| Taubman, Robert | Robert S. Taubman is the Chairman of the Board, and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Taubman Centers,Inc and the Manager, which is a subsidiary of TRG. Mr. Taubman has been Chairman since December 2001 and President and CEO since 1990. Mr. Taubman has been a director of the Company since 1992. Mr. Taubman is also a director of Comerica Bank and of Sotheby’s Holdings, Inc., the international art auction house. He is also a member of the United States Department of Commerce Travel and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board, a director of the Real Estate Roundtable, a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a former trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. |
