Name Description

Steven Raymund

Mr. Steven A. Raymund serves as Chairman of the Board of Tech Data Corporation, since 1991. Mr. Raymund has been employed by the Company since 1981. He served as CEO from 1986 through September 2006. Mr. Raymund is a director of Jabil Circuit, Inc., where he is Chair of the Audit Committee and has served since 1996. In 2006, Mr. Raymund joined WESCO International, Inc. as a Director, and currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Raymund also served as a director of PopCap Games, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 where he served on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. Mr. Raymund is well qualified to serve as a member of the Company’s Board. He was the Company’s long-standing CEO who presided over the Company’s growth from 1986 to 2006. In addition, Mr. Raymund has substantial experience, knowledge, and relationships within the IT distribution channel that allow him to provide value related to finance, management, supplier and customer relationships, operations, and risk.

Robert Dutkowsky

Mr. Robert M. Dutkowsky serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Tech Data Corporation. He joined Tech Data as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2006. His career began with IBM where, during his 20-year tenure, he served in several senior management positions including Vice President, Distribution - IBM Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Dutkowsky served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Egenera, Inc. (a software and virtualization technology company), from 2004 until 2006, and served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. (a software company) from 2002 until 2004. He was President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of GenRad, Inc. from 2000 until 2002. Starting in 1997, Mr. Dutkowsky was Executive Vice President, Markets and Channels, at EMC Corporation before being promoted to President, Data General, in 1999. Mr. Dutkowsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Charles Dannewitz

Mr. Charles V. Dannewitz is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. He joined the Company in February 1995 as Vice President of Taxes. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Taxes in March 2000, and assumed responsibility for worldwide treasury operations in July 2003. In February 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Americas. In June 2015, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dannewitz was employed by Price Waterhouse from 1981 to 1995, most recently as a tax partner. Mr. Dannewitz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Nestor Cano

Mr. Nestor Cano is no longer President, Europe of Tech Data Corporation, effective as of April 1, 2017. He joined Computer 2000 (and the Company via acquisition) in July 1989 as a Software Product Manager and served in various management positions within the Company’s operations in Spain and Portugal from 1990 to 1995, after which time he was promoted to Regional Managing Director. In March 1999, he was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and in January 2000 was promoted to President, the Americas. Mr. Cano was promoted to President, Worldwide Operations in August 2000 and was appointed to President, Europe in June 2007. Mr. Cano holds a PDG (similar to an Executive MBA) from IESE Business School in Barcelona and an Engineering Degree from Barcelona University.

Joseph Quaglia

Mr. Joseph H. Quaglia serves as President, the Americas of the Company. Quaglia joined the Company in May 2006 as Vice President, East and Government Sales and was promoted to Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing in November 2007. In February 2012, he was appointed to the additional role of President, TDMobility and he was promoted to President, the Americas in November 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Quaglia held senior management positions with CA Technologies, StorageNetworks Inc. and network software provider Atabok. Mr. Quaglia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Butler University. .

Richard Hume

Mr. Richard T. Hume is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the company. He joined the Company in March 2016. Prior to his appointment at the Company, Mr. Hume was employed for over thirty years at IBM. Most recently, from January 2015 to February 2016, Mr. Hume served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Infrastructure and Outsourcing. Prior to that position, from January 2012 to January 2015, Mr. Hume served as General Manager, Europe where he led IBM’s multi-brand European organization. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Hume served as General Manager, Global Business Partners, directing the growth and channel development initiatives for IBM’s Business Partner Channel. Mr. Hume holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Beth Simonetti

Ms. Beth E. Simonetti is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. She joined the company in September 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Tech Data, Ms. Simonetti served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc. since 2010. Previously, she was an executive search consultant and was with Cardinal Health for 12 years in various HR leadership positions. Ms. Simonetti holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Ohio and a Masters of Hospital and Health Services Administration from Ohio State University.

John Tonnison

Mr. John A. Tonnison serves as an Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Tech Data Corporation. He joined the Company in March 2001 as Vice President, Worldwide E-Business and was promoted to Senior Vice President of IT Americas in December 2006. In February 2010, he was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In July 2015, additional responsibilities were added to the role to include leadership of the strategic directions, operations and go-to-market execution of the Company's cloud business. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tonnison held executive management positions in the U.S., United Kingdom and Germany with Computer 2000, Technology Solutions Network and Mancos Computers. Mr. Tonnison was educated in the United Kingdom and became a U.S. citizen in 2006.

