Name Description

Giuseppe Recchi

Mr. Giuseppe Recchi is Executive Chairman of Telecom Italia SpA since April 2014. He is Chair of the Fondazione TIM (TIM Foundation), formerly named Telecom Italia, since July 2014. He was Chairman of the Board of Eni SpA from 2011 to 2014. He is a member of the Board of Directors of UnipolSai Assicurazioni SpA. He is also a member of the General Committee of Confindustria (where he chaired the Foreign Investment Committee); the Italian Institute of Technology; the Corporate Governance Committee and of the Board of Assonime (Italian Joint Stock Companies). He is Chair of the B20 Task Force on Improving Transparency and Anti-Corruption. Until 1999 he was an entrepreneur with Recchi Costruzioni Generali, a general contractor active in 25 Countries in the construction of high-tech public infrastructure, spending most of his professional life in the United States. In 1999 he joined General Electric, where he held several managerial positions in the United States and Europe. He served as Director of GE Capital Structure Finance Group and Managing Director for Industrial M&A of EMEA. Until May 2011 he was President & CEO of GE South Europe. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Exor SpA. He served in several boards among which the European Advisory Board of Blackstone; the Advisory Board of Invest Industrial (private equity); the Massachusetts Institute of Technology E.I. Advisory Board. He graduated in Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin. He has been visiting Professor in Corporate Finance at Turin University (2004-2006).

Flavio Cattaneo

Mr. Flavio Cattaneo serves as Chief Executive Officer at Telecom Italia S.p.A. since March 30, 2016. After graduating in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, Flavio Cattaneo also specialised in business management. On March 30, 2016 he was appointed the CEO of Telecom Italia where he had already been serving as board member since April 2014. From March 2003 to September 2005 he was Director-General at RAI S.p.A.. From 1999 to 2003 he was President and CEO at Fiera Milano S.p.A., where he had previously served as Commissioner. From 1999 to 2001 he was Vice-president and member of the AEM S.p.A. Executive committee. Besides the aforementioned positions, he sat on various boards of directors of Italian companies operating in several sectors including construction, real estate, broadcasting, services, new technologies, public services and facilities.

Arnaud Roy de Puyfontaine

Mr. Arnaud Roy de Puyfontaine serves as Deputy Chairman, Director at Telecom Italia S.p.A. He is a graduate of the ESCP (1988), the Multimedia Institute (1992) and Harvard Business School (2000). In 1989, he started his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and then worked as a project manager at Rhône-Poulenc Pharma in Indonesia. In 1990, he joined Figaro as Executive Director. In 1995, as a member of the founding team of the Emap Group in France, he headed Tele Poche and Studio Magazine, managed the acquisition of Tele Star and Tele Star Jeux, and started up the Emap Star Division, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of Emap France in 1998. In 1999, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emap France, and, in 2000, joined the Executive Board of Emap Plc. He has led several M&A deals, and concomitantly, from 2000 to 2005, served as Chairman of EMW, the Emap/Wanadoo digital subsidiary. In August 2006, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Editions Mondadori France. In June 2007, he became General Head of all digital business for the Mondadori Group. In April 2009, Mr. Puyfontaine joined the US HEARST media group as Chief Executive Officer of its UK subsidiary, Hearst UK. In 2011, on behalf of the Hearst Group, he led the acquisition of 102 magazines from the Lagardere Group published abroad, and, in June 2011, was appointed Executive Vice President of Hearst Magazines International before being appointed Managing Director of Western Europe in August 2013. In May 2012, he joined the Board of Directors of Schibsted. He was Chairman of ESCP Europe Alumni. From January to June, 2014, Mr. Puyfontaine was a member of Vivendi’s Management Board and Senior Executive Vice President in charge of its media and content operations. Since June 24, 2014, he has been Chairman of the Management Board.

