Name Description

Remy Sautter

Mr. Remy Sautter has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Technicolor SA since June 20, 2012. He is a Member of the Remuneration, Nominating and Governance Committee of the Company. He was first appointed as Independent Director in January 2006. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ediradio/RTL since 2000. From 1996 to 2000, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CLT Multi Media and then of CLT-UFA Group. From 1985 to 1996, he was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Ediradio/RTL, and prior to this he was Chief Financial Officer at Havas from 1983 to 1985. He graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and from Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).

Frederic Rose

Mr. Frederic Rose has served as Member of the Executive Committee, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Technicolor SA since September 1, 2008. He was Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors from April 27, 2009 to February 17, 2010. He joined the Company from Alcatel-Lucent, where he was President of that company's Europe, Asia and Africa Region and Member of Alcatel-Lucent's Executive Committee. Before this he was President of Alcatel-Lucent's Asia Pacific region. He also held the position of President of Alcatel Shanghai Bell, Alcatel-Lucent's joint venture in China. In total, he worked for 15 years at Alcatel-Lucent in the United States, Europe and Asia. He is Member of the Board of Directors of Logica Plc, among others. Mr. Rose is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the Georgetown University Law Centre.

Stephane Rougeot

Mr. Stephane Rougeot has served as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Strategy and Member of the Executive Committee of Technicolor SA since 2011. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Head of IT, and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company on November 3, 2008. Before this he has served in multiple role at France Telecom - Orange since 2003. Previously, he had been in charge of investor relations and head of corporate communications for Technicolor. Michel Rahier

Mr. Michel Rahier is Head of Digital Delivery, Connected Home, IT & Operational Excellence and Member of the Executive Committee of Technicolor SA. He was appointed President of “Connected Home” Division in October 2011. He joined the Technicolor SA Executive Committee in April 2011 following his appointment as Executive Vice President, Operations Services & Transformation. Mr. Rahier was most recently Executive Vice-President Operations and member of the Management Committee at Alcatel-Lucent, in charge of the global company transformation. Prior to this, he was President of the Fixed Communications Group at Alcatel from 2005, then at Alcatel-Lucent, President of the Carrier Business Group in 2007. Mr. Rahier holds a Master and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Louvain as well as an MBA from Boston University.

Gary Donnan

Mr. Gary Donnan has served as Member of the Executive Committee, Head of Strategy, Technology & Research at Technicolor SA since 2010. Before joining Technicolor in October 2005, Mr. Donnan held similar responsibilities at Alcatel in Research & Innovation, in addition to serving on the Alcatel France Executive Committee. Immediately prior to that role, he was the R&D Technical Director(3G) in Alcatel/Fujitsu (Evolium). During the previous years, Mr. Donnan worked in R&D operations in the fields of satellite & nuclear control systems, transmission systems, switching systems, and radio infrastructure. In addition to managing Technicolor Research & Innovation, Mr. Donnan currently heads the Company's Strategy, Technology, and Research organization – charged with promoting advanced technologies and services throughout the Company. He received his degrees in Computer Systems from the University of Ulster, Ireland.

Mr. David Chambeaud is Head of Human Resources, Sustainability, Global Sourcing and Real Estate and Member of the Executive Committee of Technicolor SA. He was appointed Head of Human Resources & Sustainability in July 2009. Prior to this position, he was part of Technicolor’s sourcing organization in Germany in 1989. He pursued his career at Danone from 1992 through 1995. He returned to Technicolor in 1995 to assume regional and divisional sourcing responsibilities in France and Germany, becoming head of the entire sourcing organization in 2005. Mr. Chambeaud is a graduate of the EPSCI (Ecole des practiciens du commerce international), an international business school in Paris, part of the ESSEC Group.

Ms. Beatrix de Russe has been Head of Intellectual Property and Licensing of Technicolor SA and Member of the Executive Committee since February 2004. Prior to this and since 1999, she was Head of Licensing. From 1993 to 1999 she was successively Head of Licensing, then Head of Patents and Licensing for Thomson. From 1984 to 1992, Ms. de Russe was in charge of international contracts and Intellectual Property at Thomson Components and STMicroelectronics, where she specialized in Intellectual Property matters. From 1976 to 1983, she worked as an international attorney at the international division of Thales (former Thomson CSF). Ms. de Russe holds a Masters degree in Law and a Postgraduate degree in International Trade Law as well as a Masters degree in English and a CDCI diploma.

Vince Pizzica

Mr. Vince Pizzica has served as Head of Corporate Partnerships and Ventures at Technicolor SA since October 2011. He was previously Head of Digital Delivery from June 2010 until October 2011. He is Member of the Company's Executive Committee as of 2008. He was formerly in charge of technology, strategy and marketing at Alcatel-Lucent, for the Europe, Africa and Asia region. Over his career in the telecoms industry, Mr. Pizzica has held a number of positions at Alcatel, Siemens and Telstra, including Chief Technology Officer for the APAC region at Alcatel-Lucent, General Manager of the Trusted Networks activity at Siemens in Australia and various roles in operations and technology at Telstra. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Institute of Engineers in Australia, and a Master of Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.