David Vetter

Mr. David R. Vetter serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Tech Data Corporation. He joined the Company in June 1993 as Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Corporate Vice President and General Counsel in April 2000. In March 2003, he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President, and effective July 2003, was appointed Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vetter was employed by the law firm of Robbins, Gaynor & Bronstein, P.A. from 1984 to 1993, most recently as a partner. Mr. Vetter is a member of the Florida Bar Association and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Economics from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida.

Jeffrey Taylor

Mr. Jeffrey L. Taylor is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Taylor joined the Company in May 2007 and held the position of Vice President, Corporate Accounting through April 2011. Mr. Taylor rejoined the Company in October 2012 serving in the same capacity until July 2013 when he was appointed Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller. In June 2015 he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to rejoining the Company in October 2012, Mr. Taylor served in executive financial management with a value-added reseller and previously was employed by Deloitte & Touche ("Deloitte") from 1992 to 2003, most recently as Audit Partner in Russia and including three years in Deloitte's U.S. national office in the Quality Assurance and SEC Services groups. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Brian Davis

Mr. Brian Davis is Senior Vice President - U.S. Marketing and Purchasing of the company. He was appointed senior vice president, U.S. Marketing at Tech Data in February 2014. In this role, Davis leads the strategic direction and operations of the company's core product categories, including client systems, peripherals, software, and cloud services, as well as Tech Data Agency, the company's in-house marketing services agency. He was appointed to leadership of the company's U.S. Purchasing function in February 2015. Previously, Davis served as senior vice president, Product Marketing at Insight for three years. Prior to joining Insight, he was with Tech Data for more than 10 years, progressing through various executive leadership roles. Joseph Trepani

Mr. Joseph B. Trepani serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Americas of the Company. He joined the Company in March 1990 as Controller and held the position of Director of Operations from October 1991 through January 1995. In February 1995, he was promoted to Vice President and Worldwide Controller and to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in March 1998. In June 2015, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Americas. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Trepani was Vice President of Finance for Action Staffing, Inc. from 1989 to 1990. From 1982 to 1989, he was employed by Price Waterhouse. Mr. Trepani is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.

Deena Piquion

Ms. Deena LaMarque Piquion is Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Latin America Export Business of the Company. Piquion joined Tech Data in September 2000 as an MBA Rotational Associate working on strategic projects throughout the Latin America region. During her tenure with the company, she has held positions of increasing responsibility within Tech Data's Latin America Export organization, most recently serving as director, Marketing for the business since January 2011 and as acting director of Sales since November 2015. Piquion holds a B.S. in Political Science and Women's Studies and an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Linda Rendleman

Ms. Linda Rendleman serves as Vice President - Product Marketing, Client and Mobile Solutions of the Company. Rendleman rejoins Tech Data following more than seven years with Microsoft, where she most recently served as Director, Partner Team Unit (PTU) Lead. In this role, she led a team responsible for the growth of Microsoft's business with Tech Data in the United States. Previously, Rendleman worked for Microsoft in the United Kingdom (UK) for more than two years, serving as UK Partner Business and Development Director and UK Distribution and Scale Reseller Director. She began her career in sales and customer service at Tech Data in 1992, quickly rising through the organization and holding multiple sales leadership positions. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2009, Rendleman served as Director of Sales, National Account at Tech Data. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Eckerd College.

Sid Earley

Mr. Sid Earley is Vice President - Dell Solutions Group of the company. He joins Tech Data with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Most recently, he served as senior director, Global Partner Solutions at VMware for five years. Previously, he spent seven years in leadership roles with EMC and five years with Nuvox, a managed communications, IT, and cloud services provider. Earley holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Maurice Hamilton

Mr. Maurice Hamilton is Vice President - Technical Services of the company. He has served as vice president, Technical Services at Tech Data since July 2014. In this role, Hamilton leads the strategic direction of the company's presales support and systems engineering capabilities, including the development of strategies to simplify complex solutions for Tech Data's channel of solution providers. Prior to joining Tech Data, he spent 25 years with CDW and PCM in a variety of senior and executive sales and technical services positions. He is a certified VMware Sales Professional 5 (VSP 5), a Symantec Sales Expert Plus (SSE+), and serves on the Cisco Partner Technology Advisory Board. Hamilton holds a B.S. in Information Science from DeVry University in Chicago and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Bob Kruger

