Name Description

Brian Cornell

Mr. Brian C. Cornell has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Target Corporation . Mr. Cornell most recently served as the chief executive officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods where he oversaw the company's global food business, the largest of PepsiCo's four divisions. He was responsible for a portfolio that included Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods and all of PepsiCo's Latin America food and snack businesses. Before joining PepsiCo in 2012, Mr. Cornell served as president and CEO of Sam's Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Cornell also held the position of CEO at Michaels Stores, Inc., and prior to that, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Safeway. Cornell earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and attended the Anderson Graduate School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, as well as the Board of Directors at Polaris Industries.

Jason Goldberger

Mr. Jason Goldberger is Chief Digital Officer and President of the company. He joined Target in 2013. He was named president, Target.com and mobile in 2014. Prior to his role at Target, Goldberger held leadership positions with online retailers, including Gilt Groupe, Hayneedle.com and Amazon.

Catherine Smith

Ms. Catherine R. Smith is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Target Corporation. John Mulligan

Since joining Target in 2005, she has held leadership positions in talent acquisition, talent management, and operational roles in business integration and program management. Most recently, Lundquist was the senior vice president of human resources. In that role, she was responsible for Target's headquarters team as well as all HR functions for Target India operations.

Michael McNamara

Mr. Michael Edward McNamara is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company. Mr. McNamara will join Target from UK-based Tesco PLC, where he worked for more than 15 years. In 2011, McNamara was named the global supermarket chain's chief information officer, with responsibility for all information technology systems. McNamara was instrumental in modernizing and advancing Tesco's IT and supply chain worldwide, which helped establish Tesco as an e-commerce pioneer that's now one of the world's largest online grocers. Under his leadership, Tesco also ushered in a host of breakthrough in-store technologies such as "scan-as-you-shop" capabilities and launched the company's innovation lab. McNamara also is chairman of Tesco's technology office in India. In his new role at Target, McNamara will have oversight of the company's technology team and operations, including information security, and will help shape enterprise strategy as a member of Target's leadership team. McNamara's predecessor, DeRodes, is a 40-year information technology veteran who joined Target last spring with a focus on enhancing data security and technology infrastructure. DeRodes was instrumental in moving Target's technology team forward, including hiring Brad Maiorino as the company's first chief information security officer, and preparing Target for the 2014 holiday season. DeRodes will serve for a short time in a senior advisory role to Target .

He joins Target from Nordstrom, where he was executive vice president and president of Nordstrom Product Group, overseeing the merchandising, design, manufacturing, marketing and omni-channel distribution of more than 50 private label brands across Nordstrom's full-price and off-price retail portfolio.
