Oscar Marx |
Mr. Oscar B. Marx, III, is Independent Chairman of the Board of Gentherm Incorporated. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1999 and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company from October 2001 through March 2003. Mr. Marx served as President and CEO of TMW Enterprises, Inc., a private investment firm located in Troy, Michigan, from 1995 to 2001. In 1994, Mr. Marx was President and Chief Executive Officer of Electro-Wire Products (predecessor to TMW Enterprises, Inc.), a supplier of electrical distribution systems to the automotive industry. After 32 years of service, Mr. Marx retired from Ford Motor Company in 1994 as Vice President of its Automotive Components Group (currently known as Visteon Corporation). |

Mr. Daniel R. Coker is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Gentherm Incorporated. Mr. Coker is President and Chief Executive Officer of Amerigon since 2003. Mr. Coker joined Amerigon in 1996 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dana is a supplier of driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of passenger, commercial and off-highway vehicles. Prior to Dana, from 2006 to 2011 he was VP of Business Development at EControls, a developer and supplier of world-class engine control and instrumentation products worldwide, and VP of Engineering and R&D at FW Murphy (FW Murphy and EControls merged in 2009), a provider of instrumentation and controls for engines and engine-driven equipment. From 2000 to 2006, he worked at Continental (which acquired Motorola's automotive business in 2006) and Motorola, and was Director of Business Development. Steinl graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSEE from Purdue University. |

Mr. Lewis W. K. Booth has been appointed as Independent Director of Gentherm Incorporated, effective January 1, 2013. Mr. Booth is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ford Motor Company, having held such position from November, 2008 until his retirement in April, 2012. From 2005 until he took the above position, Mr. Booth was Executive Vice President responsible for Ford of Europe, Volvo Car Corporation and Ford Export Operations and Global Growth Initiatives. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Castaing spent thirteen years with Chrysler Corporation in senior vice-presidential positions. From 1980 to 1987, Mr. Castaing was Vice President of Engineering and Group Vice President Product and Quality of American Motors, until Chrysler acquired that company. Mr. Castaing began his career with Renault as Technical Director for Renault Motorsport Programs.