Mr. Bob Kruger is Vice President - StreamOne of the Company. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the computing industry, covering a diverse range of technologies including distributed computing, systems management, data management, archiving and data protection, networking, security, virtualization, and web content management. Most recently, he served as the chief executive officer of Apakau, Inc., an early-stage Silicon Valley startup whose services prevent distributed denial of service attacks that impact dynamic data from mobile apps and IoT devices. Previously, he served as senior vice president, Engineering at DNN Corp., the steward and commercial provider of the leading open source web content management system and web application platform for the Microsoft ecosystem, running on premise and in the cloud. Prior to DNN Corp., he served as senior vice president of Engineering at start-ups SmApper Technologies, Mimosa Systems, and Mendocino Software, all of which had teams operating in Silicon Valley and various countries throughout Europe and Asia. Kruger's career also includes senior executive roles at NDCHealth, Citrix Systems, and BMC Software following a successful career of more than 10 years at Microsoft, where he last oversaw systems management products, including the creation of the Web-Based Enterprise Management (WBEM) and Common Information Model (CIM) industry standards. Kruger was a major contributor and technical reviewer for Bill Gates' second book, "Business @ the Speed of Thought," and a contributing author to Aspatore Books' "Inside the Minds: Making Critical Technology Decisions." Kruger holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), with follow-on studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the AeA/Stanford University Executive Institute for management of high-technology companies.

John O'Shea

Mr. John O'Shea is Vice President - Global Business Development of the company. He will be responsible for strategic business development initiatives that drive growth through product expansion, acquisitions, partnerships and alliances. He returns to Tech Data from Vology, a leading managed IT solutions provider, where he has served as President since November 2014. Prior to joining Vology as senior vice president, Sales in July 2012, O'Shea was with Tech Data for 16 years. During his previous tenure at the company, he progressed through various leadership roles, including vice president, HP Solutions Group and vice president of Product Marketing, Networking. O'Shea was named Tech Data's Vice President of the Year in 2011 and was recognized as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility in 2012. He holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida State University.

Alain Amsellem

Mr. Alain Amsellem serves as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Europe of Tech Data Corporation. He joined the Company in 1994 through Tech Data’s acquisition of French distributor, Softmart International S.A. and served as France Finance Director until September 1999 when he was promoted to France Managing Director. In August 2004, Mr. Amsellem was promoted to Senior Vice President of Southern Europe, and was appointed Senior Vice President - Europe Finance & Operations in 2007. In February 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Europe. Mr. Amsellem is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in management and chartered accountancy from Paris Dauphine University.

Thomas Morgan

Mr. Thomas I. Morgan serves as Lead Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Morgan served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Baker & Taylor, Inc. (a leading distributor of physical and digital books) from 2008 until January 2013. Mr. Morgan served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Hughes Supply, Inc. from May 2003 until March 2006 when the company was purchased by The Home Depot, Inc. He joined Hughes Supply in 2001 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Hughes Supply, Mr. Morgan served as Chief Executive Officer of EnfoTrust Network from 2000 to 2001, Value America in 1999, and US Office Products from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Morgan began his career with Genuine Parts Company (“GPC”), where he held positions of increasing responsibility throughout the organization. He concluded his 22-year career with GPC in 1997, serving as Executive Vice President of S.P. Richards Co. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of GPC). In 2012, Mr. Morgan was appointed to the Board of Directors of Rayonier, Inc., a leading international forest products company where he served as the Chairperson of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee until July 1, 2014 when Rayonier, Inc. was split into two companies, including Rayonier Advance Materials, Inc., where Mr. Morgan serves on the Board and is the Chair of the Compensation and Management Development Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Since 2013, Mr. Morgan has also served on the Board of Directors of ITT Educational Services, Inc. where he is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Morgan holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Charles Adair

Mr. Charles E. Adair, CPA serves as an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Adair has been a partner of Cordova Ventures and Kowaliga Capital, Inc. (venture capital fund management companies) since 1993, where he serves as manager of venture capital funds. Mr. Adair was associated with Durr-Fillauer Medical, Inc. where he served in various capacities including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1981 to 1992. Mr. Adair serves on the Board of Directors of Torchmark Corporation, where he has served since 2003 and is currently Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. In October 2015, Mr. Adair joined the Board of Directors of Rayonier Advanced Materials, Inc. where he serves on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Harry Harczak

