Name Description

Xiao Sun

Mr. Sun Xiao is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Sunvic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He has been firstly appointed as an Executive Director and Deputy CEO of the Company with effect from 16 May 2012, later, he was appointed as CEO on 9 January 2013. His duty is in charting the strategic developments of our Group. Sun Xiao graduated from Curtin University of Technologies with a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) in November 2010. Since then, he joint our Group as an intern to familiarise with the operations of our Group.

Jin Sin Lim

Mr. Lim Jin Sin is Group Financial Controller of SunVic Chemical Holdings Ltd., since October 2005. He oversee the overall financial and accounting matters of our Group. He started his career with a certified public accounting firm in Kuching (Sarawak, Malaysia) for almost two years before joining a certified public accounting firm in Singapore in June 1998. He then joined Ernst & Young in January 2000, and was involved in the auditing of companies of all sizes and other special projects (such as due diligence, IPO, review of forecast and projection). He left Ernst & Young in September 2005 as an audit manager to join our Group. Mr. Lim graduated from Curtin University of Technologies with a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accountancy and Finance) in 1996. He is a member of the Certified Practising Accountant, Australia.

Guoqiang Yang

Mr. Yang Guoqiang is Executive Director of SunVic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to Board on 27 February 2006. He was re-elected as director of the company on 30 April 2014. He is in charge of JJC’s overall operations. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Yang was an assistant factory manager in the Jiangsu Yixing Bricks Factory. In 1987, he joined Yixing Baoxing Thermoelectricity Factory as an assistant factory manager. Subsequently, between 1988 and 2002, he was the deputy plant manager of Yixing Erzhou Environmental Protection Facilities Plant. In August 2002, he was involved in the setting up of Xiangshui Yinyan and was appointed the general manager and director of Xiangshui Yinyan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. when it was set up in 2003. In 2004, he took up his current position as the general manager of JJC. Mr. Yang graduated from Yixin City Heqiao High School in 1975.

Wuling Zhu

Mr. Zhu Wuling is Executive Director of SunVic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to Board on 27 February 2006. He currently holds the position of assistant general manager of JJC and is also a director of Yixing Yinyan Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“YYIE”). Mr. Zhu’s primary responsibility is to oversee the import and export operations of the Group. Prior to joining our Group, from 1995 to 2002, he was a manager in the import and export department of Wuxi Kaili Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and participated in obtaining approval from the relevant authority for sale of his company’s drugs in the European Union. Between 2002 and 2004, he assumed the position of sales manager of the chemical solvent department in Jiangsu Yinyan. He joined JJC as its assistant general manager in 2004. Mr. Zhu graduated from the University of Science & Technology of China with a Bachelor Degree in Economy and Foreign Trade in 1995.

Weihua Chen

Mr. Chen Weihua is Finance Manager of SunVic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He oversees the financial and accounting matters of our subsidiary, JJC. He has been the finance manager of JJC since its incorporation in 2004. Prior to joining our Group, between 1991 and 2000, he was the finance section head and director of Jiangsu Guanhe Group, in charge of the group’s accounting matters. In July 2000, he joined Yancheng Yangguang Accounting Firm as an auditor. In September 2003, he joined Xiangshui Yinyan as finance manager and subsequent to the acquisition of the major assets of Xiangshui Yinyan by JJC, he was appointed as finance manager in JJC and was also appointed as director of JJC in January 2006. Mr. Chen graduated from Yancheng Accounting School with a certificate in accounting in 1991. He was awarded the “Yancheng Accounting Job Advanced Individual” award by the Yancheng City Government in 2005.

Chee Keong Siow

Mr. Siow Chee Keong is Lead Independent Director of Sunvic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to Board on 27 February 2006. He has many years of audit and management experience in business systems, information technology, finance and accounting with commercial and financial organisations in Canada, USA, England and Singapore. He is currently a management consultant with JF Virtus Pte. Ltd. which offer audit, risk and consultancy services to exchange listed companies. Mr. Siow qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1981, a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 1985, a Certified General Accountants with the Certified General Accountants of Canada in 1990 and is a non-practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He graduated from the University of Warwick, England, with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Siow is on board of several listed and private companies, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Sie Hou Ong

Mr. Ong Sie Hou is Independent Director of SunVic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to Board on 27 February 2006 and re-elected on 30 April 2012. Currently, he is a director of CTLC Law Corporation, a firm of advocates and solicitors in Singapore. He was previously a partner of Rajah & Tann of which he has been with from May 2002 to March 2010. From 1998 to 2001, Raymond Ong was an associate lawyer at Colin Ng & Partners. Prior to that, he was practicing at Joseph Tan Jude Benny & Scott between 1997 and 1998 and Chong Yeo & Partners between 1996 and 1997. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Law in 1995 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996. His main area of practice is in litigation and international arbitration in commercial, banking, transportation and shipping matters.

Chee Wee Yap

Mr. Yap Chee Wee is Independent Director of Sunvic Chemical Holdings Ltd. He was appointed to Board on 12 July 2010. He is a founder of Fleur Capital, a fund management company based in Singapore, and currently manages a portfolio of investments with operations in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Philippines and India. The investments are in the businesses of food and beverage, chemical fibres, information technology, cloud computing, training and consultancy. He has almost 20 years of experience in venture capital, corporate investment, investment banking and audit. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours), and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant certifications. He also completed the International Business Fellowship Programme at Qinghua University and Nanjing University.
