Name Description

James Saunders

Mr. James M. Saunders is Lead Independent Chairman of the Board of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Saunders is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Twin Butte Energy Ltd., a publicly traded oil and gas company, and has held such position since November 2008. For the period October 2006 to November 2008 Mr. Saunders was an independent businessman. From October 2004 to September 2006, Mr. Saunders held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Prairie Schooner Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Saunders is an engineer with 26 years of diversified technical and management experience. Mr. Saunders received his Professional Engineering designation from APEGGA in 1983 and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering which he obtained from the University of New Brunswick in 1982.

Ken Mullen

Mr. Ken Mullen is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Savanna Energy Services Corp. He was a member of the senior executive team and ultimately President and Chief Executive Officer of Plains Energy Services Ltd., a former publicly traded oilfield services company, from December 1996 to July 2000. Mr. Mullen received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1983, a Chartered Accountant designation in Alberta in 1985 and a law degree from the University of Calgary in 1992. Mr. Mullen is also a graduate of the Directors Education Program established by the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds an ICD.D designation.

Darcy Draudson

Mr. Darcy Draudson is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Draudson who from August 26, 2006 to February 26, 2009 was the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and from August 14, 2003 to August 25, 2006 was the Vice-President, Finance of the Corporation.

Mr. John Cooper is Chief Operating Officer, Vice President - Operations of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Cooper brings experience in organizations and building operating teams in diverse business environments from both an operational and executive perspective, with a commitment to values-based leadership. George Chow

Mr. George K. Chow is Executive Vice President - Corporate of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. George is a founding shareholder of Savanna and is responsible for the corporate and legal matters of Savanna including those related to mergers, acquisitions and financings. He is also responsible for the oversight of the corporate secretarial function and corporate governance. In addition, George oversees Savanna’s information technology, technical services, engineering and corporate services groups. George’s career in oilfield services started in 1994 with Entest Corp., a production testing company, where he was a founding shareholder and served as President, until it was acquired by Plains Energy Services Ltd. in 1996. After the merger, he continued to serve as the President of Entest Corp. and joined the board of directors of Plains. He continued to serve in such capacity until he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Plains in 1998. George has also served as a director of several publicly traded companies in the oil and gas industry, lastly as non-executive chairman of Profound Energy Inc. Prior to joining Plains Energy, George practiced law, specializing in the areas of oil and gas and securities. Prior to that, he worked as a Professional Engineer in the natural gas transmission industry. George obtained his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1984, and a P.Eng. designation in 1987. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Alberta in 1988. George also obtained his ICD.D designation in 2010 from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Dwayne LaMontagne

Mr. Dwayne LaMontagne is Executive Vice-President and Chief Development Officer of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. LaMontagne who from August 26, 2006 to February 26, 2009 was the Vice-President, Finance of the Corporation and from November 2002 to August 25, 2006 was Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Western Lakota Energy Services Inc.

Rachel Moore

Ms. Rachel M. Moore is Vice President - Human Resources of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Ms. Moore, who from November, 2005 to April, 2010 was Vice-President, Human Resources of Enerflex Systems Income Fund.

Lori Connell

Ms. Lori Connell is Corpoarte Secretary of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Ms. Connell, who from August 15, 2003 to March 9, 2006 was Administration Manager of the Corporation.

G. Allen Brooks

Mr. G. Allen Brooks is an Independent Director of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Brooks is the President of G. Allen Brooks L.L.C., an energy market and financial consulting firm and has held such position since January 2005. Mr. Brooks also serves as an advisor to PPHB LP, a boutique oilfield service investment banking firm. Prior to forming G. Allen Brooks L.L.C., Mr. Brooks was the executive director of research of CIBC World Markets Corp. from 1997 to 2005. He has over 40 years of experience in the oilfield services, energy and investment industries, including international experience. Mr. Brooks is an economics graduate of the University of Connecticut and holds an M.S. degree in economics from Cornell University. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1975. Mr. Brooks is a member of the Institute of Canadian Directors. In addition he is a 2011 National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow.

John Hooks

Mr. John M. Hooks is an Independent Director of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Hooks is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of PHX Energy Services Corp. (successor to Phoenix Technology Income Fund), a publicly traded oilfield services company and has served in this position since 2004. Mr. Hooks has 30 years of experience in the Canadian and international oilfield services industry including operations, senior management and ownership positions.

Kevin Nugent

Mr. Kevin L. Nugent is an Independent Director of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Nugent is the President of Livingstone Energy Management Ltd., a private company. He was an independent businessman from January 2007 through October 2007. From 2004 to 2006 he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of NQL Energy Services Inc. (a provider of downhole drilling tools) and from 2003 to 2004 was the Senior Vice-President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the same entity. Mr. Nugent is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Lethbridge.

Tor Wilson

Mr. Tor Wilson is an Independent Director of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Wilson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Badger Daylighting Ltd. (successor to Badger Income Fund), a publicly traded company, since April 1, 2004, the date of completion of the reorganization of the former Badger Daylighting Inc. into an income trust structure. Prior to the completion of the aforementioned reorganization, Mr. Wilson was the President of the former Badger Daylighting Inc. from June 1, 2000 until March 31, 2004, was that company's Chief Executive Officer from February 21, 2001 until March 31, 2004 and was a director of that company from July 1, 2000 until March 31, 2004. Mr. Wilson is also a graduate of the Directors Education Program established by the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds an ICD.D designation.
