Tonny Van Doorslaer

 Mr. Tonny Van Doorslaer has been Executive Chairman, Managing Director, Executive Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Spector Photo Group SA since August 31, 2009. After a ten-year career in the financial world with KBC Bank, Mr. Van Doorslaer has fulfilled several management functions within the Group - both in financial as well as in general management areas. He holds appointments with several other companies, including Recticel N.V. and Guberna. He is a former Member of the Board of Capital & Finance S.A. He is Member of the Company's Nomination Committee. He holds a Masters degree in Law.

Philippe Vlerick

 Mr. Philippe Vlerick has served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Spector Photo Group SA since November 28, 2005 and Non-Executive Director since 1995. He is also Member of the Nominating Committee and Chairman opf the Remuneration Committee at the Company. He holds degrees from Belgian and foreign universities in philosophy, law, management and business administration. Mr. Vlerick holds experience as Director and Manager in numerous enterprises, of which several are in the financial and the industrial sectors. He is active in sector federations and special interest groups of the entrepreneurial world (VBO-FEB, Voka, etc.). Mr. Vlerick's current and former mandates include BIC Carpets N.V., UCO N.V., Raymond Uco Denim Private Limited, Exmar N.V., KBC Groep, Besix N.V., BMT N.V., ETEX, Kredietbank Luxemburg, Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, Photo Hall Multimedia N.V. and HIFI International SA, among others.

 Mr. Stef De corte has served as Member of the Executive Committee, Executive Director and Managing Director of Spector Photo Group SA. He has been appointed as Managing Director of the Group as of June 7, 2012. He previously served as Managing Director of Imaging Group at the Company. He is Civil Engineer.  Ms. Katrien Mattelaer has served as Non-Executive Director of Spector Photo Group NV since May 11, 2011, representing VIT NV. Ms. Mattelaer has been an independent consultant in finance, mergers and acquisitions and company valuation. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Trustcapital Partners NV, as investment manager at Koceram NV and as senior consultant at TCM Europe - Groupe Depuydt. Ms. Mattelaer holds a degree in Applied Economic Sciences (UFSIA) and a Masters of Business Administration (KUL & JGSM Cornell University).
