Name Description

Steven Raymund

Mr. Steven A. Raymund is Chairman of the Board of Tech Data Corporation, since 1991. He has served as a Director since 1986 and as Chairman of the Board since 1991. Mr. Raymund has been employed by the Company since 1981. He served as CEO from 1986 through September 2006. Mr. Raymund is a director of Jabil, Inc., where he is Chair of the Audit Committee and has served since 1996, and of WESCO International, Inc., where he serves on the Audit and Executive Committees and has served since 2006. Mr. Raymund served as a director of PopCap Games, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 where he served on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

Robert Dutkowsky

Mr. Robert M. Dutkowsky is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Tech Data Corp., since October 2006. He has served as a Director since 2006. He joined Tech Data at that time as CEO. His career began with IBM where, during his 20-year tenure, he served in several senior management positions including Vice President, Distribution - IBM Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Dutkowsky served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Egenera, Inc. (a software and virtualization technology company), from 2004 until 2006, and served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. (a software company) from 2002 until 2004. He was President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of GenRad, Inc. from 2000 until 2002. Starting in 1997, Mr. Dutkowsky was Executive Vice President, Markets and Channels, at EMC Corporation before being promoted to President, Data General, in 1999. Mr. Dutkowsky has served on the Board of Directors of Sepaton, Inc., since 2004. Mr. Dutkowsky holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Jeffery Howells

Mr. Jeffery P. Howells is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Tech Data Corp. Mr. Howells has served as a Director since 1998. Mr. Howells has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1992, joining the Company in 1991 as Vice President of Finance. In 1993, he became Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 1997 was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Howells was employed by Price Waterhouse for 11 years. Mr. Howells is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Stetson University.

Nestor Cano

Mr. Nestor Cano is President, Europe of Tech Data Corp. He joined the Company (via the Computer 2000 acquisition) in July 1989 as a Software Product Manager and served in management positions within the Company’s operations in Spain and Portugal from 1990 to 1995, after which time he was promoted to Regional Managing Director. In March 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and in January 2000 he was promoted to President of the Americas. He was promoted to President, Worldwide Operations in August 2000 and was appointed to the position of President, Europe in June 2007. Mr. Cano holds a PDG (similar to an Executive MBA) from IESE Business School in Barcelona (University of Navarra) and an Engineering Degree from Barcelona University.

Joseph Quaglia

Mr. Joseph H. Quaglia is President, the Americas of the Company. Quaglia has most recently served as Tech Data's senior vice president, U.S. Marketing since November 2007, leading the operations and strategic direction of the company's Product Marketing, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) and TDAgency divisions. In February 2012, Quaglia was appointed to the additional role of president, TDMobility, the company's mobility offering. Quaglia joined Tech Data in 2006 as Vice President, East and Government Sales. He is a 25-year IT industry veteran, including 10 years with CA Technologies. He has also held senior management positions with StorageNetworks Inc. and network software provider Atabok. Quaglia holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Butler University.

John Tonnison

Mr. John A. Tonnison is an Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Tech Data Corp., since February 2010. He joined the Company in March 2001 as Vice President, Worldwide E-Business and assumed the responsibilities of Senior Vice President of Information Technology in December 2006. In February 2010, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Tonnison held executive management positions in the U.S., United Kingdom and Germany with Computer 2000, Technology Solutions Network and Mancos Computers. Mr. Tonnison was educated in the United Kingdom and became a U.S. citizen in 2006.

David Vetter

Mr. David R. Vetter is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Tech Data Corp. He joined the Company in June 1993 as Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Corporate Vice President and General Counsel in April 2000. In March 2003, he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President, and effective July 2003, was appointed Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by the law firm of Robbins, Gaynor & Bronstein, P.A. from 1984 to 1993, as a partner. Mr. Vetter is a member of the Florida Bar Association and holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English and Economics from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida.

Joseph Trepani

Mr. Joseph B. Trepani is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Tech Data Corp. He joined the Company in March 1990 as Controller and held the position of Director of Operations from October 1991 through January 1995. In February 1995, he was promoted to Vice President and Worldwide Controller and to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in March 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Trepani was Vice President of Finance for Action Staffing, Inc. from July 1989 to February 1990. From 1982 to 1989, he was employed by Price Waterhouse. Mr. Trepani is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Heather Murray

Heather Murray has been appointed as Vice President - Product Marketing of Hewlett Packard Solutions Group of TECH DATA CORPORATION., August 27, 2014. In this role, Murray will lead the sales, marketing, technical, and supply chain operations in support of the company's full HP Solutions portfolio in the United States. Murray will report to Brian Davis, senior vice president, U.S. Marketing. A 15-year company veteran, Murray most recently served as vice president, Tech Data Mobile Solutions, leading the strategic direction of the company's marketing and sales efforts in its U.S. mobility business. In addition to her role at Tech Data, Murray also serves as the chair of the 2014 Executive Council and Community Leadership Board for CompTIA's Mobility Community, a trade association advancing the global interests of IT professionals and companies in education, certification, advocacy and philanthropy. This year, Murray was named to CRN's Women of the Channel Power 100 list. Murray holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa.

