Name Description
Story, John Mr. John Story serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd. He holds Bachelor of Arts; Bachelor of Laws; Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He was previously a Director of Jupiters Limited, acquired by the Tabcorp Group in November 2003. He was a Partner of the law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth for 36 years until his retirement on 30 June 2006. He practised in the areas of corporate and commercial law and served as the firm’s Queensland Managing Partner and National Chairman. Mr Story is Chairman of Suncorp-Metway Limited and a Director of CSR Limited. He is also Chairman of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chancellor of the University of Queensland and Commissioner of the Public Service Commission (Queensland). Mr. Story is Chairman of the Tabcorp Nomination Committee. He is also a member of the Tabcorp Audit Committee, the Tabcorp Remuneration Committee and the Tabcorp Risk and Compliance Committee.
Kupper, Elmer Mr. Elmer Funke Kupper serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration; Master of Business Administration. He joined Tabcorp in February 2006. He commenced as Chief Executive Australian Business and in March 2007 was appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer. In September 2007 he was appointed to the Board as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Tabcorp he held several senior executive positions with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, including Group Managing Director Asia Pacific and Managing Director Personal Banking and Wealth Management. Bekier, Matt Mr. Matt Bekier is Chief Financial Officer of Tabcorp Holdings Limited. He joined Tabcorp in late 2005 after holding various roles with McKinsey and Company, where he helped in building a substantial practice in both post-merger management and financial services, working across four continents (Australia, Europe, Asia and North America). Mr. Matt holds a Masters degree in Economics and Commerce as well as a Ph.D. in Finance from St. Gallen University in Switzerland.
Mullin, Larry Mr. Larry Mullin has been appointed as Chief Executive of Tabcorp Holdings Limited's Casinos. Mr. Mullin has been the President and Chief Operating Officer with Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, a joint venture between Boyd Gaming Corporation and MGM MIRAGE. Mr. Mullin, who has a distinguished 20-year career in casino operations, has held a variety of senior casino management positions and helped shape casino entertainment in the United States. Starting in the casino industry as a concierge, Mr. Mullin climbed the ranks at Harrah’s and worked closely with Donald Trump at various Trump resorts. Since 2003 he has helped transform the Borgata to become one of the entertainment destinations in the USA. He was appointed Borgata’s President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006. Mr. Mullin holds a Bachelor in Business Administration.
Willcock, Kerry Ms. Kerry Willcock joined the Tabcorp Group Limited in February 2005 as Executive General Manager, Corporate and Legal and also serves as Company Secretary since 2008. She joined Tabcorp in February 2005. She has extensive commercial, legal, litigation and government relations experience and with the Australian Postal Corporation, where she held the position of General Counsel. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws and is a qualified mediator and member of the Mediation Panel of the Law Institute of Victoria. She is also a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA ) General Counsel Group.
Jesudason, Mohan Mr. Mohan Jesudason serves as Managing Director, Gaming for Tabcorp Holdings Limited. Before joining Tabcorp in August 2003, he held key senior management roles with Telecom New Zealand, AXA Australia and New Zealand, and the State Bank of Victoria. Attenborough, David David Attenborough has been appointed as Managing Director - Wagering Division of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd, with effect from May 2010. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer (South Africa) of Phumelela Gaming and Leisure Ltd, the major wagering operator in South Africa. Mr. Attenborough worked for Phumelela for six years, and the last 18 months as its Chief Executive Officer (South Africa). His previous experience includes the development of casino and gaming opportunities for the Hilton Group Plc and various roles with British bookmaking company Ladbrokes. Mr. Attenborough brings to Tabcorp a great background in totalisator and fixed-odds betting, racing and broadcasting. He has a deep understanding of the racing industry, with Phumelela operating five race courses in South Africa. Tabcorp has a relationship with Phumelela which now includes co-mingling of totalisator pools. He has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science.
Zampaglione, Louise Ms. Louise Zampaglione is Executive General Manager - Human Resources of Tabcorp Holdings Limited. She joined the company in November 2007. Prior to commencing at Tabcorp, she was Executive Director Human Capital with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Louise has a wealth of experience in building a strong people culture and the human resources processes to support this. Louise has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management).
Dwyer, Paula Ms. Paula Dwyer serves as Non-Executive Director of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd. She holds Bachelor of Commerce; Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia; Fellow of AICD; Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Switkowski, Zygmunt Dr. Zygmunt E. Switkowski serves as Non Executive Director of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd since October 2006. He holds Bachelor of Science (Honors); Ph.D. (Nuclear Physics); Fellow of AICD. Zygmunt Switkowski was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Telstra Corporation Limited from 1999 to mid 2005, and is a former Chief Executive Officer of Optus Communications. He worked for Kodak (Australasia) for 18 years, serving as the Chairman and Managing Director from 1992 to 1996. Dr Switkowski is a Director of Suncorp-Metway Limited and Healthscope Limited.