Piergiorgio Peluso

Dr. Piergiorgio Peluso serves as Head of Administration, Finance and Control, Financial Reporting Officer at Telecom Italia SpA since September 2012. He has also served as Managing Director of Fondiaria SAI SpA since 2011. Following a period at Mediobanca as Senior Financial Analyst (1994-1998) and with Credit Suisse First Boston as Vice President of Financial Institutions Group (1998-2000) and Mergers & Acquisitions Group (2000-2001), in 2002 he joined Medio Credito Centrale SpA (Capitalia Group) as Central Director Advisory Area. He retained this position until 2005, when he was appointed Central Director at Capitalia SpA. From 2007 to 2009, following the merger of Capitalia SpA and UniCredit Group SpA, he was Head of Investment Banking Italy at UniCredit Group SpA. In 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Corporate Banking SpA. Following the merger of UniCredit Corporate Banking SpA with UniCredit SpA, in 2010 Peluso was appointed Head of Corporate & Investment Banking Italy, UniCredit Group. He obtained a Degree in Economic and Social Sciences from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 1992.

Franco Bertone

Mr. Franco Bertone serves as Head of Telecom Italia Headquarter for Southamerica at Telecom Italia SpA since February 2013. He was Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Argentina and Chairman of Telecom Personal at Telecom Italia SpA from December 2, 2010 until February 2013. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Argentina within the Company since March 26, 2009. After graduating in Electronic Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Pavia in 1977, he began his professional career in 1978 as an analyst in Datamont. In the same year he joined Sirti where, from 1979 to 1985, he project managed joint ventures with GTE Automatic Electric, AT&T, Ericsson and Philips in the field of telecommunication networks in the United States, Sweden and Saudi Arabia. In 1986 he was appointed System Division Director in Sirti-Milano where he managed system development and integration for planning and control of access and transmission networks. During that same period he served as Non-Executive Board Director at Retix (Santa Monica, Ca). In 1992 he was appointed Managing Director of Sirti subsidiaries. In 1997 he joined Telecom Italia Group as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Entel in Bolivia and later as Director of International Operations Manager for Argentina, Vice-Chairman of Telecom Argentina and Chairman of Nortel. In 2003 he was appointed Director of Corporate Affairs for Telecom Italia Latam in Brazil and Non-Executive Director in the Board of the affiliate companies in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and USA. In 2008 he joined Telecom Argentina Group as Chief Operating Officer.

Severino Salvemini

Prof. Severino Antonio Salvemini serves as Chairman of Telecom Italia Media at Telecom Italia SpA since April 8, 2011. Since June 28, 2012 he has been in charge for the strategic management and the overall governance of the Telecom Italia Media Group, as well as for the management of extraordinary transactions and the definition - in execution of the guidelines set by the Board of Directors - of the internal control system. He graduated in Business Administration from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He is Full Professor of Business Administration at the Bocconi University, Milan, and visiting professor at HEC Paris. He is currently Director of DeA Capital S.p.A.. He has been Vice President of NED Community since 2007, and a member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of AGIS-Associazione Generale dell’Industria e dello Spettacolo (since 1997). He is also Chairman of the Jury for the Enzo Baldoni journalism award, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Milan Triennale and a member of the Scientific Committee of Hangar Bicocca. He is a member of the editorial team of the management studies journal Economia e Management and of the Scientific Committee of the International Journal of Arts Management.

Gianluca Pancaccini

Mr. Gianluca Pancaccini serves as Chief Information Officer of Telecom Italia SpA since November 5, 2012. He previously served as Information Technology Director of Telecom Italia SpA between October 3, 2011 and November 5, 2012. After graduating in Computer Science from Universita degli Studi di Pisa in 1985, he started working for UNESCO in Paris, until 1986 when he joined Olivetti. For the first three years he moved throughout Europe working on the Esprit projects, then in 1992, he became Head of the Oliricerca Multimedia Laboratory in Pozzuoli. In 1995 he left Olivetti to join Saritel where he became Head of the areas dedicated to the development of Internet/Intranet technologies. In 1999 he worked as Head of the Intranet/Extranet Competence Center for Telecom Italia. In 2000 he joined Wind Telecommunications where he was in charge of ICT for eight years. In 2005 he became Chief Information Officer. Since 2008 he has been Managing Director of the Operational Consortium. He also serves as Chairman and CEO of Telecom Italia Information Technology.

