Stephen Waldis	Mr. Stephen G. Waldis is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. From 2000 until 2011, Mr. Waldis also served as President of Synchronoss. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Waldis served as Chief Operating Officer at Vertek Corporation, a privately held professional services company serving the telecommunications industry. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Waldis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Logical Design Solutions, a provider of telecom and interactive solutions. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Waldis worked in various technical and product management roles at AT&T. Mr. Waldis received a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from Seton Hall University.
Robert Garcia	Mr. Robert Garcia is President, Chief Operating Officer of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. He has served as President of Synchronoss since December 2011 and Chief Operating Officer since April 2007.
