Name Description

Richard Bloom

Mr. Richard A. Bloom is Interim President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Director of the Company. He has serves as a director of WestMountain Gold, Inc., a publicly traded precious metals exploration company with an active gold mining project in Alaska, and has served since June 2016. Mr. Bloom also serves as a director of NexCore Group, LLC (formerly publicly traded as NexCore Healthcare Capital Corporation), a national healthcare real estate developer, operator and property manager, and has served since December 2010. He also serves as a director of GlideRite Corporation, a national field-service operator that provides equipment repair and maintenance service provider to the country’s largest retailers, and has served since June 2009. Additionally, he served as Executive Chairman of Arcata LLC (formerly MyPrint Corp), a web-based marketing execution services company, from 2009 through October 2011. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Renaissance Acquisition Corporation, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, from the date of their initial public offering in 2007 until 2009. Mr. Bloom served as the Chief Executive Officer of Caswell Massey, a branded personal care consumer product company with a catalog and internet sales division as well as retail stores throughout the country, from early 2006 to 2007, and as a director and Vice Chairman of Caswell Massey from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Bloom served as President, CEO, COO and various other positions of Marietta Corporation, a maker and marketer of personal care and household products for the country’s largest consumer product companies, from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Bloom also served as a director of Marietta Holding Corporation, the successor entity to Marietta Corporation, from 2004 to 2007, and as a director and President of BFMA Holding Corporation, which owned and operated Marietta Corporation, from 1996 to 2004.

Shaun Donnelly

Mr. Shaun H. Donnelly is Senior Vice President - Customer Success and Services Sales of the Company. He was Senior Vice President of Business Development, Account Management of Support.com, Inc. Mr. Donnelly joined the Company in December 2011 and currently leads partner account management and small business operations for Support.com. Mr. Donnelly has over 15 years of experience in technology companies including a background in telecommunications, wireless and software. Prior to joining Support.com, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of outsourceIT, Inc., an IT services company focused on small and medium businesses during June 2010 to December 2011. He also worked as an investment banker and has held business development and marketing positions at DSC Communications (acquired by Alcatel), Telica (acquired by Lucent Technologies) and Senitito Networks (acquired by Verso Technologies). Mr. Donnelly served as a nuclear submarine officer in the Navy prior to entering the commercial sector. Mr. Donnelly earned a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy (with honors) and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from The George Washington University.

Michelle Johnson

Ms. Michelle Johnson is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Support.com, Inc. Johnson joins Support.com from her role as Managing Counsel in the Corporate, Securities and Acquisitions group at Oracle Corporation. Johnson was the lead attorney for many of Oracle's most significant acquisitions during her seven-year tenure, overseeing acquisitions such as SaaS provider RightNow Technologies, Inc., Eloqua, Inc., and MICROS Systems, Inc. Johnson brings more than 15 years of diversified legal experience to her role at Support.com. She holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and a B.A. from University of California, Davis.

Dustin Oxborrow

Mr. Dustin Oxborrow is Vice President - Sales of the Company. Oxborrow brings to Support.com nearly 20 years of experience in technology with more than 10 of those years in SaaS companies. Most recently he served as senior director of sales at BrightEdge Technologies, focusing on global and enterprise clients. Oxborrow previously held the head of enterprise sales role at Mindjet Corporation, and was the associate director of strategic accounts at Verizon. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Business Leadership from the University of San Francisco School of Business Management.

Alexandros Poulos

Mr. Alexandros Poulos is Vice President of Marketing of Support.com, Inc. Poulos joins Support.com from his last role as Chief Marketing Officer for NetDimensions, in which he built the marketing organization to a global scale, helped direct the company's transition to becoming a SaaS provider, and increased brand awareness, resulting in consistent recognition for NetDimensions as one of the top providers in their industry. This led to an almost three-fold increase in the company's revenues and a four-fold increase in the company's market capitalization over the four years prior to Poulos joining Support.com. Earlier in his career, Poulos worked for both early stage companies – including the network mediation and billing vendor Narus Inc. (which was acquired by Boeing) – as well as established technology leaders such as Silicon Graphics. He holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Rochester and an MBA from INSEAD.

