Jose Javier Manzanares Gutierrez

 Mr. Jose Javier Manzanares Gutierrez serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telefonica Moviles SA. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 1, 2005, to January 15, 2007. He has been on the Company's Board since 2001 and also served as Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors. He has also acted as Executive Chairman of Grupo Telefonica for Peru and Ecuador since November 2006. Before that, he served as Managing Director of Telefonica Moviles Peru Holding SAA. He joined Grupo Telefonica in Spain in 1988 and worked in the Area of Mobil Services. In 1995, he served as Manager of the Cable Television Unit at Telefonos del Peru and after that he served as Chief Executive Officer of Telefonica Multimedia SAC until 1999, when he was appointed as Manager of Cable Television, Yellow Pages and New Business Development of Telefonica del Peru SAA. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.

Eduardo Fernando Caride

 Mr. Eduardo Fernando Caride serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telefonica Moviles SA. He was appointed to this post on April 15, 2011, and has been on the Company's Board since July 25, 2005. He has served as Executive Vice President for Uruguay and Argentina of Telefonica Internacional SA. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche and worked for Citibank until 1990, when he joined Grupo Telefonica in Argentina working in the Areas of Finance and Audit. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (1977) and Public Accounting (1980) from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

 Mr. Marcos David Serra Benavides serves as Chief Accounting Officer of Telefonica Moviles SA. He was appointed to these posts on March 1, 2011. He is also Chief Accounting Officer of Telefonica del Peru SAA.

 Mr. Guillermo Bernardo Emilio Checa Gjurinovic has served as Director of Large Clients Sector of Telefonica Moviles SA since November 7, 2011. He joined Telefonica Servicios Financieros as Chief Operating Officer in 1997 and in 1998, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer. In 2001, he joined Telefonica del Peru where he was Central Director of Marketing. In 2004, he was appointed as Central Director of Client Satisfaction, Systems and Processes. In 2005, he assumed the post of Director of Business Solutions and Data Center and was later appointed as Director of Engineering, Customer Service and Marketing of Telefonica del Peru. He holds a postgraduate degree in Systems Engineering from Escuela de Oficiales de MGP.

 Mr. Francisco Diego de Cardenas Garcia Berro has served as Director of Sales Channel of Telefonica Moviles SA since August 1, 2011. Before that, he acted as Director of Client Services of the Company since June 9, 2008. He joined Grupo Telefonica in March 2003 to become Manager of Marketing of Telefonica Multimedia SAC and in February 2005 he was appointed as Deputy Manager of Marketing of Telefonica del Peru SAA. Between 2006 and 2008, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Telefonica Servicios Comerciales SAC. He holds a Bachelors degree in Administration from Universidad de Lima. He acted as Director of Data, SVA and Smartphones of the Company from September 3, 2010 to August 1, 2011. Previously, he acted as Marketing Director and Manager of Strategic Planning for the Pre-Paid Products, Wireless Telephony and Public Telephony areas of the Company.
