Mr. Orthwein, a co-founder of the Company, currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, having been appointed to those positions in November 2009, and served as President from 2009 to July 2012. Mr. Orthwein has served as a director of the Company since its founding in 1980, Chairman of the Company from 1980 to 1986, Vice Chairman of the Company from 1986 to November 2009 and Treasurer of the Company from 1980 to November 2009. |

Mr. Robert W. Martin is President, Chief Operating Officer of Thor Industries, Inc., since August 1, 2012. Mr. Martin has been with the Company since July 1998 and currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.
