Name Description

Ken Ofori-Atta

Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED. He is also Chairman of the Remuneration and Strategy Committees and a Member of the Governance Committee of the Bank. He is also Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta is the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Databank Financial Services Limited (Ghana). He is also a Director of Enterprise Insurance Company Limited. He is Vice Chairman of Women’s World Banking Ltd in Ghana and Chairman of International Bank of Liberia. Mr. Ofori-Atta sits on the boards of New York University in Ghana, the Central University College, the College of Health Sciences (University of Ghana) and the Investment Committee of the University of Ghana. He also sits at the Council on International Activities of Yale University in the United States. Prior to co-founding Databank, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers in New York in their Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups. He holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University in New York and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, Yale University.

Fatou Drammeh

Ms. Fatou Lili Drammeh has served as Head of Legal and Compliance Department, Company Secretary of The Trust Bank Limited since July 1, 2016. She is a legal practitioner with nine years post call experience having been called to the prestigious Ghana Bar in 2009 and admitted to the Gambia Bar in 2010. She has served for several years on the Gambian Bench and held various posts within the judiciary as a Principal Magistrate, Master and Registrar of the High Court. Whilst on the bench, she was also appointed adjunct lecturer at the faculty of Law, University of The Gambia. She currently works as the Head of Legal and Compliance Department of the Company, a position she has held since October 2011 when she joined the Bank.

Ibrahima Salla

Mr. Ibrahima Salla has served as Managing Director, Executive Director of The Trust Bank Limited since July 1, 2016. He also served as General Manager - Corporate Department within the Company between 2007 and July 1, 2016. Mr. Salla graduated from Providence University, USA in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Degree in Business Accounting. Over the years, he has attended numerous training programs in Banking, Finance and Leadership amongst others. He joined the erstwhile Meridian BIAO Bank Group in 1994 and was part of the team instrumental in transitioning Meridian BIAO into Trust Bank Ltd. At Trust Bank, Mr. Salla has held various positions and in 2007, was promoted to the position of General Manager, Corporate Department.

Njilan Senghore-Njie

Mrs. Njilan Senghore-Njie has served as Deputy Managing Director, Executive Director of The Trust Bank Limited since July 1, 2016. Until July 1, 2016, she served as Company Secretary within the Company. Mrs. Senghore Njie is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT), a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and also a graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA). She is currently the General Manager for Finance and Administration of Trust Bank as well as the Company Secretary. She has held both positions since she joined the Bank in 1997. Prior to this, she worked with Deloitte and Touche for eight years and rose to the rank of Senior Audit Manager.

Angela Andrews-Njie

Mrs. Angela Andrews-Njie has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since May 2002. She also acts as Chairperson of the Governance and Member of the Audit Committees of the Company. Ms. Andrews-Njie is a Co-founder, Director and Company Secretary of West African Tours Ltd. Prior to this, she worked for the Gamnor Group (The Gambia), CT Bowering (London) and British Aluminum. Since 1993, she has also undertaken short term consultancies for a number of Institutions including an assignment at Tanzania’s Civil Training Center on behalf of the Commonwealth Secretariat, and an audit assignment in collaboration with Coopers & Lybrand Dieye under the direction of the World Bank. She also served as Executive Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Gambia. Ms. Andrews-Njie graduated from the London School of Accounting as an ACIS (Chartered Institute of Secretaries) Graduate and an ACMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) Graduate in 1981 and 1983 respectively. Prior to that, she obtained a Diploma in Administration from Hull College of Hull University in 1979. In 2004, she obtained an MBA in International Business from the University of Birmingham.

Abdoulie Cham

Mr. Abdoulie Cham has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since June 2011. He is a Member of the Audit Committee of the Bank. Mr. Cham has worked at Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation since 1982 rising through the ranks from Accounts Clerks, Cashier, and Accounting Assistant to his current position as Director of Finance and Investment, a position he assumed in 2011. Mr. Cham earned a B Sc in Accounting from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom in 2006.

