Brian Levitt |
Mr. Brian Michael Levitt is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Toronto Dominion Bank., since January 1, 2011. Mr. Levitt is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of the bank and Non-Executive Co-Chair, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Between January 1, 2011 and September 23, 2012, Mr. Levitt was Counsel at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, and prior to January 1, 2011, Mr. Levitt was Co-Chair at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Mr. Levitt is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Imasco Limited, a Canadian consumer goods and services company. Mr. Levitt holds a law degree from the University of Toronto, where he also completed his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering. |

Mr. William Edmund Clark is Group President, Chief Executive Officer, Non-Independent Director of Toronto Dominion Bank. Mr. Clark is the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Prior to December 20, 2002, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank. Mr. Clark joined the bank with its acquisition of CT Financial Services Inc. Ms. Colleen M. Johnston is Group Head - Finance and Chief Financial Officer - Corporate Office of Toronto Dominion Bank. She has primary responsibility for all aspects of external and regulatory financial reporting, performance measurement and optimization including capital allocation, investor and rating agency relations, interest and liquidity risk management, and tax management. The Audit function also reports to her on an administrative basis. Colleen joined TD in March 2004 as Executive Vice President, Finance Operations, and in November 2005 she became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank Financial Group. Prior to joining TD Colleen spent 15 years with Scotiabank, where she served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Scotia Capital; Vice President, Domestic Comptroller for Scotiabank; and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Scotiatrust. She began her career in 1982 with Price Waterhouse. She graduated from York University in 1982 with a bachelor of business administration degree and received her chartered accountant designation in 1984. Her community volunteer and leadership activities include her role as chair of the ShareLife Corporate Campaign and a member of the Mission Committee for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Colleen remains on the board of Bridgepoint Health, where she was previously chair for three years. She is actively involved in promoting diversity in the workplace as chair of TD’s Women in Leadership Committee. Colleen was recently elected as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), the highest designation conferred by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. |
Robert Dorrance |
Mr. Robert. E. Dorrance is Group Head - Wholesale Banking of TD Bank Group and Chairman, CEO & President, TD Securities. As Group Head Wholesale Banking, TD Bank Financial Group and Chairman, CEO & President, TD Securities, Mr. Dorrance leads the integrated investment dealer business of TD Bank Financial Group. He is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the firm as well as the day-to-day management of the global wholesale investment dealer operations. Previously, Mr. Dorrance managed TD Securities' Institutional Equities' Sales, Trading and Research groups, as well as Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Equity Trading, and was head of Investment Banking. Mr. Dorrance joined TD Securities in November 2000 when TDBFG purchased Newcrest Capital, where he had been President and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Prior to helping found Newcrest, he worked at Nesbitt Burns for 18 years. Mr. Dorrance holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University, an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen's University, and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
Timothy Hockey |
Mr. Timothy D. Hockey is Group Head - Canadian Banking, Auto Finance and Credit Cards; President and Chief Executive Officer, TD Canada Trust of Toronto Dominion Bank. As Group Head Personal Banking and Co-Chair TD Canada Trust, Mr. Hockey 's primary responsibility is the leadership of TDBFG's Personal Bank which offers a broad array of financial services and products to TD Canada Trust's 10 million customers through over 1,000 branches, EasyWeb, and EasyLine telephone banking. Mr. Hockey began his career at TDBFG in 1983 as a part-time teller, holding various positions in branches before moving into regional roles in Northern Ontario. He held increasingly senior positions, culminating in the role of District Vice President within ten years. He then took on senior positions in various corporate operations departments, including Information Technology. Mr. Hockey hails from the Ottawa area, where he attended Carleton University. He then went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1997, and he now sits on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business. |

Mr. Bharat B. Masrani has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Toronto-Dominion Bank. effective July 1, 2013. Bharat started his career at TDBFG in 1987 as Commercial Lending Trainee where he rose to Account Manager, Commercial Accounts in 1988. He progressed through a number of positions and responsibilities before assuming the role of Vice President and Head, Corporate Banking Canada. In 1996, he was appointed Vice President and Country Head for India and then to Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Co-Head in Europe in 1997. In 1999, Bharat also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of TD Waterhouse Investor Services in Europe, later taking on the role of Vice Chair and Chief Risk Officer, Corporate Office, TD Bank Financial Group. In November 2006 Bharat was appointed President of TD Banknorth and in March 2007 Bharat assumed the additional role of Chief Executive Officer. He obtained his Bachelor of Administration with Honours in 1978 and then his Master of Business Administration in 1979 from York University's Schulich School of Business. |
Frank McKenna |
The Hon. Frank J. McKenna, QC, is Deputy Chair of TD Bank Group. He is responsible for supporting the Bank in its customer acquisition strategy, particularly in the area of Wholesale and Commercial Banking. Prior to joining TDBFG, he was posted to Washington, D.C. and served as the Canadian Ambassador to the United States of America from 2005 to 2006. Previously he served as Counsel to the Atlantic Canada law firm of McInnes Cooper and Consulting Counsel to Osler Hoskin and Harcourt in Toronto. Frank served as Premier of New Brunswick from 1987-1997, winning three elections before honouring the promise he made when elected that he would not stay a day beyond 10 years. Mr. McKenna graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts, completed his post-graduate studies in political science at Queen's University and graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School as a silver medalist. Mr. McKenna also holds eight honourary doctorates from Canadian universities. Frank's career has included participation as a member of the Saucier Committee on Corporate Governance and the Canadian Security Intelligence Review Committee. In a volunteer capacity, Frank was a past National Head of Career Edge, a member of the Fund Raising Committee for the National Ballet School and has been involved with a number of organizations including the Canadian Business Hall of Fame, National Adult Literacy Database, New Brunswick Foundation for the Arts and the C.D. Howe Institute, as well as the capital campaigns of two universities in New Brunswick. He is also the owner of Glenwood Kitchens, a manufacturer of kitchen cabinets for the Canadian, U.S. and Caribbean market. |
