Biographies

Name Description

Martin Bloom

Mr. Martin Bloom is Independent Chairman of the Board of ReneSola Ltd., since September 2006. He has been independent director since July 2006. Mr. Bloom is currently the managing director of Emblem Ventures, an investment company established in 1956 where he has been a director since 1976. Mr. Bloom also served as a co-chairman of the China UK Venture Capital Joint Working Group from January 2005. From 1996 to 1997, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand as project manager of the International Business and Industrial Secondments (IBIS) Scheme, a technology transfer scheme between the United Kingdom and Japan on behalf of the Department of Trade & Industry of the United Kingdom. Mr. Bloom has a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from the University of Southampton and a master’s degree in history jointly from Imperial College and University College, London. Mr. Bloom is a member of the audit committee, compensation committee and corporate governance and nominating committee of the board of directors.

Xianshou Li

Mr. Xianshou Li is Chief Executive Officer, Director of ReneSola Ltd., since March 2005. Prior to founding solar power business in 2005, Mr. Li founded Yuhuan Solar Energy Source Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of solar cell and module products for both commercial and residential applications and served as the chairman since its inception. Mr. Li also served as the general manager of Yuhuan County Solar Energy Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of mini solar panels and solar cell modules from 2002 to 2006. He worked as a government official in the Yuhuan County Culture Bureau from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Li received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering management from Zhejiang Industrial University in 1991.

Henry Wang

Mr. Henry Wang is Chief Financial Officer of ReneSola Ltd., since July 2011. Mr. Wang first joined the company in January 2010 and served as vice president of finance from April 2010 to June 2011. He has over 18 years of experience in financial services with experience in accounting and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Renesola, Mr. Wang worked for various US-listed companies and is well-versed in US Gaap and IFRS, and has deep experience in financial reporting, SOX compliance, budgeting and control, and other financial and accounting matters. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Wang was responsible for and will continue to be responsible for internal control, cost control, and cash flow management initiatives. Prior to joining ReneSola, Mr. Wang served as vice president of finance for YRCW China Ground Transportation Business from 2008 to 2010, and financial controller for the China branch of Expeditors International Incorporation from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Wang also worked in various roles in the manufacturing industry for 11 years at both multinational and domestic companies, and has experience in financial control and cost control. Mr. Wang holds CPA and CIA certifications and received a bachelor’s degree in law from Shanghai Jiaotong University and MBA from Hong Kong Opening University.

Kevin Chen

Mr. Kevin Chen is President, America Region of ReneSola Ltd., since February 2012. Prior to joining Renesola, he was the director of project development in Trina Solar, where he was the solar power plant development business in America. Prior to Trina, he was developing the solar PV program for Southern California Edison, where he was a project manager of business planning and development. In addition to solar, he had developed a variety of business opportunities with different energy resources for SCE. Prior to SCE, Mr. Chen had broad responsibilities in GE Energy, where he delivered several largescale projects to international utilities in electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as completed product development for electrical system. Mr. Chen holds MBA from University of California at Los Angeles and MS in Electric Power from Iowa State University.

Stephen Huang

Mr. Stephen Huang has been President, Asia-Pacific Region of ReneSola Ltd., since January 2012. Prior to becoming President, he was vice president of wafer sales since Dec. 2009. Mr. Huang, a former reserve officer for the Taiwan Marine Corps, has over 18 years of managerial and sales experience, including 15 years in the semiconductor and solar industry. Prior to joining ReneSola, Mr. Huang worked at Topco Scientific Co., Ltd. from 1994 to 2009, where he began as a wafer sales specialist. He served as director of their wafer materials division from 2004 to 2006 and vice president in charge of both wafer materials and photovoltaic busines from 2006 to 2009. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Huang worked as HR supervisor for Toshiba Compressor (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. Before joining the Taiwan Marine Corps, Mr. Huang received his bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from Taiwan University.

Xiaoliang Liang

Mr. Xiaoliang Liang is President, China Region of ReneSola Ltd., since March 2012. Mr. Liang has a diverse business development and engineering background with over seven years developing renewable energy and electric power. Prior to joining ReneSola, he was the director of project development at AES China, where he led its wind power project development business and worked on hydro and thermal power project developments in China, from 2010 to 2011. From 2006 to 2010, he served as a business director at Gamesa Energy, where he led a team in developing more than 2 GW of wind farms in northern and eastern China. Mr. Liang also worked as an engineer at China International Water and Electric Corporation from 2003 to 2006. He holds a master’s degree from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.

Jijun Shi

Mr. Jijun Shi is President, European Region of ReneSola Ltd., since January 2012. Mr. Shi has more than 25 years of managerial experience in Europe including over 10 years of experience in the solar industry. Before joining ReneSola, Mr. Shi served as a senior manager at EGing Photovoltaic Europe GmbH. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as purchasing manager for the Asia-Pacific region at PAIRAN elektronik GmbH. From 2001 to 2007, he worked as manager of China at Hasbach Prüfanlagentechnik GmbH. From 1999 to 2001 and 1998 to 1999, Mr. Shi had managerial roles with Krahn Chemie GmbH and Hasbach Prüfanlagentechnik GmbH, respectively. From 1986 to 1991, he worked for China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) as an assistant general manager. Mr. Shi received a bachelor’s degree in German from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, a master’s degree in German from Shanghai Tongji University and a degree in business management from Frankfurt University.