Federico D'Andrea

Mr. Federico Maurizio D'Andrea serves as Head of TI Audit & Compliance Services of Telecom Italia SpA since March 6, 2007. After training as officer cadet at the Academy of the Guardia di Finanza (Revenue Guard) from 1977 to 1980, he continued his career in the Guardia di Finanza, where he performed roles of increasing responsibility since 1981. From 1982 to 1985, he was assigned to the Guardia di Finanza’s Academy in Rome, initially as Commander of a trainee platoon, and then to the Officer Trainee Company. From 1986 to 1989, he served as Officer in charge of the Central Revenue Police Unit. From 1989 to 1992, he served as Officer in charge of the General Headquarters. From 1992 to 1995, he served as Officer in charge of Rome’s Currency Police Unit. From 1995 to 1999, he was the Head of the Criminal investigation Department at the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Milan. From 1999 to 2003, he was the Commander of the Monza unit, and from 2003 to 2004 he was the Chief of Staff of the Lombardy Regional Headquarters. From 2004 to 2007 he was the Commander of the Bergamo Provincial Headquarters. He joined the Telecom Italia Group in February 2007 as Head of the Auditing Department of Telecom Italia Audit & Compliance Services. Since 2008 he has also been the head of Telecom Italia Audit Compliance Latam.

Antonio Cusimano

Mr. Antonio Cusimano serves as Head of Legal Affairs and Secretary of Telecom Italia SpA since April 15, 2011. He was Head of Corporate Legal Affairs, ad interim Head of Legal Affairs and Secretary of Telecom Italia SpA. He was appointed General Counsel and Head of Telecom Italia Corporate and Legal Affairs on September 15, 2008, Secretary to the Board of Directors on September 25, 2008 and Telecom Italia SpA’s Head of Legal Affairs on December 23, 2008. Simone Battiferri

Mr. Simone Battiferri serves as Head of Business Unit of Telecom Italia SpA since December 27, 2012. He previously served as Head of Top Clients and Public Sector of Telecom Italia SpA between December 30, 2011 and December 27, 2012. He served as Head of Top Clients Department of the Company from February 23, 2010 until December 30, 2011. He started with the Telecom Italia Group in 2001 as Head of Marketing in Datacom-eBusiness Solutions Business Unit. At the end of 2001 he became Head of Web Services Marketing, and remained there until April 2004, when he became Head of the Business Opportunity Evaluations Area in the International Business sector. In April 2006 he became Head of Marketing in Telecom Argentina, occupying this position until April 2007, when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Wireline Unit in the same company. In July 2009 he became chief Operating Officer of the Wireline & Top Clients Unit. In February 2010 he came back to the Italy to be appointed Head of Top Clients at Telecom Italia. Before entering the Telecom Italia Group he spent several years in Etnoteam, where he occupied increasingly important positions and left a company as Vice President for the Telecommunications & Media Market and Director of Etnoteam Labs. Among his various professional experiences before Etnoteam, in Italy and abroad, he conducted research & development activities with Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza in the Rome Electrical Machine and Power Electronics Group (REMPEG).

Franco Brescia

Valerio G. G. Cavallo

Mr. Valerio G. G. Cavallo serves as Head of Compliance Department of Telecom Italia SpA since February 13, 2013. He has held a number of managerial positions within the Telecom Italia Group, which he joined in 1986 as Controller in STET, the former holding company of the Italian TLC Group. With the merger of STET and Telecom Italia in 1997, he was appointed responsible for the Group’s Budget within the Administration, Budget and Control function of the newly created Telecom Italia S.p.A.. Throughout the ‘90s he was member of the Board of Directors and member of the Board of Internal Auditors in many of the Group’s affiliates and he was also part of the project teams managing extraordinary corporate operations. In 2001 he was appointed CFO of the Telecom Argentina Group and during the over eight years of activity in the Argentinean operator he contributed to the company’s debt restructuring process. In July 2010 he was appointed Chairman of Telecom Italia Sparkle. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universita di Torino and is a registered Auditor.