Lanny Raimondo

Mr. Lanny Raimondo has been Head of Entertainment Services and Member of the Executive Committee of Technicolor SA since September 2001. Mr. Raimondo has worked at Technicolor since 1994. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Technicolor Group in 1998, after having served as President of the company’s Home Entertainment business. Prior to that, Mr. Raimondo spent 16 years with Pirelli Cable Corporation where he managed subsidiary companies in Great Britain, Canada and the United States, holding the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the North American Group from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Raimondo is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

David Fishman

Mr. David L. Fishman has been Director of Technicolor SA since June 20, 2012. He has been a Partner at Vector Capital since 2008. He is a Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He has led the investments in SafeNet, Aladdin Knowledge Systems and Trafficmaster. Prior to joining Vector, Mr. Fishman worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 10 years and was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions area, focused primarily on technology and media transactions. Alexander Slusky

Mr. Alexander R. Slusky has been a Director at Technicolor SA since June 20, 2012. He is Chairman of the Company's Remuneration, Nominating and Governance Committee and Member of the Amplify 2015 Committee. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Vector Capital. Lloyd Carney

Mr. Lloyd A. Carney has been Independent Director of Technicolor SA since June 17, 2010. He was previously Non-Voting Director of the Company from February 17, 2010 until his appointment as Independent Director. He is Chairman of the Company's Technology Committee. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Brocade Since January 2013. Mr. Carney was Chief Executive Officer and Director of Xsigo from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, he was general manager of IBM’s Netcool Division. When IBM acquired Micromuse, Mr. Carney was appointed Chairman and CEO of this company. He was COO at Juniper Networks, where he oversaw the sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service organizations. He also has headed up three divisions at Nortel Networks, including the Core IP Division, the Wireless Internet Division and the Enterprise Data Division. Mr. Carney chairs the Lloyd and Carole Carney Foundation.

Catherine Guillouard

Ms. Catherine Guillouard has been an Independent Director of Technicolor SA since February 17, 2010. She is Member of the Company's Audit Committee. Ms. Catherine Guillouard has been Chief Financial Officer of Eutelsat since September 2007. She is a Member of the Group’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Eutelsat, Ms. Guillouard held various positions within Air France. From 2005 to September 2007, she was Senior Vice President of Finance at Air France. Bruce Hack

Mr. Bruce L. Hack has been an Independent Director of Technicolor SA since February 17, 2010. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and Member of the the Remuneration, Nomination and Governance Committee, as well as the Amplify 2015 Committee. He is a Director of several companies and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Demerx, Inc. Mr. Hack was Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chief Corporate Officer of Activision Blizzard until 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Hack was Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Games from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Hack also served as EVP, Development and Strategy, Vivendi Universal, from 2001 to 2003; Vice-Chairman of the Board, Universal Music Group, from 1998 to 2001; and Chief Financial Officer, Universal Studios, from 1995 to 1998. He joined the Seagram Company Ltd. in 1982 after serving as a trade negotiator at the United States Treasury in Washington, D.C. Among his roles at Seagram were Chief Financial Officer of Tropicana Products, Inc. and Director, Strategic Planning, at The Seagram Company Ltd. Mr. Hack graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance University of Chicago.

Hugues Lepic

Mr. Hugues Lepic is an Independent Director at Technicolor SA. He is an investor. He was, until August 2012, Head of the Merchant Banking Division of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) where he spent most of his career. He was also a member of Goldman Sachs’ European Management Committee. He was made a managing director of Goldman Sachs in 1998 and a partner in 2000. He became head of the Principal Investment Area in Europe in 2006 and head of The Merchant Banking Division in Europe in 2009. Mr. Didier Lombard has served as Independent Director of Technicolor SA since May 2004 and is also Member of the Company's Technology Committee and Amplify 2015 Committee. is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics since spring 2011. He was also Chief Executive Officer of France Telecom from March 2005 to March 2010 and Chairman of the Board from March 2005 to February 2011. From 2003 to 2005, he was Executive Vice President of France Telecom in charge of the technologies, partnership and new services mission. From 1999 to the beginning of 2003, Mr. Lombard served as Ambassador in charge of foreign investment and Chief Executive Officer of the French Agency for International Investment. From 1991 to 1998, he was Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Strategy in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry. From 1988 to 1990, he served as Technical and Scientific manager in the Ministry of Research and Technology. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications.

John Roche

Mr. John Roche was an Independent Director of Technicolor SA from February 17, 2010. He was Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He was appointed Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Banque Accord. He is also Manager of ETIMA. He also worked at the Auchan Group from 1990 to 2010 where he was advisor of the President, Secretary to the Board and Secretary of Auchan’s Audit Committee. He was also a Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Adeo Group. Prior to that, he held various positions within Citibank, mainly in Asia.