Alain Amsellem

Mr. Alain Amsellem is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Europe of Tech Data Corporation., joined the Company in 1994 through Tech Data’s acquisition of French distributor, Softmart International S.A. and served as France Finance Director until 2004. In August 2004, Mr. Amsellem was promoted to Senior Vice President of Southern Europe, and was appointed Senior Vice President - Europe Finance & Operations in 2007. In February 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Europe. Mr. Amsellem is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in management and chartered accountancy from Paris Dauphine University.

Charles Dannewitz

Mr. Charles V. Dannewitz is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Americas of Tech Data Corp., joined the Company in February 1995 as Vice President of Taxes. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Taxes in March 2000, and assumed responsibility for worldwide treasury operations in July 2003. In February 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Americas. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dannewitz was employed by Price Waterhouse from 1981 to 1995, most recently as a tax partner. Mr. Dannewitz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Thomas Morgan

Mr. Thomas I. Morgan is Lead Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, in February 2007. Mr. Morgan has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Baker & Taylor, Inc. (a distributor of physical and digital books) since 2008. Mr. Morgan served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Hughes Supply, Inc. from May 2003 until March 2006 when the company was purchased by The Home Depot, Inc. He joined Hughes Supply in 2001 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Hughes Supply, Mr. Morgan served as Chief Executive Officer of EnfoTrust Network from 2000 to 2001, Value America in 1999, and US Office Products from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Morgan began his career with Genuine Parts Company (“GPC”), where he held positions of increasing responsibility throughout the organization. He concluded his 22-year career with GPC in 1997, serving as Executive Vice President of S.P. Richards Co. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of GPC). In 2012, Mr. Morgan was appointed to the Board of Directors of Rayonier, Inc., a international forest products company. Mr. Morgan holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Charles Adair

Mr. Charles E. Adair is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, since 1995. Mr. Adair has been a partner of Cordova Ventures and Kowaliga Capital, Inc. (venture capital fund management companies) since 1993, where he serves as manager of venture capital funds. Mr. Adair was associated with Durr-Fillauer Medical, Inc. where he served in various capacities including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1981 to 1992. Mr. Harry J. Harczak is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, since 2008. Mr. Harczak has been a Managing Director of Sawdust Investment Management (a private investment firm) since 2008. Mr. Harczak was an executive at CDW Corporation (a direct marketer of IT hardware and software products) from 1994 until 2007, serving his last five years as Executive Vice President and as an Executive Committee member. He was CDW’s Chief Financial Officer for seven years. Prior to CDW, Mr. Harczak served as an audit partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked for 16 years serving public and private clients in the retail, distribution, and financial services community. Kathleen Misunas

Ms. Kathleen Misunas is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, since 2000. Ms. Misunas is Principal of Essential Ideas (a business advisory service), a company she founded in 2001. She was Chief Executive Officer of AirTreks, Inc. in 2001 and Chief Executive Officer and President of brandwise LLC in 1999 and 2000. Ms. Misunas was employed by Reed Elsevier PLC from 1996 to 1998, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Reed Travel Group in 1997 and 1998. Prior to this, Ms. Misunas was employed by AMR Corporation for 22 years, last serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the SABRE Group (a division of AMR Corporation) and Chief Information Officer of American Airlines, Inc. Patrick Sayer

Mr. Patrick Sayer has been appointed as an Independent Director of Tech Data Corp. effective November 28, 2012. Since 2002, Mr. Sayer has served as chief executive officer of Eurazeo, one of Europe's publicly-held investment companies with approximately 4 billion euros in assets. Previously, Mr. Sayer spent 20 years at Lazard, an international financial advisory and asset management firm, where he last served as managing director and head of Lazard's Technology and Media group. Mr. Sayer is vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rexel SA, and a member of the Board of Directors of other Eurazeo portfolio companies, including Accor and Edenred. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris. Mr. Sayer has a French Financial Analyst Degree and serves as a professor of finance at Dauphine University in Paris.

Savio Tung

Mr. Savio W. Tung is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, since 2010. Mr. Tung is one of the founding partners of Investcorp (a global investment firm), where he is the CEO, North America. Before joining Investcorp in 1984, he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank for 11 years, serving in its offices in New York, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and London. He is an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, and Strategy and Budget Committee of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, an affiliate of Rockefeller University and a Board Member of the Committee of 100. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Columbia University. He is also on the Board of the Columbia Investment Management Company. Mr. Tung holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University of New York.

David Upton

Mr. David M. Upton is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation, since 1997. Since June 2009, Mr. Upton has been the American Standard Companies Professor of Operations Management at Oxford University. From 1989-2009, he was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School where he was the Albert J. Weatherhead III Professor of Business Administration. Mr. Upton holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from King’s College, Cambridge University and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. He is a trustee and member of the Governing Body of Christ Church College, Oxford.
