Swartz, Sidney Mr. Sidney Swartz has been Chairman of the Board of The Timberland Company since June 1986. Sidney Swartz also was the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President from June 1986 until June 1998.
Swartz, Jeffrey Mr. Jeffrey Swartz has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Timberland Company since June 1998. Jeffrey Swartz serves as a director of Limited Brands Inc., a publicly traded specialty retailer of women’s intimate apparel, beauty and personal care products and accessories.
Teffner, Carrie Ms. Carrie W. Teffner is the Chief Financial Officer of The Timberland Company. Ms. Teffner is joining the Company from Sara Lee Corporation, a publicly-traded, global manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, brand-name products for consumers throughout the world, where she has served in executive-level finance and treasury positions since 1998. Since 2008, Ms. Teffner served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee International Household and Body Care, a division of Sara Lee Corporation. Prior to that, Ms. Teffner served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee Foodservice, a division of Sara Lee Corporation.
