He has 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, focusing mainly on the small - medium sized business segments for public accounting firms. He has experience in the role of CFO and is a Director of Citadel Gold Mines Inc. (NEX: CGM), as well as being a member of that Company's audit Committee. Previously he worked in public practice in Toronto, as a Senior Manager - Small Business sector.

 Mr. Ibrahim Al Hamer is Independent Director of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in the aviation, aluminum, petroleum, hospitality and banking industries. He has served on the Board of two publicly traded companies on the Bahrain Stock Exchange. From 1985 - 2001 he was Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait. He has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Bahrain Hotels Company and Undersecretary of Civil Aviation in the Ministry of Transport, Bahrain. In addition, he was the CEO of Gulf Air, Bahrain, one of the airlines in the Middle East.

Pierre Jeanniot

 Dr. Pierre J. Jeanniot is Independent Director of Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. Mr. Jeanniot brings to his position a lifetime of experience as a veteran of the aviation industry. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Air Canada in 1980, and was President and CEO from 1984 to 1990. He was appointed Director General and Chief Executive Officer of International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 1992. Under his leadership, IATA evolved into the voice of international civil aviation, strongly defending and promoting the interests of the airline community and its partners throughout the world. He was Chairman of THALES Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the worldwide THALES Group, from 2003 to December 2009. THALES Canada is supplier of hi-tech systems to commercial aviation, metro and light rail, as well as military requirements throughout Canada and offshore. In 1990, Mr. Jeanniot established Jinmag Management and Investment Inc. which provides advice to airlines, governments and international civil aviation authorities, as well as of aviation and transportation-related companies. He currently serves on the Boards of a number of companies, and spent 14 years on the Board of Scotia Bank, while devoting himself to many social and charitable causes.
