Rolf Bartke

 Dr. Rolf Bartke has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at SFC Energy AG since May 8, 2008. Previously, he acted as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Company from April 2, 2007. Additionally, Dr. Bartke is also Chairman of the Human Resources and Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He is Business Engineer.

Peter Podesser

 Dr. Peter Podesser has been Sole Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of SFC Energy AG since January 1, 2011. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 1, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President Unaxis Wafer Processing Division at Oerlikon (Unaxis) in the United States, Switzerland and Finland between 2005 and 2006. Previously, he was with EV-Group in Austria as CEO & President from 2001 until 2005. Between 1989 and 2000, Dr. Podesser held various positions with RHI AG, including CEO of the Asia Pacific Division (1998-2000), Headed of the China business (1993-1997) and General Manager of the first Joint Venture in North Eastern China, among others (1989-1993). Dr. Podesser holds a Ph.D. degree in Strategic Planning from Wirtschaftsuniversitaet Wien and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the same university.

Gerhard Inninger

Jens Mueller

 Dr. Jens Mueller has been Member of the Supervisory Board at SFC Energy AG since May 5, 2011. He was Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Management Board at the Company from November 2004 until December 31, 2010. He obtained a degree in Chemistry from Rheinisch-Westfaelische Technische Hochschule Aachen (University of Technology - RWTH Aachen) in 1996. Then Dr. Mueller focused on DMFC technology, a commitment which made him one of the pioneers in this area. In 1996, Dr. Mueller joined the Research and Development (R&D) department of Daimler Chrysler AG. He is an author of numerous patents and publications. In 2001, he joined SFC as Director of Research and Development (R&D).
