Name Description

Nasser Chammaa

 Mr. Nasser Chammaa serves as Chairman of the Board and General Manager for Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District SAL (Solidere). He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Solidere International Limited, DIFC. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Operations Research, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He previously held the position of Head of Operations and Maintenance at Bell Laboratories, International Telecommunications Union, and Saudi Oger Ltd. He was Head of the Board of Founding members of Solidere. From 2001 to 2005, he was Chairman of the Board of trustees and President of the executive committee for the Children Cancer Center of Lebanon. He is Member of the Board of Trustees of Prince of Wales’ School of Traditional Arts, London, and Member of the Arab Business Council, affiliated with the World Economic Forum. In 2004, Mr. Chammaa was decorated with Order of the Cedar (Officer).

Maher Beydoun

 Mr. Maher Y. Beydoun serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District SAL (Solidere) since May 1994. He is a partner and a manager of various commercial companies in Lebanon and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a Member of various professional committees.

Fadi Boustany

 Mr. Fadi Boustany is Vice Chairman of the Board of Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District SAL (Solidere) since July 2009. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Metropole Group, which operates in Lebanon, Monaco, France and the United States. He also sits as Director of Fondation Nabil Boustany in Monaco. Mr. Douaidy was former Financial Director at the Paris headquarters of the Lebanese construction group SOGEX, based in Saudi Arabia, and a former Financial Controller and Financial Director at the Paris headquarters of the real estate group Mac Construction and Stow, based in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and United Kingdom.

 Mr. Sami Nahas serves as Member of the Board and Legal Counsel for Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District SAL (Solidere) since May 1994. He is a Legal counsel and attorney at law, participated in international judicial committees.

Raphael Sabbagha
