Institute of Management Development) and has Graduate Certificate in Mining and Quarry Management from University of Leicester, UK. He served as worldwide Head of RMX Performance Improvement and Deputy since April 2013. Mr. Francois Alain Jean Goulut serves as Director of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since May 19, 2015. He holds Master in Engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Nancy. He brings over 24 years of experience in cement plant management and operations. He was Manufacturing Director of Holcim Vietnam (2010-2014). He started his career in Holcim France (1992) and continued to serve in various countries as in Holcim Chile, Holcim Sri Lanka, Holcim Vietnam and Holcim Indonesia since January 2015.

Farida Helianti Sastrosatomo

Mrs Sastrosatomo holds a Degree in Law from University of Indonesia. Her career spans 17 years as corporate counsel for a number of leading companies. Her experience is in corporate mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring and company law. Prior to joining Holcim she held the position as Legal Director for PT Carrefour Indonesia since 2007. He is Area Manager for South East Asia and member of senior management of Holcim Ltd. He served as CEO of Holcim Romania from 2011 to 2013 and Senior Vice President in charge of Manufacturing at Holcim Philippines from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this he was Assistant to a member of the Holcim Executive Committee 2004-2007 and was Technical Director for Holcim Indonesia in 2002. Mr. Bach commenced his duties with Holcim as project engineer and manager in 1994 and holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich.

Mr. Hendra Kartasasmita serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since May 19, 2015. He holds a Master degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, and graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Management. He was Country Managing Director of IDS Group (part of Li & Fung Group), Regional Project Director of Reckitt Benckiser East Asia, President Director of Indonesia and Project Leader of Asia Pacific for Reckitt Benckiser, East Asia, Business Unit Leader of Unilever Indonesia, Country Manager of Indonesia at Black & Decker Asia Pacific and Marketing Head of Johnson & Johnson Indonesia. John Rachmat

Mr. John Daniel Rachmat has been an Independent Commissioner of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since March 8, 2010. He earned Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School, University of London, and Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London. Mr. Rachmat is currently Head of Equity Research at Mandiri Sekuritas, based in Jakarta. A qualified Chartered Accountant with Stoy Hayward, London, Mr. Rachmat has served with a number of leading stock broking companies and investment banks including Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities, Schroders Indonesia and Morgan Grenfell Asia, Indonesia. He is the Chairman of Company's Audit Committee.

Kemal Azis Stamboel

Mr. Kemal Azis Stamboel has been Independent Commissioner of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk since May 17, 2004. He holds Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia, and Master of Business Administration from Arthur D. Little School of Management (now known as Hult International Business School), the United States. His previous employments include Country Leader at IBM Business Consulting Services and Managing Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Indonesia. Mr. Stamboel has also been appointed Member of Board of Supervisors of BRR Aceh and Nias, Vice Chairman Executive Team of the National ICT (Information Communication and Technology) Council, Independent Commissioner of PT Krakatau Steel and Independent Commissioner of PT Titan Petrokimia Nusantara. He is a founding member of the Indonesian Society for Transparency, a member of the Indonesian Institute for Good Governance and a Board Member of the National Committee for Policy and Good Governance. He is a Member of Company's Audit Committee.
