Robert Johnson |
Mr. Robert D. Johnson is Independent Chairman of the Board of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings Inc. Mr. Johnson became a director of the Company on November 15, 2006 and serves as Chairman of the Board. From August 2006 until his retirement in December 2008, Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. Mr. Johnson was Chairman of Honeywell Aerospace from January 2005 through January 2006, and from 2000 to 2004 he was its President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1994 to 1999 he served as AlliedSignal's President of Marketing, Sales, and Service, and as President of Electronic and Avionics, and earlier as Vice President of Aerospace Services. Prior to joining Honeywell in 1994, he held management positions at AAR Corporation for two years and General Electric Aircraft Engines for 24 years. Mr. Johnson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Roper Industries, Inc. and Spirit Airlines, Inc. David Coleal |
Mr. David M. Coleal is Senior Vice President & General Manager - Fuselage Segment of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings Inc. Prior to joining Spirit AeroSystems, Mr. Coleal was Vice President and General Manager of Bombardier-Learjet. He joined Bombardier Aerospace in March 2008 and was responsible for all engineering and manufacturing operations, program change management, quality and material logistics for the Learjet of aircraft, including development of the pioneering all-composite Learjet 85 mid-size business jet. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Coleal worked at Cirrus Design Corporation, where he was initially responsible for operations, and he assumed positions of increasing responsibility until being named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2005. Mr. Coleal earned his Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Science from California State University — Hayward in 1997. He graduated from California State University in Sacramento in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. |

Mr. John A. Pilla is Senior Vice President, General Manager - Propulsion and Wing Segments of Aftermarket Customer Support of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings Inc. Mr. Pilla became the Senior Vice President/General Manager, Propulsion Systems Segment of Spirit in July 2009 and added the role of Senior Vice President/General Manager of the Wing segment in September 2012. In July 2011, he assumed responsibility for the Aftermarket Customer Support Organization, in addition to his existing role. From April 2008 to July 2009, Mr. Pilla was Chief Technology Officer of Spirit Holdings and he served as Vice President/General Manager-787 of Spirit Holdings and/or Spirit, a position he assumed at the date of the Boeing Acquisition in June 2005 and held until March 2008. Mr. Pilla began his career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 1981 as a stress engineer and was promoted to Chief Engineer of Structures and Liaison in 1995. In 1997, Mr. Pilla led the Next-Generation 737 engineering programs and ultimately led the Define Team on the 737-900 fuselage and empennage in late 1997 as well as the 777LR airplane in May 2000. In July 2001, Mr. Pilla became the Director of Business Operations, a position he held until July 2003 when he accepted an assignment as 787 Director of Product Definition and Manufacturing. He received his Master's degree in Aerospace Structures Engineering in 1986 and an MBA in 2002 from Wichita State University. |

Duane Hawkins |
Mr. Duane Hawkins is Senior Vice President - Operations of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. Duane is a 30-year veteran of the aerospace industry, having worked in executive positions for Raytheon Missile Systems, Defense Research Inc. and General Dynamics in operational roles spanning program management, manufacturing engineering and supply chain. Hawkins comes to Spirit from Raytheon Missile Systems, where he has served since 2012 as vice president, deputy, air warfare systems. Recent program responsibilities included: Tomahawk, AMRAAM, Sidewinder AIM 9X, PAVEWAY, MALD, JSOW, Maverick, GRIFFIN, HARM, SDB II development, and others. Prior positions at Raytheon included: vice president, deputy, land combat systems; vice president, deputy, supply chain management; and program director, standard missile. At Spirit, Hawkins will have oversight of supply chain management, fabrication, global quality and operations. He will be responsible for supporting manufacturing by ensuring the timely supply of quality parts at lowest cost. |

Mr. John Lewelling is Senior Vice President - Corporate Strategy of Spirit Aerosystems Holdings Inc., since August 2011.