Mr. Harry J. Harczak, Jr., is an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Harczak was an executive at CDW Corporation (a leading direct marketer of IT hardware and software products) from 1994 until 2007, serving his last five years as Executive Vice President and as an Executive Committee member. He was also CDW’s Chief Financial Officer for seven years. Prior to CDW, Mr. Harczak served as an audit partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked for 16 years serving public and private clients in the retail, distribution, and financial services community. Currently, Mr. Harczak serves on the Board of Directors of U.S. Cellular Corporation, where he is the designated financial expert of the Audit Committee and has served since 2003. Bridgette Heller

Ms. Bridgette P. Heller serves as Independent Director of the Company. Heller has served as executive vice president, Early Life Nutrition, and a member of the Executive Committee for Danone since July 2016. From 2010 to 2015, she served as executive vice president of Merck & Co., Inc. and president of Merck Consumer Care. Prior to joining Merck, Heller was president of Johnson & Johnson's Global Baby Business Unit from 2007 to 2010 and president of their Global Baby, Kids, and Wound Care business from 2005 to 2007. Previously, she was the founder and managing partner of Heller Associates from 2002 to 2005 and served as Chief Executive Officer of Chung's Foods 2003 to 2004. Heller was with Kraft Foods from 1985 to 2002, ultimately serving as executive vice president and general manager for the North American Coffee Portfolio. Heller served on the Board of Directors for The ADT Corporation from 2012 until May 2016, when it was acquired by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC. She also served as a director of PCA International, Inc., as well as on the National Board of Directors of Girls Incorporated for twelve years, including four as chair. Heller holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and received her B.A. in Economics and Computer Studies from Northwestern University.

Kathleen Misunas

Ms. Kathleen Misunas serves an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation. Ms. Misunas is Principal of Essential Ideas (a business advisory service), a company she founded in 2001. She was Chief Executive Officer of AirTreks, Inc. in 2001 and Chief Executive Officer and President of brandwise LLC in 1999 and 2000. Ms. Misunas was employed by Reed Elsevier PLC from 1996 to 1998, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Reed Travel Group in 1997 and 1998. Prior to this, Ms. Misunas was employed by AMR Corporation for 22 years, last serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the SABRE Group (a division of AMR Corporation) and Chief Information Officer of American Airlines, Inc. Ms. Misunas also served on the Board of Directors of Canadian Tire Corporation from 2001 until 2006. Ms. Misunas attended Moravian College and American University.

Patrick Sayer

Mr. Patrick G. Sayer has been appointed as an Independent Director of Tech Data Corp. Mr. Sayer has served as Chief Executive Officer of Eurazeo SA, one of Europe’s leading publicly-held investment companies with more than 5 billion euros in assets. Previously, Mr. Sayer spent 20 years at Lazard, an international financial advisory and asset management firm, where he last served as managing director and head of Lazard’s Technology and Media group. Mr. Sayer has served as chairman of the Executive Board of Eurazeo since 2002, and serves on the Boards of Eurazeo portfolio companies Accor SA (5.18% owned by Eurazeo), ANF Immobilier (50.48`% owned by Eurazeo) and Europcar Groupe (42.3% owned by Eurazeo). He also previously served as a member of the Board of Rexel SA (a former Eurazeo affiliate). He is a judge at the Paris Court of Commerce. Mr. Sayer is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris. Mr. Sayer has a French Financial Analyst Degree and serves as a professor of finance at Dauphine University in Paris.

Savio Tung

Mr. Savio W. Tung serves as an Independent Director of Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Tung is one of the founding partners of Investcorp (a global investment firm), where he is currently a Senior Advisor and the Chairman of Investcorp Technology Partners. Before joining Investcorp in 1984, he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank for 11 years, serving in its offices in New York, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and London. He is currently an Independent Non-executive Director and a member and Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, and Strategy and Budget Committee of the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. He was Chairman of the Board of Wireless Telecom Group Inc. from 2005 to 2010. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center, an affiliate of Rockefeller University and a Board Member of the Committee of 100. Mr. Tung holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
