Name Description

Robert Boyd

Mr. Robert T. Boyd is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of True North Gems Inc. He is the Professional Geologist; President, CEO and Director of Endurance Gold Corporation since April 2010; President CEO and Director of Athabasca Potash in 2009; Lead Director Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. since July 2008; President, CEO and Director of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. from 2002 to December 2006; President of Cooper Jack Investments Ltd., a private investment and consulting firm, since December 1996. He serves as Director for Endurance Gold Corp, Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., and Condor Resources Inc.

Andrew Smith

Mr. Andrew Lee Smith is Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of True North Gems Inc. He serves as Professional Geologist; President and Chief Executive Officer from February 2008 to February 2010 and a director of the Corporation since May 2001; President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Canaco Resources since 2004; President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Tigray Resources since 2010; President of Iron Mask Explorations Ltd., a private mining and exploration consulting firm, since March 1998.

Christopher Richards

Mr. Christopher Richards is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Richards has a bachelor of business administration (accounting) from Simon Fraser University and seven years experience at KPMG, ending as senior manager of audit services (industrial markets -- energy and mining). He was controller at NovaGold Resources Inc. for nearly two years, before being appointed vice-president, finance, and corporate secretary at Altynalmas Gold (now Kyzyl Gold Ltd.). He was responsible for financial systems and compliance during the development and construction of the Kyzyl gold project in Kazakhstan. In 2014, this project was acquired by Polymetal International PLC as part of a $618-million cash-and-share deal.

David Parsons

Mr. David Parsons is the Director of True North Gems Inc. Mr. Parsons is Vice-President, Insurance of Goldcorp Inc., where he is responsible for corporate risk. Prior to this appointment in 2010, he was Director, Corporate Services and Financial Analysis from October 2004 to 2010. Since 2001, he was employed by Wheaton River and served as Controller until October 2004. Mr. Parsons was directly involved in the acquisitions by Wheaton River and the subsequent merger with Goldcorp in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified General Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the gold mining industry, having served in the roles of Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Director of public companies.

Raymond Simpson

Mr. Raymond N. Simpson is Director of True North Gems Inc., with effect from 26 February 2015. Mr. Simpson has over 20 years of experience in the diamond industry and is currently managing director of Diamond Asset Advisors, a Swiss based alternative investment advisor specializing in diamond related investment and financial products. Until recently he was an Executive Vice-President of Dominion Diamond Corp. ("DDC"), formerly known as Aber Resources, then subsequently as Harry Winston Diamond Corporation. In 2003, Mr. Simpson joined DDC, then a junior diamond mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, to oversee their strategic expansion into retailing. Mr. Simpson ultimately assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Simpson started his career with De Beers where, over a 14-year period, he held a variety of roles ranging from mine resource evaluation to supply/demand forecasting and consumer marketing. As Head of Business Development for the De Beers in London, Mr. Simpson was instrumental in establishing a retail joint venture between De Beers and LVMH Moet Hennessey in 2000.

William Anderson

Mr. William J. Anderson is an Independent Director of True North Gems Inc. He is the Professional Geologist; Director of First Nickel Inc. since 2004; President and Chief Executive Officer of First Nickel Inc. since 2006; Director of MPH Consulting Limited, a private mining and exploration consulting firm, since March 1995. Mr. Anderson is a geologist and industry consultant in mining and exploration. Currently, he is the CEO and President of First Nickel Inc., a TSX-V listed junior mining company he cofounded, which is currently focusing on commercial production from the Lockerby Mine near Sudbury, Ontario. Mr. Anderson was Exploration Manager for SELCO Mining and BP Canada from 1980 to 1992 and has been director of MPH Consulting Limited, a private mining and exploration consulting firm since 1995. He serves as Director for First Nickel Inc.

Peter Friedmann

Mr. Peter Friedmann is an Independent Director of True North Gems Inc., since September 14, 2011. Mr. Friedmann has been Chairman of FGC a holding company which invests among and among others owns/ manages companies in the steel business, including Steelman Software Solutions, Managing Director of IGF Fund which invested in Halman Aldubi Finance. HAF is a diversified finance and resources company. President of Canadian Ice Academy, hockey rink operations, and as well of a Hockey Club Organization. He is Director of Medtel Services a telecommunication company.

John Ryder

Mr. John Ryder is Independent Director of True North Gems Inc. Mr. Ryder is a geologist. Currently, Mr. Ryder is President and CEO of Dianor Resources Inc., a TSX-V-listed company, which is actively exploring for diamonds in Quebec and Ontario. From 1975 to 1986, he conducted exploration programs for RTZ Corporation (now Rio Tinto) as a senior geologist in Ireland, Scotland, Germany and Saudi Arabia. Between 1991 and 2001, he worked as a private geological consultant in the fields of gold, platinum and diamond exploration in North, South and Central America.

Lisa May

Ms. Lisa May is Manager - Investor Relations of the Company. Ms. May has over 15 years of experience in corporate communications and investor relations in the resource sector and is currently the Chair of the BC chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, as well as a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
