Ewan Mason

 Mr. Ewan D. Mason serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Scorpio Mining Corp. Mr. Mason received training in accounting principles while studying for his MBA. He is an Owner and Proprietor of Bert’s Sports, Mississauga, Ontario, November 2009 to present. Vice President Finance and Director of Tryniti.ca since December 2010. Strategic consultant to the Board of HudBay Minerals Inc., from June 2009 to October 2009. Managing Director and Head of Global Mining Investment Banking at TD Securities, LLC from Jan 2005 to May 2009.

Pierre Lacombe

 Mr. Pierre Lacombe serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Scorpio Mining Corp. He has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective April 22, 2013. Mr. Lacombe has been Principal Process Engineer with AMEC since 2000.  Mr. Hemdat Sawh serves as Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Mining Corp. Mr. Sawh holds a BSc in Geology from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Geology from McGill University. He obtained an MBA from York University in 1988 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1990. He is Chief Financial Officer from May 2011 to present. Chief Financial Officer of Crystallex International Corporation from 2007 – 2011 and Goldbelt Resources Ltd. from 2005 – 2007.

Victoria Vargas

 Ms. Victoria Vargas serves as Vice President - Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Scorpio Mining Corp., since November 1, 2011. She has been Vice President Investor Relations at Greystar Resources September 2010 – April 2011, Romarco Minerals September 2009 – April 2010, Iberian Minerals Inc. He has worked as a consulting geologist to a number of intermediate and senior mining companies including Teck Corp, Noranda Inc, Placer Dome Inc and Barrick Gold Corp. He is currently President and CEO of Scorpio Gold Corporation.

Jonathan Berg

 Mr. Jonathan Berg serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Scorpio Mining Corp. Mr. Berg received training in accounting principles while studying for his MBA. Mr. Berg served as non-executive Chairman of Colombia Goldfields, Ltd. from April 2005 to May 2010 and was also Vice-President, Finance of PeriCor Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Berg’s is experienced in the areas of corporate strategy and structure, capital raising and commercial negotiation.