Saibatou Faal

Mr. Saibatou B. Faal has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since September 1, 2015. He was Non-Executive Director of the Company from December 2009 until May 2011. Previously he was Non-Executive Director of the Company between 2001 and 2006 and resigned to pursue his Master’s degree overseas. He rejoined the Board in December 2009. He is Director of Research and Policy Planning and formulation at the Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation. He has worked in various capacities at the Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation since 1982. He has an M Sc in Actual Science from Universite de Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from the Georgia State University, Atlanta, USA. Mr. Faal also has various certifcates and diplomas in other disciplines.

Edward Graham

Mr. Edward Graham has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since January 2013. He also served as Non-Executive Director of the Company between January 2005 and December 2010. He is also Member of the Infrastructure Development Committee of the Company and Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Additionally, he is Managing Director of Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation (SSHFC). Previously, he was Non-Executive Director of the Company from January 2005 to December 2010. Mr. Graham joined SSHFC as Accountant in1987, and worked his way up to the position of Managing Director, prior to which, he was Deputy Managing Director of SSHFC. In April 2000, he worked at Housing Finance Company of Kenya to understudy the administration of housing project loans. Mr. Graham qualified as Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) in 1999. He obtained a Higher National Certificate in Accounting from Aberdeen Scotland In 1986. Mr. Graham also attended short term training courses in Information Systems Development, Financial Administration of Security Schemes and Corporate Governance courses.

Franklin Hayford

Mr. Franklin A. Hayford has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since May 31, 2007. Until May 31, 2007, he served as Acting Secretary, Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Bank. Mr. Hayford is the Resident Director of Databank Securities Ltd, The Gambia. He combines this function with his duties as the General Manager of The Gam Chemists Ltd. Mr. Hayford held the position of General Manager of Zingli Manufacturing Company Ltd and he served as Managing Director of The Rice Bow (Gambia) Ltd. He also represents a number of Institutions in The Gambia including Databank Financial Holdings Ltd and SOFTtribe Ltd. Mr. Hayford holds a B Sc degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester.

Mustapha Njie

Mr. Mustapha Njie has served as Non-Executive Director of THE TRUST BANK LIMITED since September 2000. He also acts as Chairman of the Infrastructure Development Committee and Member of the Strategy Committee of the Bank. Mr. Njie owns and manages Gambia's construction company TAF CONSTRUCTION LIMITED, which was incorporated in January 1990. After a decade, he consolidated Taf Construction with all his other operations to form TAF HOLDING CO. LTD. The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry decorated him with the coveted award of Business Man of the Year 1992/93 and 2004. In 1998, he was honored with the European Council Global Business Award. Again in November 2004, he received a dual award: Small, Medium Micro Enterprise Award in Africa and Honorary Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Global Enterprise Management. He was also decorated with Insignia of Member of The Republic of The Gambia (MRG) by His Excellency, The President of The Republic of The Gambia.

Pa Njie

Mr. Pa Macoumba Njie has served as Non-Executive Director of The Trust Bank Limited since July 1, 2016. He served as Managing Director, Executive Director of the Company between 2000 and July 1, 2016. He is also co-opted Member of the Strategy and the Infrastructure Development Committees of the Bank. Mr. Njie joined the Gambia Commercial and Development Bank (GCDB) straight out of High School and worked there up until the time he left for the United States for further studies. While in the United States, he worked in the Consumer Loan Department of the First American Bank and in 1982, he returned home to rejoin GCDB where he worked his way up the ranks from a Credit officer to Commercial Manager. Between 1992 and 1997 he worked his way up from Operations Manager at Meriden BIAO Bank to Executive Director. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Howard University in the USA and a MA in Business Economics from Essex University in the United Kingdom. He has served as a Board Member of Meridien Bank Sierra Leone, Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Home Finance Company (The Gambia) Ltd. He currently also serves as the Chairman of the Gambia Banker’s Association and is a Director on the Board of International Bank of Liberia. Mr. Njie received the Gambia Chamber of Commerce Banker of the year Award in 2001 and in 2002 was appointed a Notary Public. In 2006, he was appointed to the National Order of the Republic of The Gambia (RGM) by His Excellency The President of the Republic of The Gambia.
