Name Description

Anders Sundstrom

Mr. Anders Sundstrom has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swedbank AB since March 20, 2013. He is also Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Risk and Capital Committee. He joined the Board as Independent Deputy Chairman in 2009. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Folksam. In the past, he was also Member of the Parliament, as well as Minister for Employment, Minister for Enterprise and Energy and Minister for Social Affairs, and Local Government Commissioner at Pitea municipality. Additionally, he served as Chairman and CEO for Sparbanken Nord. Apart from his duties at Swedbank, Mr. Sundstrom chairs the Boards of Directors of Bommersvik AB; Kooperativa Forbundet, KF and ICMIF, serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of European Savings Bank Group and as Member of the Board of Arbetsgivarforeningen KFO, Forsikrings-Aktieselskabet ALKA (DK) and Konsumentkooperationens pensionsstiftelse. He has studied Social Sciences.

Michael Wolf

Mr. Michael Wolf has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swedbank AB since March 1, 2009. He joined the Company in 2008. He was previously CEO (2006-2008) of Intrum Justitia, and held such roles as Vice President with responsibility For Europe and Latin America (2003-2006) and Chief Financial Officer (2002-2003) at Skandia. He was also CEo of Skandia, Germany (1999-2002) and Head of product development for Skandia Global Funds (1998-1999). Mr. Lars Idermark has served as Independent Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swedbank AB since March 20, 2013. Mr. Idermark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sodra Skogsagarna AB. Goran Bronner

Mr. Goran Bronner has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Swedbank AB since August 10, 2011. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Risk Officer of the Company between March 2009 and August 10, 2011. Previously, from 2000 to 2009, he was Main owner and Chair of Tanglin Asset Management AB. From 1986 until 2000, he held various management positions within SEB Asia, Stockholm and London, including responsibility for its operations in Asia from 1997 to 2000. Anders Karlsson

Mr. Anders Karlsson has been Group Chief Risk Officer of Swedbank AB since September 1, 2013. He was previously Head of Risk at Swedbank Treasury and at Large Corporates & Institutions (2013). He has been employed at the Company since 2010 and earlier between 1999 and 2008. He was Head of Market Risk, Capital- and Credit Modelling at Swedbank Group (2011-2013); Head of Group Risk Control at Swedbank (2010-2011); Chief Financial Officer of Carnegie Investment Bank (2009-2010); Chief Risk Officer of Carnegie Investment Bank (2008-2009); Head of Group Risk Control at Swedbank (2004-2008). Helo Meigas

Ms. Helo Meigas has been Head of Group Treasury at Swedbank AB since January 1, 2014. She has been employed at the Company since 2004. She was previously Chief Financial Officer and later Head of Russia & Ukraine business area at the Company (2009-2013). She also served in various managerial positions in Swedbank Baltic Banking (2004-2009). She was Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co (Finland) (2001-2004); Deputy Governor, Financial Stability at Bank of Estonia (1998-2000) and Chief Executive Officer of Tallinn Stock Exchange (1995-1998). Mr. Lars Friberg has served as Head of Group Human Resources at Swedbank AB since January 1, 2013. He was Acting Head of Group HR since November 30, 2012. Prior to that, he served as Head of Private Banking at Swedbank (2009-2012). Annika Hellstrom

Ms. Annika Hellstrom has served as Head of Central Region at Swedbank AB since March 10, 2014. She has held the position as Group Business Controller at Swedbank and has been employed in the Company since 1991. Lars Ljungalv

Olof Manner

Mr. Olof Manner has been appointed Head of Macro Research at Swedbank AB, effective as of no later than March 1, 2014. He joins Swedbank from Ohman-gruppen, the asset manager, where he is currently Senior Advisor, having previously held a number of key positions, including head of Fixed Income and Executive Vice President. He joined Ohman Fondkommission back in 1987, and stayed there for over 20 years. In 2010, he was recruited by the United Kingdom bank Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he stayed for two years as Head of Scandinavian Rates Sales. He also lectures on macro/fixed income and since 2009 has been writing a regular column in "Affarsvarlden" the Swedish business magazine.

Lena Smeby-Udesen

Ms. Lena Smeby-Udesen has been Head of Western Region at Swedbank AB since 2012. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer at Second Swedish National Pension Fund (2001-2011), held various positions at ForeningsSparbanken/Swedbank Markets (1990-2001) and at Ericsson Group (1983-1990). She was previously Member of the Board of Handelsbanken Fonder AB (2004-2007), Member of the Board of Kaupthing Sverige AB (2007-2008), Chairman of the Board of Kaupthing Fonder AB (2007-2009), Chairman of Stiftelsen centrum for finans (2006-2011) and Member of HHS Goteborg, SBAB (2009-2011). Johan Smedman

Mr. Johan Smedman has been Head of Savings Banks Business at Swedbank AB since January 1, 2014. Before that, he has been Head of Central Region at the Company since 2009. He was previously Chief Executive Officer at Roslagens Sparbank and Head of Corporate Client Advisers at SEB Stockholm North West. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics.

Goran Hedman