Elizabeth Cholawsky

Dr. Elizabeth M. Cholawsky, Ph.D., serves as Director of the Company. She was President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Dr. Cholawsky brings over 20 years of experience as an executive in technology industries, and she is an award-winning product thought leader who has grown businesses through organic innovation and acquisitions. Most recently, Dr. Cholawsky was General Manager and Vice President of IT Support and Access at Citrix Systems, Inc. During her time at Citrix, she held executive positions in the Citrix software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) division, with leadership roles spanning product management, general management, global client services and the contact center. Prior to Citrix, Dr. Cholawsky served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Experience and Product for Move, Inc. from February 2006 to February 2007; Vice President, Marketing of ValueClick, Inc., from April 2002 to December 2005; and Vice President, Marketing, for Clarent Corp. from March 2001 to April 2002. Dr. Cholawsky has a Ph.D in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, and a BA (Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude) from Franklin & Marshall College.

Elizabeth Fetter

Ms. Elizabeth A. Fetter is Independent Director of the Company. Elizabeth (“Liz”) Fetter is an accomplished business leader and technology specialist with a track record of transforming and unlocking business value. Ms. Fetter currently serves as a Director at McGrath Rentcorp (NASDAQ:MGRC) and Alliant International University, Inc., a private equity funded university. Ms. Fetter has extensive C-level operational experience in both public and private technology companies. Previously, Ms. Fetter served as CEO and Director at Symmetricom, Inc. (former NASDAQ:SYMM), where she was chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Stock Option Committee, and successfully transitioned the lagging business. Ms. Fetter also previously served as President and CEO of technology start-up NxGen Modular, LLC. Before that, Ms. Fetter was President, CEO and Director at Jacent Technologies, Inc., a privately held supplier of on-demand ordering solutions for the restaurant industry, and prior to that, she was President, CEO and Director of QRS Corporation (former NASDAQ:QRSI), where she effectively helped transition it to profitability in her first 12 months. Prior to QRS, Ms. Fetter was President, CEO and Director at NorthPoint Communications (former NASDAQ:NPNT). Ms. Fetter has also held a variety of senior leadership positions at US West (now Qwest), Pacific Bell & SBC Communications (now AT&T). Ms. Fetter has served on the board of Quantum Corporation (NYSE:QTM). Ms. Fetter holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from Penn State University and an M.S., in Industrial Administration and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper & Heinz Schools). She has also participated in the Harvard Business School Director School executive education program and has a Masters Professional Directors Certification from American College of Corporate Directors.

Lowell Robinson

Mr. Lowell W. Robinson is Independent Director of the Company. Lowell Robinson is a highly regarded financial and operating executive with thirty years of global strategic, financial, turnaround and M&A experience. Mr. Robinson currently serves as a Director at Evine Live, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVLV), where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. He is also a Director at Higher One Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ONE), where he is Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of the Risk and Finance Committee. Mr. Robinson has significant experience in technology and software services and has overseen technology functions as part of his CFO, COO and CAO roles. Previously, Mr. Robinson was CFO, COO and CAO for MIVA. Inc. (former NASDAQ:VTRO). Prior to that, he served as CFO and Senior Executive Vice President of HotJobs (former NASDAQ:HOTJ), whose software product Softshoe assisted Fortune 200 companies in their recruitment efforts, until it was sold to Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) for $500 million in 2002. Before that, he was CFO of PRT Group (former NASDAQ:PRTG), a software services company with onshore, near-shore and offshore software engineering services, through its $62 million initial public offering and two successful acquisitions. In addition to the roles above, Mr. Robinson has held senior financial positions with Citigroup (NYSE:C), Uncle Ben's Inc. (a subsidiary of Mars, Inc.) and General Foods (former NYSE:GEFO). For the past three years, he was Chairman of two GE Capital portfolio companies in the media/digital space that exited consensual restructurings and were successfully sold. Until its recent sale to Sycamore Partners, he was on the board of The Jones Group (former NYSE:JNY) where he chaired the Audit Committee and was a member of the Compensation Committee. Additional former public company board experience includes International Wire Group (OTC:ITWG), Independent Wireless One (former OTC:IWOHW) and Edison Schools (former NASDAQ:EDSN). Timothy Stanley

Mr. Timothy S. Stanley is Independent Director of the company. He brings extensive technology and product development experience to the Board, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, Industries and Innovation at Salesforce, where he launched IGNITE and other Innovation programs with enterprise customers, which created and implemented innovative cloud-enabled solutions to drive key business objectives. He also brings operational, business strategy and management skills, having served as CIO and Senior Vice President Innovation and Gaming at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. where he helped shape the overall technology vision as it related to the business strategy, as well as managed and implemented various technology solutions and cost saving initiatives. Mr. Stanley also brings to the Board a wide array of new perspectives, with previously held public and private company board member and advisory roles, venture capital and angel investment experience and a variety of management and other technology roles at companies across industries ranging from disruptive startups to industry leading global enterprises.
