Brian Craig |
Mr. Brian N. Craig is Executive Chairman of the Board, Managing Director of Solium Capital Inc. Mr. Craig has been a principal at Adventure Capital LP, a boutique angel capital company, since June 2006. He was the President of Solium from May 2002 to February 2006 and Chief Executive Officer from May 2002 to June 2006. From October 1999 to May 2002, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Stormworks Inc., a privately held web-services provider that was acquired by Solium. Mr. Craig is also the director of Medgate Inc. and Pandell Technology Corp., both private companies. Mr. Craig holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. |

Mr. Michael G. Broadfoot is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director of Solium Capital Inc. Michael Broadfoot has been the Chief Executive Officer of Solium since January 2011, a Managing Director of Solium since April 2010 and a director since June 2002. Mr. Broadfoot spent 19 years in various aspects of the energy business prior to his hiatus from formal employment between 2002 and 2010. During that time, he worked exclusively as a corporate director for various companies in which he has material investments. Prior to 2002, Mr. Broadfoot was Chief Executive Officer of Engage Energy, and prior thereto he held various positions at Engage and its predecessor companies back to September 1989. Ms. Lynn Leong is Executive Vice President - Finance & Administration of Solium Capital Inc. Lynn Leong has been the Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration (formerly known as the Chief Financial Officer) of Solium since January 2001 and a director, the Treasurer and Vice President, Finance of Quadell Properties Ltd., a real estate and property management company, since January 1986. Ms. Leong is also the Chief Financial Officer of all of Solium's subsidiaries. Prior to joining Solium, she was Corporate Controller for Net Shepherd Inc., an Alberta based public high-technology company, from December 1999 to November 2000. Prior thereto, she was a Senior Manager of Deloitte LLP from September 1989 to December 1999 as well as the Chairperson of the High-Technology Industry Specialty Group in the Calgary office. Mr. Steve DeWindt is Executive Vice President, United States Country Head of Solium Capital Inc. Steve DeWindt has provided leadership during critical high-growth stages of well-known technology pioneers such as Intel and Computer2000 AG, international teams that have generated more than $6 billion in sales. Mr. DeWindt's executive management and global sales experience spans more than two decades. It includes time as Co-President of Computer2000 AG, an international wholesale distributor of information technology products from 1992 to 1995, and CEO at AmeriQuest Technologies, an NYSE-traded wholesale distributor of information technology products from 1995 to 1996. Mr. DeWindt also has hands-on entrepreneurial experience, helping to start four different companies. Most recently, he was the founder and CEO of Sparxent from 2007 to 2009 and the Chairman and President of OptionEase from 2010 to 2012, which was acquired by Solium in 2012. |

Mr. Scott Scobie is Executive Vice President, Canada Country Head of Solium Capital Inc. Scott Scobie joined Solium in June 2011 as Executive Vice President, Service Operations and was promoted to Country Head, Canada in the fall of 2012. He provides executive oversight on all aspects of customer service, implementations, reconciliation, administration and business development. From August 2005 to May 2011, Mr. Scobie was Vice President and General Manager for Canadian Western Trust, a subsidiary of Canadian Western Bank. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Scobie held progressively senior roles culminating with Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, Canada (Toronto). In addition, he spent over 6 years with State Street Trust Company as Assistant Vice President and Unit Head for their pension division. Mr. Sharpe was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Richardson Partners Financial Limited, an independent management firm, responsible for Legal, Compliance, Credit and Internal Audit functions from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Sharpe was Vice-President, Head of Canada Compliance at CIBC from 1999 to 2001 and was responsible for all Canadian compliance functions including trading floor compliance and management compliance (discount brokerage, CIBC Wood Gundy, mutual funds and trust company compliance). Ms. Moorehead joined Osler, Hoskin &Harcourt, LLP, and most regarded law firms in Canada, in January 2012 as Chief Client Officer. From October 2010 to January 2012, Ms. Moorehead was Head of Investor Relations at East Coast Fund Management. Prior thereto, Ms. Moorehead was Entrepreneur in Residence at Signal Hill Equity Partners from September 2008 to October 2010. Signal Hill Equity Partners is a Toronto-based private equity firm managed by experienced investors and business operators, focusing on Canadian mid-market companies. Between April 2006 and June 2008, Ms. Moorehead served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nexient Learning Inc. (NEX: NXLH), a business services company focused on skills development. Prior thereto, Ms. Moorehead held the role of President E*TRADE Canada where, as President, she led the organization from a start-up to becoming the independent on-line investment firm in Canada. Tom Muir has been Co-Managing Director of Muir Detlefsen & Associates Limited, a Toronto-based firm that seeks to create shareholder value for its financial investor partners, since October 2007 and has been Executive Vice President, Chief Transaction Officer and a director of Ceres Global Ag Corp. (TSX:CRP), an agriculture and commodity logistics company, since December 2007. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Muir was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maple Leaf Foods Inc.
