Biographies

Name Description

David Bellin

Mr. David Bellin is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since May 2014. Prior to that, he was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company from September 2013. He was a political and business television correspondent, producer and program editor before switching to management in the 1980s and managing his own production company producing specialist postgraduate medical programs in the 1990s. He has advised on media development and investments in Europe, the Balkans, Ukraine, S.E. Asia and India. In 2004 he was involved in the startup of Racing UK Ltd, a horseracing channel owned by 34 UK racecourses, where he remained as Executive Director of Broadcast and PR until April 2013. He was Chairman of EMC Ltd and Director of Bellin Group Ltd.

Diederik Vos

Mr. Diederik Vos is Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since October 1, 2012. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since March 7, 2011. He has been responsible for the Company's strategy and the management of the Group Management Board. Mr. Vos was appointed to the SQS Management Board in March 7, 2011 and started in SQS as COO, responsible for global sales and operations. He has experience in the field of Managed Services, IT Services and Management Consulting. He is an internationally experienced manager. He previously held senior management positions in AT&T, Lucent Technologies, AVAYA and International Network Services.

Lothar Pauly

Mr. Lothar Pauly is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since May 2014. After completing a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Universitaet Muenchen, he held various management positions at Siemens Telecommunications: 1995-2000, Head of Mobile Networks; from 2000, Divisional Director of Siemens Networks; from 2004 until he left Siemens in 2005, CEO and Chairman of the Telecommunications Division Board. From 2005, he was Board Member at Deutsche Telekom AG and CEO of T-Systems, with responsibility for networks, IT and procurement at Deutsche Telekom. Since 2008, he has been an independent consultant for hi-tech companies, while acting as supervisory board chairman and accepting direct consulting assignments for IT, service and telecommunications companies.

Rene Gawron

Mr. Rene Gawron serves as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since 2001. Within the Management Board he is in charge of Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources and Investor Relations as well as Administration and Accounting. Before joining the Company he held various positions at Siemens AG between 1985 and 2000, including, among others, Head of Business Development for its mobile telecom networks. In addition he was Member of the Management Board of a software company as well as an electronics company. He graduated from Freie Universitaet Berlin with a degree in Business Administration.

Ralph Gillessen

Mr. Ralph Gillessen has been Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board at SQS Software Quality Systems AG since 2015. Prior to that, he was Member of the Management Board and Chief Marketing Officer at the Company from January 1, 2013. He is responsible for assuring client delivery and resource management at the Company. He joined SQS more than 11 years ago and has worked in various senior sales and consultancy positions. He has headed SQS' profit centre, Central Europe Middle East (CEME), for two years before he has entered the board in January 2013 by internal promotion.

Anne Baumeister

Ms. Anne Baumeister is Member of the Supervisory Board and Employee Representative at SQS Software Quality Systems AG since September 2013. She studied Computer Science at the University of Dortmund (Technische Universitaet Dortmund) with the additional subject Theoretical Medicine, and completed her studies in 1991. She started her career at an international chemical firm headquartered in Switzerland. She worked in several international project teams on software development and software validation to FDA regulations. Since 1996, she has been an employee at SQS, and spent nine years as a consultant and senior consultant focusing on test management for system and acceptance tests in mid- and large-scale projects. Since 2009, she has worked in project deployment planning together with the SQS operations team.

Peter Boelter

Mr. Peter Boelter has been Member of the Supervisory Board and Employee Representative at SQS Software Quality Systems AG since May 2014. He studied Business Administration at Universitaet zu Koeln, majoring in Applied IT and Organization. He joined SQS AG in 1988, before working in various divisions of the Company in Germany, as well as spending over 10 years in total working abroad for SQS. He is now Delivery Manager in the Market Unit Industrial Services and Solutions. Since 2008, he has also been Chairman of intacs e.V.

Heinz Bons

Mr. Heinz Bons has been Member of the Supervisory Board at SQS Software Quality Systems AG since September 2013. Mr. Bons was Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of SQS Software Quality Systems AG until 2008. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Universitat zu Koln specializing in informatics, after which he was involved in two research and development projects at the University of Cologne, one of which was sponsored by the Federal Secretary of Finance and Siemens AG and dealt with testing and cost estimation methodologies. He subsequently co-founded the Company, together with Mr. Rudolf van Megen in 1982. He has supervised numerous quality management projects, in particular in the financial services sector.

Jeremy Hamer

Mr. Jeremy John Hamer has been Member of the Supervisory Board of SQS Software Quality Systems AG since 2014. Prior to that, he was Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company from August 25, 2005. He is Qualified Chartered Accountant and was previously an associate of Elderstreet Private Equity Limited. He is also a director of a number of other quoted and unquoted companies, including Inter Link Foods plc and Avingtrans plc, and is Non-Executive Chairman of Glisten plc and Berkeley Scott Group plc., among others.
