Name Description

Frank Wilson

Mr. Frank Cullity Wilson is Executive Chairman of the Board of TFS Corporation Ltd since October 3, 2012. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is the founding Chairman of the TFS group having been appointed on march 28, 2000. In December 2006 he was appointed to the role of Executive Chairman, a role which he held until November 10, 2011 when he resigned from the Board of Directors. On June 12, 2012, he was re-appointed to the Board of Directors in the role of executive director. He was previously the Managing Partner of the legal firm Wilson & Atkinson, which specializes in taxation, property and commercial law. He is an experienced businessman, who has a long standing involvement in the forestry industry. He is also a governor of the University of Notre Dame. He holds a Bachelor of Laws.

Quentin Megson

Mr. Quentin Heath Megson is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of TFS Corporation Ltd. He joined the TFS Group in January 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that he was a partner in the tax and business services division of chartered accounting firm - Pitcher Partners. He has been a chartered accountant for over 14 years.

Mr. Ronald Lionel Eacott serves as a Lead Independent Director of TFS Corporation Ltd. He was appointed to the Board on March 28, 2000. He is the Managing Director of Expo Document Copy Centre (WA) Pty Ltd. He experienced in company management with previous positions including State Manager of Union Steel (seven years) and national Manager (New Zealand) for Elders Pastoral (three years). He was the former State Manager (Western Australia) of Boral Steel and later Boral Cyclone over an 18 year period and plays an active role in the community. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Export and is a past State President for the institute. He holds a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering; Diploma of Export Management & Marketing.

Stephen Atkinson

Mr. Stephen Lee Atkinson serves as a Non-Executive Director of TFS Corporation Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence. He was appointed to the board on july 12, 2012 nd was a founding director and shareholder instrumental in the establishment of TFS in 1997. He was responsible for the provision of legal advice across all corporate and commercial matters relating to the establishment and day-today running of the company. Previously a partner of the legal firm Wilson & Atkinson and in 2002 he established a sport management consultancy business ATK Consultants.

Adam Gilchrist

Mr. Adam Craig Gilchrist serves as a Non-Executive Officer for TFC Corporation Ltd. He was was appointed to the Board on July 1, 2011. As the Global Ambassador for TFS Corporation since June 2010, he has been involved in the promotion of sandalwood-based products in high-growth countries on the sub-continent such as India, and has an understanding of TFS products and their potential in new markets. He was a member of the Local Steering Committee for the Commonwealth Business Forum, and is Chairman of the National Australia Day Council, appointed by the Prime Minister in 2008. He was a Non-Executive Director of Travelex Australasia from 2003-2008.

Julius Matthys

Mr. Julius Luke Matthys serves as a Non-Executive Director of TFS Corp Ltd. He will be appointed on December 23, 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce. He is an experienced senior executive with BHP Billiton. He has held senior roles in Iron Ore and Aluminium marketing with responsibility for global sales and customer relationships. From 2008 to 2011 he managed the Worsley Alumina Joint venture between BHP Billiton, Japan Alumina Associates and Sojitz Corporation. He has taken up the role of Vice President External Affairs WA for the BHP Billiton Group.
