Name Description

Andrew Morris

Mr. Andrew Morris is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., since April 2007. He joined the SQI Diagnostics team in 2004 with the key deliverables of growing and enhancing the Company's financial position and corporate strategy. Andrew adds a well-rounded experience set gained in leadership roles in the areas of medical research, capital markets and corporate finance. Prior to joining SQI, Andrew led the Corporate Finance Life Sciences group at Ernst & Young, advising private and public companies on a variety of business strategy and financial matters including private equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Prior to that, Andrew gained considerable transaction experience while working in senior corporate development and finance roles in high growth and start-up companies. He also gained capital markets and equity research experience at Scotia Capital, while covering companies in the Healthcare and Biotechnology sector. Andrew's background also includes eight years conducting research in the area of human performance enhancement at the Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, a Master's of Science from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. With experience in turning around, shaping and building companies, this team forms the optimum executive roster to propel SQI Diagnostics forward.

Patricia Lie

Ms. Patricia Lie is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration of the company. She brings over 20 years of financial and strategic management experience, and, for the past five years Ms. Lie has held the position of director of finance and administration at SQI. Prior to joining SQI, Ms. Lie was professor of business (accounting) at Sheridan College and held various roles at Toronto Dominion Bank Financial Group, following five years at PwC LLP, a Canadian public audit firm.

Peter Winkley

Mr. Peter D. Winkley serves as Chairman of the Board of SQI Diagnostics Inc., since 29 September 2014. Mr. Winkley is a CPA, CA and is the Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Algoma Central Corporation and has been a board member of SQI Diagnostics since 2007. Mr. Winkley will continue to serve as chairman of the Audit Committee. Prior to joining Algoma Central, he was V.P., Finance and CFO of Therapure Biopharma Inc., a Mississauga-based biologics contract manufacturer. Peter began his career in the corporate audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP before going on to lead the Corporate Finance function for MDS Inc. Peter has extensive experience with public company financial reporting and governance, treasury, risk management and corporate finance.

Clive Beddoe

Mr. Clive J. Beddoe has been appointed as Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., with effect from 8 April 2015. Mr. Beddoe is the Chair of the Board of WestJet Airlines Ltd., President of The Hanover Group of Companies, a private investment company, and a former Director of Alberta Investment Management Corp. Mr. Beddoe, a successful entrepreneur, brings a strong background in financial planning and strategic management. Mr. Beddoe has been the recipient of honorary degrees from the University of Calgary and Wilfred Laurier University and was appointed the 2010/2011 Jarislowsky Resident Fellow in Business Management at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. In 2012, Mr. Beddoe was inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame and, in 2013, he was inducted into the Calgary Business Hall of Fame.

Gerald Connor

Mr. Gerald R. Connor has been appointed as Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., with effect from 8 April 2015. Mr. Connor is the Chairman of Cumberland Private Wealth Management Inc., which currently manages assets in excess of $2.0 billion for primarily high net worth investors. Prior to founding Cumberland Private Wealth Management Inc. in 1997, Mr. Connor was President of Connor, Clark & Company Ltd. (1977 to 1997) and Chairman of the board of directors of Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management. Mr. Connor has over 47 years of investment experience. Mr. Connor is also a trustee of Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust and Chair of its audit committee.

Wilmot Matthews

Mr. Wilmot L. Matthews has been appointed as Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., with effect from 8 April 2015. Mr. Matthews has been involved in all aspects of investment banking by serving in various positions with Nesbitt Burns Inc. and its predecessor companies from 1964 until his retirement in September, 1996, most recently as Vice Chairman and Director. Mr. Matthews is currently a director of WestJet Airlines Ltd., President of Marjad Inc., a private investment company, a current member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Imperial Capital, a private equity fund manager, and is also a Trustee of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Foundation. Mr. Matthews received his Bachelor of Arts in Math, Physics and Chemistry from the University of Toronto, his Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics in London, England, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Cameron Prange

Mr. Cameron R. Prange has appointed as Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., with effect from 8 April 2015. Mr. Prange is the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a director of Maclos Capital, Inc. (formerly LMS Medical Systems Inc.). Mr. Prange serves as President of Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. As one of its founding partners, Mr. Prange joined Kingsdale at its inception in early 2002. Mr. Prange has over 32 years of experience in the securities industry and previously served as President of Equisure Securities. Mr. Prange holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.

