Name	Description
Steven Raymund	Mr. Steven A. Raymund is Chairman of the Board of Tech Data Corporation, since 1991. He has served as a Director since 1986 and as Chairman of the Board since 1991. Mr. Raymund has been employed by the Company since 1981. He served as CEO from 1986 through September 2006. Mr. Raymund is a director of Jabil, Inc., where he is Chair of the Audit Committee and has served since 1996, and of WESCO International, Inc., where he serves on the Audit and Executive Committees and has served since 2006. Mr. Raymund served as a director of PopCap Games, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 where he served on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He has a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
Robert Dutkowsky	Mr. Robert M. Dutkowsky is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Tech Data Corp., since October 2006. He has served as a Director since 2006. He joined Tech Data at that time as CEO. His career began with IBM where, during his 20-year tenure, he served in several senior management positions including Vice President, Distribution - IBM Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Dutkowsky served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Egenera, Inc. (a software and virtualization technology company), from 2004 until 2006, and served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. Starting in 1997, Mr. Dutkowsky was Executive Vice President, Markets and Channels, at EMC Corporation before being promoted to President, Data General, in 1999. Mr. Dutkowsky has served on the Board of Directors of Sepaton, Inc., since 2004. Mr. Dutkowsky holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Jeffery Howells	Mr. Jeffery P. Howells is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Tech Data Corp. Mr. Howells has served as a Director since 1998. Mr. Howells has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1992, joining the Company in 1991 as Vice President of Finance. Nestor Cano	Mr. Nestor Cano is President, Europe of Tech Data Corp. He joined the Company (via the Computer 2000 acquisition) in July 1989 as a Software Product Manager and served in management positions within the Company’s operations in Spain and Portugal from 1990 to 1995, after which time he was promoted to Regional Managing Director. In March 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and in January 2000 he was promoted to President of the Americas. He was promoted to President, Worldwide Operations in August 2000 and was appointed to the position of President, Europe in June 2007. Mr. Cano holds a PDG (similar to an Executive MBA) from IESE Business School in Barcelona (University of Navarra) and an Engineering Degree from Barcelona University.
Murray Wright	Mr. Murray Wright is President, the Americas of Tech Data Corp., since April 2010. He oined Tech Data in November 2006 as Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales, and in 2010, he was promoted to President, the Americas. Mr. Wright has 25 years of experience in the IT industry including senior executive positions with manufacturers and a global IT distributor. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Wright was President of Lenovo Canada, where he had responsibility for all company operations including sales, marketing and channel strategies. John Tonnison	Mr. John A. Tonnison is an Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Tech Data Corp., since February 2010. He joined the Company in March 2001 as Vice President, Worldwide E-Business and assumed the responsibilities of Senior Vice President of Information Technology in December 2006. In February 2010, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Tonnison held executive management positions in the U.S., United Kingdom and Germany with Computer 2000, Technology Solutions Network and Mancos Computers. Mr. Tonnison was educated in the United Kingdom and became a U.S. citizen in 2006.
David Vetter	Mr. David R. Vetter is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Tech Data Corp. He joined the Company in June 1993 as Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Corporate Vice President and General Counsel in April 2000. In March 2003, he was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President, and effective July 2003, was appointed Corporate Secretary. He joined the Company in March 1990 as Controller and held the position of Director of Operations from October 1991 through January 1995. In February 1995, he was promoted to Vice President and Worldwide Controller and to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in March 1998. Since June 2009, Mr. Upton has been the American Standard Companies Professor of Operations Management at Oxford University. From 1989-2009, he was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School where he was the Albert J. Weatherhead III Professor of Business Administration. Mr. Upton holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from King’s College, Cambridge University and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
