David Feffer

Mr. David Feffer has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since 2001. He joined the Suzano Group in 1974. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Suzano Holding, IPFL Holding, Nemopar Investimentos Ltda and Polpar, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the same companies, as well as at Premesa and Vocal Comercio de Veiculos. He studied in Columbia University and IMD Business School, Switzerland.

Walter Schalka

Mr. Walter Schalka has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA with effect as from January 1, 2013. He is Engineer. He graduated in Business Management from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) in 1978 and gained a degree in Aeronautics Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica.

Mr. Boris Tabacof has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since 1988. He was initially elected as Executive Officer of the Company in 1975 and as Board Member in 1988. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Economics Fiesp, Member of the Advisory Committee of Bracelpa and the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives-IBEF (Rio de Janeiro), as well as the Chairman of Board of the Britain Brazil Business Forum. He has been with the Dow Chemical Company for 15 years, in various posts in Brazil, the United States and Europe, and most recently, he served as Polystyrene Director for Europe, in Horgen, Switzerland, where he directed the operations of six factories. He has also served as Director of the Expansion Project for the Mucuri Unit. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Maua and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Universidade de Sao Paulo.

Carlos Alberto Griner

Mr. Carlos Alberto Griner has served as Human Resources Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since 2008. He worked at General Electric as Human Resource Manager of Operations in Aviation in Brazil and abroad, Global Director of Human Resources for Information Technology in the United States and Human Resources Director for Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Griner also worked at Carioca Engenharia, CR Almeida, Comlurb and Bureau Veritas. Mr. Carlos Anibal Fernandes de Almeida Junior has served as Paper Business Unit Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since 2008. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC).

He has served as Member of the Board of Directors of TAM S.A. and TAM Aviacao Executiva e Taxi Aereo SA Mr. Bologna also acted as Chief Executive Officer of TAM Linhas Aereas SA and General Director of WTorre SA. He has served as Managing Partner of Integra Associados and Member of the Board of Directors of Gerdau SA, Metalurgica Gerdau, Sao Paulo Alpargatas, Localiza, Localiza and Johnson Electric (Hong Kong). He has also been Member of the Advisory Committee of Bunge Brasil and Alcoa Brasil. He was President of Bunge International and Managing Partner of Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and attended Business Administration courses at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

Mr. Antonio de Souza Correa Meyer has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Universidade de Sao Paulo. He is Founding Partner of the law firm of Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados. He was Member of the Board of the Brazilian Bar Association, Chairman of the Steering Committee of CESA and Officer of the American Chamber of Commerce and the ABRASCA’s Legislative Committee. From 1987 till 1989, he acted as Legal Advisor and President of the Legislative Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Antonio dos Santos Maciel

Mr. Antonio dos Santos Maciel Neto has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA since April 30, 2013. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer, Strategy Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Suzano Papel e Celulose SA from June 1, 2006 to January 1, 2013. He also served as Investor Relations Officer of the Company. He serves as Member of the Management Committee of the Company. He has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company–ADM and Marfrig Frigorificos e Comercio de Alimentos SA and Member of the Advisory Board of Instituto Ayrton Senna. From 1999 to May 2006, he worked at Ford. He was Chairman of Ford Brasil and of the operations of Ford in South America, as well as Vice Chairman of Ford Motor Company. Between 1993 and 1999, he was Chairman of Grupo Itamarati, Ferronorte Participacoes SA and Cecrisa Revestimentos Ceramicos SA. He was also Chairman of the Board of Ferroban and Member of the Board of Gradiente Eletronica SA. Previously, he was Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and worked for ten years at Petrobras. He gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