Allan Pronovost

Dr. Allan Pronovost, Ph.D., is Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc. Dr. Pronovost is currently the President and CSO of Red Lion Chem Tech, a consortium of health related companies he founded over the past ten years, based in San Diego, California. He is also currently the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Stone Investments, LLC, an investment holding company. From 2003-2006, he was the President of the NID Division of Quest Diagnostics, the largest clinical diagnostic reference laboratory network in the world. Prior to this, from 1995-2006, he was Chairman and CEO of BioAlliances Group, LLC, a contract R&D and manufacturing company serving the Pharma and biotech industry, primarily in the development of novel diagnostic tests. From 1986-1995 he was the Vice President R&D at Quidel Corporation, San Diego and has also contributed in various roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics-Johnson & Johnson, DuPont, Eastman Kodak, Ansys Diagnostics and Trinity Biotech Holding PLC. Dr. Pronovost has advanced 123 products from concept to market with commercial sales, including 74 FDA 510(K) Approved Medical Device products. He is credited with 63 issued patents or applications, and is an author of more than 80 publications including two books. Dr. Pronovost obtained his Ph.D. in Pathology at the University of Rhode Island and completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Virology & Immunology at the Yale University School of Medicine and is certified in Clinical Laboratory Medicine. Dr. Pronovost replaces Dr. Peter Lea who has resigned from the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Lea will continue as an active, non-voting senior advisor to the Board. Dr. Lea founded SQI Diagnostics in 1999 and invented and patented the core technology underpinning SQI's multiplexing microarray technology and is actively involved day to day in the role of Founder.

Claude Ricks

Mr. Claude Ricks is Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc. Currently and since June 2014 Mr. Ricks has been the Chief Operating Officer of gShift. From June 2013 to June 2014, Mr. Ricks was the Principal of ESR consulting. Since May 2007, Mr. Ricks has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of SQI Diagnostics Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Ricks was the Chief Executive Officer of SQI Diagnostics Systems Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. He is President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2007 and Director since May 2007. He joined the SQI Diagnostics management team in September 2003 to take on a leadership role and guide a company with an innovative microarray multiplexing technology to commercial reality. Claude brings over two decades of senior management experience with a primary focus in business development, strategy, and operational excellence. With his turnaround success, Ricks' has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver order and focus into chaotic start-up situations. He has consistently delivered measurable results in challenging organizations including two technology turnarounds and 10+ years in Tier 1 global consulting firms driving results for Fortune 100 companies. Ricks' has held senior management responsibilities including Senior V.P. Client Services at Oasis Technology; Vice President Professional Services at Solect Technology; and principal with global consulting firm A.T.Kearney. He holds an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and is the past Chairman of the Board for the Georgian College Capital Foundation.

Paul Mountain

Mr. Paul J. Mountain is Independent Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc. He is the former Senior Vice President, Science and Technology for MDS Inc., Diagnostics Sector, and as such has been instrumental in bringing the perspective of a reference laboratory to the design, development and commercialization strategies of the SQI Diagnostics platform. He has been extremely active in the diagnostics space over his career; he is Past President of the CLMA (Clinical Laboratory Management Association); Past Committee Chair for CLSI (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute); member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists; member of American Society of Microbiology and member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry.

Eric Schneider

Mr. Eric N. Schneider has been re-designated as an Independent Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc., with effect from June 3, 2013. He is Director since May, 2007. Mr. Schneider holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and an honors physics degree from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Schneider practices law with Miller Thomson LLP in Waterloo, Ontario. He is the Chairman of the Board for SQI Diagnostics and chairs the compensation committee. In the past, Mr. Schneider served on the boards of two TSX companies – Schneider Corporation and 20/20 Financial Group. He was also Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of J.M. Schneider, a food processor based in Kitchener; Vice President and Director of Business of Gotaverken Energy Systems, a supplier of steam generating and processing equipment to the pulp & paper and agricultural sectors; and a partner at Borden & Elliot (now Borden Ladner Gervais LLP).

David Williams

Mr. David A. Williams is Independent Director of SQI Diagnostics Inc. He has served as President of his investment company, Roxborough Holdings Limited, in Toronto, since 1995. From 1969 to 1994, he held senior management positions with Beutel Goodman Company, one of the institutional money managers. He also has board experience, serving as chairman of Bennett Environmental. He is a director of Western Copper Corporation, Calvalley Petroleum, Radiant Energy and Resin Systems, Atlantis Systems Inc. and Newport Partners Income Fund. Mr. Williams is involved with a number of community related projects and is a director of Bishop's University Foundation and Camp Oochigeas. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors degree in Business from Bishop's University and a Master's in Business Administration from Queen's University. He was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Civil Laws from Bishop's University.
