Haitao Lian

 Mr. Haitao Lian serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Tianbao Holdings Ltd. He obtained an MBA from Zhengzhou University after finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. After retiring from the Army in 1985, Mr. Lian held several managerial positions between 1989 and 2003 with several corporations, with his main duties being to run and manage sales teams in different industries and developing marketing techniques. Between 2003 and 2008, Mr. Lian was General Manager for Henan Taichi Real Estate Co Ltd.

Yinchao Hu

 Mr. Yinchao Hu serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tianbao Holdings Ltd. He has a Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting. After obtaining his degree, Mr. Hu worked for several years as an accounting lecturer. Mr. Hu subsequently joined an industrial company in Zhenzhou as CFO. From 1997 to 2009, he was Deputy Director in an accounting firm in Zhengzhou. Mr. Hu joined the board of Henan Tianbao Real Estate in 2009, where he oversaw the transformation of accounting policies to GAAP, and was Chief Liaison Officer with outside auditors.

Ruyin Zhang

 Ms. Ruyin Zhang serves as Vice President, General Manager and Director at Tianbao Holdings Ltd. After Ms. Zhang obtained a Bachelors Degree in Enterprise Management, she worked as deputy manager for Zhengzhou Jinguo Laundry Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Shengkai Electronic Co., Ltd. as a manager before being employed as Vice President at the Company. She is now responsible for daily administrative, project and resource managements for the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Henan Tianbao, while also maintaining responsibility for internal control and procedures.
