Name Description

Richard Hill

 Mr. Richard James Hill has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Sirtex Medical Limited since August 22, 2006. He was first appointed to the Board on September 1, 2004. He previously held senior executive positions with HSBC Investment Bank in Hong Kong and New York and has experience in international M&A and Capital raising. He is founding partner of Hill Young & Associates, corporate advisory firm. He is also an attorney of the New York State Bar. During the past three years he has held directorship in Calliden Group Limited (Chairman), Biota Holdings Limited and BlackWall Property Funds (Chairman). He is Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Sydney and LLM from University of London.

Gilman Wong

 Mr. Gilman Wong has been Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of SIRTeX Medical Limited since June 28, 2005. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer on May 26, 2005.  Mr. Darren Smith has been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Sirtex Medical Limited since February 26, 2009. He was appointed as Company Secretary in July 2008. He previously held CFO and senior executive finance and general management positions in a number of international, Australian listed and private companies. Mr. Smith holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), The University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney, and he has been a member of CPA Australia for over 20 years. Burwood Chew

 Dr. Burwood Chew is Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific of SIRTex Medical Limited. He joined Sirtex in January 2011 as Head of the Asia Pacific region. Dr. Chew has experience in oncology and for many years has held senior regional positions with Bayer Healthcare, Sanofi-Aventis, and with Wellcome (now GSK). Dr. Chew is a medical graduate from the University of New South Wales.

Nigel Lange

 Mr. Nigel Lange is Chief Executive Officer of Europe of SIRTeX Medical Ltd. He joined Sirtex United States in 2002, then set up Sirtex operations in Europe. Before joining Sirtex, Mr. Lange held senior roles at Nordion Inc and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

David Cade

 Dr. David Cade is Global Medical Director of SIRTEX Medical Ltd. He joined Sirtex in 2003 and has served as the Chief Medical Officer since 2007. He previously held the positions of United States Medical Director based in New York, USA, from 2005 to 2007, and European Medical Director based in Bonn, Germany, from 2003 to 2005. Dr. Cade is a medical graduate of Monash University, and holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Prior to joining Sirtex, Dr. Cade worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consultancy.

Robert Hardie

 Mr. Robert Hardie is Head of Global Operations of SIRTeX Medical Ltd. He joined Sirtex in June 2006 and was appointed Global Head of Operations in October 2006. Mr. Hardie previously held senior engineering and management positions in various industry sectors, and has engineering, manufacturing, production planning and logistics background.

Grant Boyce

 Mr. Grant D. Boyce has been Non-Executive Director of SIRTeX Medical Limited since December 19, 2002. He is Chartered Accountant and founder of Montrose Partners, a West Australian firm of chartered accountants. He was partner with Ernst & Young and worked in their Perth and New York offices. He has also served previously as Company Secretary for Sirtex. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee.
