Name Description

Charles Schrock

Mr. Charles A. Schrock has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Integrys Energy Group Inc., effective January 1, 2014. He was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the company effective April 1, 2010. He is also serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 1, 2009. He has been elected to the Board of Directors of the company since February 2009. He has held the positions with Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group. He is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of WPSC, President and Chief Operating Officer - Generation and was Senior Vice President of WPS Resources Corporation.

Lawrence Borgard

Mr. Lawrence T. Borgard has been appointed as President, Chief Operating Officer of Integrys Energy Group Inc., effective January 1, 2014. Borgard began his career at Wisconsin Public Service in 1984 as an associate engineer. He subsequently held positions in, and managed, areas including field operations, regulatory compliance, transmission, and planning. More recently, he has held a number of executive-level positions within Integrys and its subsidiaries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Borgard is immediate past-chairman the American Gas Association and serves on the boards of directors for American Transmission Company, the Metropolitan Planning Council in Chicago and Bellin Health.

James Schott

Mr. James F. Schott is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Integrys Energy Group Inc., since January 1, 2013. Mr. Schott has served as the Company’s vice president – external affairs since March 2010, and served as the Company’s vice president – regulatory affairs from July 2004 until March 2010 and as assistant vice president of regulatory affairs since he joined the Company in 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schott held several positions at Wisconsin Gas (now a subsidiary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation) including vice president operations, vice president finance, and controller. Prior to joining Wisconsin Gas, he worked for Arthur Andersen.

Jodi Caro

Ms. Jodi J. Caro is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Integrys Energy Group Inc. She also serves as Integrys’ chief compliance and ethics officer. Jodi is responsible for providing executive leadership, direction and support for the company’s legal, compliance, governance, insurance and claims functions. Jodi provides legal and risk management guidance and direction to senior management and board of directors. Jodi joined Integrys in 2008 to lead the company's Legal Services team. Prior to joining Integrys, Jodi owned and operated her own law practice. Prior to opening her law practice in 2006, she was co-founder and general counsel of Looking Glass Networks, Inc. Jodi received a bachelor of arts degree from Marquette University and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is admitted to the Illinois Bar and Federal Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Energy Bar Association. Jodi is an active member, past president and supporter of the not-for-profit PKU Organization of Illinois. The PKU Organization provides support, education and other resources to those suffering from a rare metabolic disorder called Phenylketonuria ("PKU") and their families. Jodi is also on the board of directors for Communities in Schools of Chicago.

Linda Kallas

Ms. Linda M. Kallas is Vice President and Corporate Controller of Integrys Energy Group Inc. She served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting Services at Integrys Business Support, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company, since June 6, 2007. Prior thereto, Ms. Kallas served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting Services at Peoples Energy, LLC (formerly known as Peoples Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of the Company) from February 21, 2007 until December 31, 2007.

William Guc

Mr. William J. Guc is Vice President, Treasurer of Integrys Energy Group Inc. He originally came to WPS Energy Services, Inc., which changed its name to Integrys Energy Services in 2007, in early 2005 as Controller. He helped manage the company's finance, credit and accounting organization, as well as the Information Technology function. Most recently, as Vice President - Finance and Accounting and Controller for Integrys Energy Services, he worked on the effort to divest and restructure Integrys Energy Services into a smaller, more focused, customer-centric business. Prior to joining WPS Energy Services in 2005, Guc served as accounting manager for DTE Energy Trading in Detroit, MI. He is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wayne State University and a Masters of Business Information Technology from Walsh College.

William Brodsky

Mr. William J. Brodsky is Independent Director of Integrys Energy Group Inc. He is currently chairman and chief executive officer of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, a position he has held for the past 10 years. He has spent the past 39 years in the financial services business working on both Wall Street and LaSalle Street. He was a senior officer at the American Stock Exchange, serving under Arthur Levitt. In 1982, he moved to Chicago to become the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He served as chief executive officer from 1985 to 1997 when he accepted the chairman’s position at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He is currently a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s International Advisory Committee, as well as on the Kellogg School of Management Advisory Council. He is a trustee of his alma mater, Syracuse University. He is a member of the board of trustees of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare where he serves as chairman of the Investment Committee. He is a lawyer by training and a member of the Bar in Illinois and New York.

Since William Blair Capital Partners does not plan to raise any future funds, Ellen has co-founded a new venture fund, Seyen Capital and is currently in the market raising capital. John Higgins

He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Higgins Development Partners, a Chicago-based real estate development firm, which he founded in 1980 as Walsh, Higgins & Company. He oversees all phases of its real estate activities and plays an active role in real estate development decisions and consulting assignments. Mr. Higgins personally has a history of projects in the City of Chicago and has worked with local governmental agencies in the coordination and execution of real estate development across the country. Mr. Higgins has led the company’s growth through its 26-year history starting with speculative office development in west suburban Chicago and expanding to urban office development, master-planned business communities, industrial facilities, and government and institutional buildings. Today, with over $5 billion in development value completed, Higgins Development Partners serves the public and private sectors in markets across the United States and Canada through its offices in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Morristown, NJ, Newport Beach, CA and Toronto, Canada. Mr. Higgins has 30 years of real estate development experience in the United States and Canada. Prior to founding Higgins Development Partners, Mr. Higgins was responsible for real estate equity and debt structuring at Percy Wilson Mortgage & Finance Corporation and was in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Division at the First National Bank of Chicago. Michael Lavin

Mr. Michael E. Lavin is Independent Director of Integrys Energy Group Inc. Since 2003, Mr. Lavin has served as an independent director of Peoples Energy Corporation, (PGL on NYSE), a diversified energy company, and Tellabs, Inc. (TLAB on NASDAQ), a global provider of telecommunications equipment and services. Both are S&P 500 companies and Tellabs is a NASDAQ 100 company. Mr. Lavin serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the boards of directors of both companies.
