Mayer, Otto Mr. Otto Mayer has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sunways AG since August 10, 2007. Before that, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Company. Mr. Mayer is also Chairman of the Committee for Management Board Matters and Member of the Nomination Committee as well as Accounting Committee at the Company. In addition, Mr. Mayer serves as Member of the Supervisory Board at A3M AG.
Wilhelm, Michael Mr. Michael Wilhelm has been Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sunways AG since January 1, 2009, and Chief Financial Officer as well as Member of the Management Board of the Company since November 1, 2006. He has five years experience as a Project Manager with a management consultancy company and more than 10 years experience as a Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board. Mr. Wilhelm holds a degree in Business Administration.
Von Strom, Joerg Mr. Joerg Von Strom has been Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Sunways AG since November 1, 2008. Burkhardt, Roland Mr. Roland Burkhardt has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Technology and R&D Officer, responsible for the Technology and Research and Development Division at Sunways AG, effective January 1, 2009. He was previously Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sunways AG from 2006. Prior to this, he was Sole Member of the Management Board from January 1, 2004 and served as Chief Technical Officer from June 1999 to December 31, 2003. He carried out five years of research with new solar cell materials at the University of Constance. Frei, Juergen Mr. Juergen Frei has been Member of the Management Board, responsible for the Distribution and Marketing Division at Sunways AG since November 17, 2008. Mr. Frei holds a degree in Business Administration. Before joining the Company, he worked for Wavin GmbH, a manufacturer of plastic pipe systems.