Anthony Hung

Mr. Anthony Hung is Vice President - International Corporate Finance and Corporate Communications of Renesola Ltd., since July 2011. He has worked in corporate finance for approximately ten years with investment banking and capital markets experience in both the United States and China. Prior to joining ReneSola, Mr. Hung worked at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong where he was involved in a number of capital market transactions, including ReneSola's various capital markets transactions, from 2005 to 2009. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Hung worked as an associate at Bastion Capital Corporation in Los Angeles from 2000 to 2002 and at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York in Investment Banking from 1997 to 1999. He also served as chief financial officer for Nasdaq-listed Wowjoint Holdings in 2010 and co-founded Ave3D Inc. in 1999. In 2009, Mr. Hung volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in Sichuan, where he served as a team leader for reconstruction following the Sichuan earthquake of 2008. He received his bachelor's degree from New York University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Wei Fang

Mr. Fang Wei is Vice President - Group Financial Control of Renesola Ltd., since August 2012. Mr. Fang Wei joined the company in July 2009, serving as Yuhui’s Financial Controller and as ReneSola’s Senior Financial Controller. Mr. Fang has nearly a decade of senior financial management and business management experience in domestic manufacturing enterprises, with a practical management experience in the field of the overall budgets, funds management, cost control, risk control and mergers and acquisitions. In the eight years before joining ReneSola, Mr. Fang worked in a subsidiary of Midea Group in financial and operational management, serving from 2002 as budget manager and senior finance manager, and from 2005 as chief financial controller and operations controller. Prior to Midea, Mr. Fang worked in a state-owned enterprise and an accounting firm for more than two years in cost accounting and auditing. Mr. Fang holds a certificate from the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). He graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 1999, where he majored in Financial Accounting. In August 2011, he was admitted to the Executive Program of the Shanghai Jiaotong University MBA program, where he will obtain his EMBA.

Jun Tang

Mr. Jun Tang is Group Vice President and General Manager - Wafer Business of Renesola Ltd. Mr. Tang has over 18 years of operational experience in research and development, management, administration, and project implementation in the solar industry, who is currently a member of China PV committee (association). Prior to joining Renesola, Mr. Tang worked for Zhejiang Sino-Italian Photovoltaic Co., Ltd (SIPV), where he served as deputy general manager for 4 years and general manager for 8 years. Prior to SIPV, he served as the director of the project department to establish the first multicrystaline silicon wafer production line in China. Prior to that, he served as project manager in China National Photovoltaic Technology Development Centre ( CPVC ), where he oversaw research and development projects financed by the Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST) in the photovoltaic industry. He was also involved in the formulation of various national standards for various photovoltaic products including wafers. Mr. Tang received his master of science degree from Huazhong University of Science & Technology and his business administration degree from Zhejiang University.

John Ding

Mr. John Ding is Vice President - Internal Control and Audit of ReneSola Ltd., since March 2011. Mr. Ding previously served as director of internal control and audit for ReneSola since 2009. With nearly twenty years of work experience in finance, including more than ten years of management experience and over five years of internal control and audit experience at US-listed companies, Mr. Ding has comprehensive knowledge in accounting, tax policies, credit control and physical asset management. Before joining ReneSola, Mr. Ding served as director of internal audit and SOX compliance at The9 Limited from 2008 to 2009 and held positions in credit, tax and internal control departments at Dell (China) Co., Ltd. from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Ding received a bachelor's degree in international economics and trade from Fudan University as well as a master's degree in professional accounting from Xiamen University. He holds CIA and CCSA certificates.

Yuncai Wu

Mr. Yuncai Wu is Director of ReneSola Ltd., since March 2005. He has served as vice president since November 2007. He was chief operating officer from May 2006 to October 2007. Mr. Wu has been a director of Zhejiang Yunhuan Solar Energy Source Co. Ltd. since its inception in 2004. Mr. Wu worked with the Yuhuan County Government from 1999 to 2005, first as a section chief in Industrial and Economic Committee from 1999 to 2001 and then as a section chief in the Bureau of Economic and Trade from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Wu received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Zhejiang University in 1988.

Wee Seng Tan

Mr. Wee Seng Tan is Independent Director of ReneSola Ltd., since April 2009. Mr. Tan has over 30 years of financial, operation and business management experience and has also held various senior management positions in a number of multi-national corporations. Mr. Tan is an independent director of 7 Days Group Holdings Limited, a company listed on the NYSE. Mr. Tan is also a non-executive director of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited and Xtep International Holdings Limited, both listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Tan served in various executive roles, including as executive director, chief financial officer and company secretary for Li Ning Company Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Tan was the senior vice president of Reuters for the China, Mongolia and North Korea regions, and the chief representative of Reuters in China. Prior to that, he served as the managing director of a Reuters subsidiary, AFE Computer Services Limited in Hong Kong, as director of Infocast Pty Limited, a Reuters subsidiary in Australia, and as the regional finance manager of Reuters East Asia. Mr. Tan is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Mr. Tan is a member of the audit committee and corporate governance and nominating committee of the board of directors.

Jing Wang

Mr. Jing Wang is Independent Director of ReneSola Ltd., since June 2006. Mr. Wang is currently the chief economist at Minsheng Bank. He is also an adviser for the United Nations Development Program. He currently serves as an independent director at Tianjin Binhai Energy & Development Co., Ltd., an energy company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China, and Tianjin Marine Shipping Co., Ltd., a shipping company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in China. From 2001 to 2003, he was the general manager of Tianjin Investment Company, a company that invests in the energy sector. From 1999 to 2001, he was a deputy director of Securitiesand Futures Administrative Office of Tianjin. Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Tianjin University of Finance & Economics in 1982 and his master’s degree in international finance from the University of Paris in 1983.
