Stephen Waldis

Mr. Stephen G. Waldis is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. From 2000 until 2011, Mr. Waldis also served as President of Synchronoss. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Waldis served as Chief Operating Officer at Vertek Corporation, a privately held professional services company serving the telecommunications industry. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Waldis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Logical Design Solutions, a provider of telecom and interactive solutions. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Waldis worked in various technical and product management roles at AT&T. Mr. Waldis received a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from Seton Hall University.

Robert Garcia

Mr. Robert Garcia is President, Chief Operating Officer of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. He has served as President of Synchronoss since December 2011 and Chief Operating Officer since April 2007. Prior to that position, Mr. Garcia served in positions at Synchronoss, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Service Delivery and General Manager of Synchronoss western office since joining Synchronoss in August 2000. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Synchronoss since July 2001. David Berry

Mark Mendes

Mr. Mark Mendes is an Executive Vice President - InterconnectNow, President of Broadband Solutions of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. Prior to that position, Mr. Mendes was Chief Information Officer from December 2010 until January 2013 and Executive Vice President of InterconnectNow since he joined Synchronoss in September 2008 in connection with Synchronoss' acquisition of Wisor Telecom Corp., where Mr. Mendes was Chief Executive Officer since 2001. Prior to joining Wisor, from 1997 to 2001, Mr. Mendes was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of NET2000 Communications, Inc. Biju Nair

Mr. Biju Nair is an Executive Vice President - Product Management, Chief Corporate Strategy Officer of Synchronoss Technologies Inc., since March 2011, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Sapience in 2009, Mr. Nair was Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Connectivity and Security Group at Smith Micro Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMSI), a position he held since Mobility Solutions Group, a division of PCTEL, Inc., the company where he was Corporate Vice President & General Manager and founder, was acquired by Smith Micro in 2008. Mr. Nair also held senior executive positions at SAFCO Technologies and Agilent Technologies. Ms. Karen L. Rosenberger serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. Before joining Synchronoss, Ms. Rosenberger held various management positions with Medical Broadcasting Company and CoreTech Consulting Group. James McCormick

Mr. James M. McCormick is Director of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. He is a founder of Synchronoss, has been a member of the company Board of Directors since the company inception in 2000 and served as the company Treasurer from September 2000 until December 2001. Mr. McCormick is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vertek Corporation. Prior to founding Vertek in 1988, Mr. McCormick was a member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Mr. Charles E. Hoffman is Independent Director of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., since June 2006. From 2001 until 2008, Mr. Hoffman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Covad Communications Group, Inc. Prior to 2001, Mr. Hoffman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers AT&T. Thomas Hopkins

Mr. Thomas J. Hopkins has been a Independent Director of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc since December 2004. Mr. Hopkins is a Managing Director of Colchester Capital, LLC, an investment and advisory firm.
