Rui Feng

 Dr. Rui Feng is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Silvercorp Metals Inc. He has been the President of New Pacific Metals Corp., since May 2010 and Director of New Pacific Metals Corp., since May 2004. He has been the Director of the Canada China Business Council - BC Chapter Board, Vice President of Canada-China Business Association.

Jianguo Gao

 Mr. Jianguo Gao is the President, Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. He resigned as Chief Operating Officer of the company effective November 08, 2012. He was appointed President and COO of the Company since March 2003; Director of New Pacific Metals Corp. September 2004 to July 2006.

Meng Tang

 Ms. Meng Tang is Chief Financial Officer of Silvercorp Metals Inc. Ms. Tang earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Nankai University, China, holds both a CA and US CPA designation, and has five years audit experience, most recently with Ernst & Young LLP where she focused on public company audits with China operations and was in charge of SOX 404 audits for U.S. public companies.

Mr. Torn has been involved in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, stock exchange listings, initial public offerings, public and private financings, and securities regulatory issues. He has a MBA and LLB from the University of British Columbia.

Earl Drake

 Mr. Earl Drake is an Independent Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. Mr. Drake is Vice Chairman Emeritus of the Canada China Business Council; former Project Director of the China Council on Environment & Development; and Honorary Professor in Residence at University of British Columbia. Prior to settling in Vancouver, Mr. Drake spent many years abroad as Canadian Ambassador to China and Indonesia, Executive Director at the World Bank in Washington and as Canadian diplomat at the OECD in Paris and embassies in Malaysia and Pakistan.

Robert Gayton

 Dr. Robert J. Gayton Ph.D., is an Independent Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. Dr. Gayton graduated from the University of British Columbia (“UBC”) in 1962 with a Bachelor of Commerce and in 1964 earned the Chartered Accountant (C.A.) designation while at Peat Marwick Mitchell. Dr. Gayton joined the Faculty of Business Administration at UBC in 1965 beginning 10 years in the academic world, including time at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Ph.D. in Business. Dr. Gayton rejoined Peat Marwick Mitchell in 1974 and became a partner in 1976, providing audit and consulting services to private and public company clients for 11 years. He has directed the accounting and financial matters of public companies in the resource and non-resource fields since 1987. He was CFO of Western Silver Corporation from 1996 to 2004 and was a director of Western Silver Corporation (2004-2005), Bema Gold Corporation (2003-2007), Northern Orion Resources Inc. (2004-2007), and Doublestar Resources (2000-2007), each of which were “taken over”. Mr. Gayton is currently a director of Nevsun Resources Ltd., Amerigo Resources Limited, Palo Duro Energy Inc., B2Gold Corp., Quaterra Resources Inc., Western Copper Corp., Eastern Platinum Limited and LNG Energy Ltd and NorthIsle Copper and Gold Inc.

Tok Pay Kong

 Mr. Tok Pay Kong has been appointed as Independent Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc., since November 25, 2011. Mr. Kong holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in British Columbia in 1978 and U.S CPA (Illinois) designation in 2002. From 1981 to 2004, he was partner of Ellis Foster Chartered Accountants and a partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 2005 to 2010. Yikang Liu

 Mr. Yikang Liu is an Independent Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. Mr. Yikang Liu was the Deputy General Secretary of the China Mining Association and the 35th & 36th Vice-Chairman of the Geological Society of China. Before he retired in 2001, Mr. Liu was the Chief Geologist for the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of China. While there he made contributions to the amendment of the last China Mineral Resources Law. Mr. Liu, representing Chinese interests, is the person responsible for the establishment of the first Sino-foreign joint venture for mineral exploration in China. Mr. Liu has over 40 years of geological experience in managing, evaluating and exploring mineral projects for the Chinese government in China and in 17 countries around the world. Mr. Liu is an Adjunct Professor of Geology at the Changchun College of Technology, Northeast University and the China University of Geoscience.

S. Paul Simpson

 Mr. S. Paul Simpson is an Independent Director of Silvercorp Metals Inc. Mr. Simpson was the Corporate Secretary of Tournigan Ventures Corporation (now Tournigan Gold Corp) (“TVC”) on January 21, 2002, when the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) issued a cease trade order (“CTO”) for failure to file its audited financial statements on time. The necessary materials were filed and the CTO was revoked by the BCSC on April 23, 2002, and by the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC)on May 10, 2002.
