William Sheriff |
Mr. William M. Sheriff is Non-Independent Chairman of the Board of Silver Predator Corp. He has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 28 February 2012. He is the Chairman and founder of the Predator Group, a privately-held management company, and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Predator as well as the Chairman of the Company, Tigris Uranium Corp., and Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. Mr. Sherriff has over 30 years experience in the natural resource industry. He co-founded and served as Director and Chairman of Energy Metals Corporation, formerly a public company listed on the NYSE Arca and the TSX, and subsequently established Golden Predator as a gold property explorer and developer in Yukon, Canada. Mr. Sheriff received his B.Sc. in Geology from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and his M.Sc. from the University of Texas-El Paso in Mining Geology. |
Nathan Tewalt |
Mr. Nathan A. Tewalt has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Silver Predator Corp., with effect from 28 February 2012. He is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Wolfpack Gold Corp. He has over 25 years of experience in exploration and executive management positions in the western United States. Mr. Tewalt founded Nevgold Resource Corp. in 2007 and Colombian Mines Corporation in 2006, serving as director and Chief Executive Officer of both of these companies, which continue to carry on in the business of mineral exploration. In 2012, Silver Predator Corp. acquired Nevgold Resource Corp. and appointed Mr. Tewalt as Silver Predator Corp.’s Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Uranium Inc., Mr. Tewalt completed a private company acquisition in Texas that resulted in the uranium explorer progressing from a private start up in 2003, gaining a public listing in 2004, and winding up as a buy out in 2006 by Energy Metals Corporation (subsequently acquired by Uranium One Inc. for US$1.8 billion). Uranium One is a mining company listed on the TSX and Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Prior to Standard Uranium Inc., he was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Great Basin Gold Ltd., where he and his exploration team discovered the Midas style vein system and completed the Hollister ‘Ivanhoe’ Mine acquisition. Great Basin Gold Ltd. is an international gold mining company listed on the TSX and New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Tewalt is a Registered Geologist (Washington) specializing in Nevada style precious metals systems. |
Anthony Jackson |
Mr. Anthony Jackson has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Silver Predator Corp., effective November 5,2012. Mr. Jackson is a Principal at BridgeMark Financial Corp. providing accounting and financial consulting services to developing and mature stage companies and by working as their chief financial officer (CFO), handling all aspects of the Company's administration, compliance, reporting and finance activities. Mr. Jackson is also founder of Jackson & Company Chartered Accountants assisting private and public companies with full service accounting and tax functions (audit, reviews, compilations, corporate and personal tax). Prior to his time at BridgeMark Financial, Mr. Jackson worked at Ernst & Young LLP for 3 years while obtaining his CA designation before moving onto work as a senior analyst at a boutique investment banking firm. During this time he worked on a broad range of public and private companies in a variety of industries. Most recently Mr. Jackson has had experience as a Director and CFO of numerous publicly traded companies, and is currently the CFO of Mediterranean Resources Ltd. and Nanton Nickel Corp. Mr. Jackson obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2006 and is a member of the BC and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Simon Fraser in 2004. |
Thomas Chadwick |
Mr. Thomas H. Chadwick has been appointed as Vice President - Exploration of Silver Predator Corp., with effect from 28 February 2012. Mr. Chadwick is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 30 years of mineral exploration and production-related mining experience. A graduate of the Geoscience Program at the University of Arizona (BSc), Mr. Chadwick also conducted post-graduate studies in geology at the University of Montana. Mr. Chadwick has worked as an independent consultant both domestically and internationally for clients that include Placer Dome, AngloGold, Barrick, and Eurasian Minerals and has a reputation for excellent field mapping skills within the Western United States exploration community. Mr. Chadwick has been instrumental in a number of discoveries during his career, including the Montanore deposit in Northwest Montana and the Hollister Mine in Nevada. His work has been published in many venues, including the Geological Society of America (1995), Economic Geology (1996), Mineralogy and Petrology (1997) and the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology (Santa Reina Fields 7.5' map, 2006). |
Robert Carne |
Mr. Robert C. Carne is Independent Director of Silver Predator Corp. Mr. Carne was a principal of Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited from 1981 to 2002. Mr. Carne is currently President and a director of ATAC Resources Ltd. and Rockhaven Resources Ltd. He has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980s. Mr. Carne is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. He obtained a BSc in geology from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a MSc in geology from the University of British Columbia in 1979. |

Mr. William B. Harris serves as the Independent Director of Silver Predator Corp. He is a partner of Solo Management Group, LLC, an investment and management consulting firm. He is currently a director and member of the Audit Committees of Golden Predator Corp., Tigris Uranium Corp. and EMC Metals Corp. He was previously a board and audit committee member of Gold One International Limited, Potash One Inc., and Energy Metals Corporation, Chairman and Executive Committee member of the American Fiber Manufacturers Association, and former President and CEO of Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, a company involved in the global acetate and polyester business of Hoechst AG. At Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, Mr. Harris managed the business' $5 billion operation, comprised of 21,000 employees and production locations in 14 different countries. Within Hoechst AG and its subsidiaries, Mr. Harris held various positions, including Chairman of the Board of Grupo Celanese S.A., a publicly traded company in Mexico with sales in excess of $1 billion, and VP Finance, CFO, Executive VP and Director of Celanese Canada Inc. a publicly-traded company in Canada. He was also VP, Treasurer and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Hoechst Celanese Corporation. Mr. Piers McDonald is Independent Director of Silver Predator Corp. Mr. McDonald is Chair of the Yukon Energy Corporation as well as Chair of Northern Vision Development Corporation. Mr. McDonald served as Premier of the Yukon from 1996 to 2000, and as a Member of the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 1982 to 2000, holding the portfolios of Minister of Economic Development, Mines & Small Business, Education, Finance and Workers Compensation. Mr. Blair M. Shilleto has been appointed as Independent Director of Silver Predator Corp. He has been involved in the mining, tunnelling and construction industry throughout North America since 1976 when he began his career working for United Keno Hill Mine in Yukon, Canada. Mr. Shilleto formed and led his own tunnel/mine contract company in a joint venture capacity, setting up projects in logistically challenging environments, including British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, and Alaska. Mr. Shilleto has managed projects for notable clients such as Cameco Corp., Canamax Resources Inc., Cordilleran Engineering Ltd., Geddes Resources Ltd., Minnova Inc., Peter Kiewit & Sons Inc., Westmin Resources Ltd., Whitewater Engineering Corp., and United Keno Hills Mines Ltd. Mr. Shilleto has acted as a self-employed consultant to the mining contract and exploration industry and an advisor to the resource investment sector for European-based resource asset managers since 2006.