Oscar Cicchetti

Mr. Oscar Cicchetti serves as Head of Group Special Projects at Telecom Italia SpA since Januery 2014. He was Head of Strategy at the firm from April 15, 2011 to January 2014. He served as Head of Technology and Operations of Telecom Italia SpA from November 6, 2009 until April 15, 2011. From January 14 to June 4, 2008, he was Head of Business Strategies & International Development of the Company; from March 10, 2008 to June 4, 2008 he was Head of Domestic Fixed Services and from June 12, 2008 to November 6, 2009 he was Head of Domestic Market Operations. Mr. Oscar Cicchetti began his career in 1978 as an analyst at the Datamat software house. He joined SIP in 1979 to manage Network and Installations in the Ascoli Piceno area until 1984, and then he worked as a Market Manager in Ancona and Perugia. Between 1987 and 1993, he was in charge of Process Organization at the HR Management office. In 1993, Mr. Cicchetti transferred to the Azienda di Stato dei Servizi Telefonici company (later Iritel). He stayed here until 1994, as Head of Organization and Training. From 1994 to 1997, he was Head of Staff for the General Manager of Business Systems, before taking on this same role for the CEO of STET/Telecom Italia. Between 1997 and 2000, he covered a number of managerial roles at the Telecom Italia Group, including Central Deputy Manager and Head of the International Business Unit. This period culminated with appointments as Head of Strategic Planning and Head of the Network Division. After working as a freelance consultant in 2001 and 2002 for Wind and Morgan Stanley Private Equity, in 2003 he became CEO of business data services specialist Netscalibur S.p.A, a job he retained until 2006. He was appointed CEO of Infracom Network Application S.p.A. in 2007, prior to making his return to the Telecom Italia Group. He is also Chairman of Matrix S.p.A. and member of the Board of Directors of Olivetti S.p.A. and Fondazione Telecom Italia.

Stefano Ciurli

Mr. Stefano Ciurli serves as Head of National Wholesale Services at Telecom Italia SpA since December 18, 2012. He previously served as Head of Supply Chain & Real Estate of Telecom Italia SpA between April 15, 2011 and December 18, 2012. He was Head of Purchasing of Telecom Italia SpA from March 16, 2009 until April 15, 2011. He was Head of Planning and Control of the Company between August 2008 and March 16, 2009. She has been working in Telecom Italia since 1996, where she has held several roles, including Head of Marketing of Telecom Italia Net (Tin.it), Directory Assistance Services Manager, e-Health & Personal Services Manager, Business Communication Manager and Top Clients & Public Sector Communication Manager. She also acts as General Secretary of the Fondazione Telecom Italia (TI Foundation).

Roberto Mazzilli

Mr. Roberto Mazzilli serves as Head of IT & Security Compliance of Telecom Italia SpA since February 8, 2012. After getting a degree in Electronic Engineering, he started his professional career in Industrial Services in Bari in 1994, later joining Telecom Italia’s Business Division in Milan for Top Clients Planning. In 1998 he entered Omnitel, Information Technology, and in 1999 was appointed Head of the Software Factory and Client Management in Omnitel2000. From 2000 to 2001, he was in charge of OSS Systems in Albacom and Member of the OSS Steering Group in British Telecom. In 2001 he became Head of the Infrastructures Development Division in Sequenza SpA and in 2002 joined Fiat SpA as Vice-President Security & Telecommunications. He was also appointed to the Board of Directors of Atlanet SpA. He also undertook the operational roles of Chief Technology Officer and Information System Security Officer in Fiat Auto SpA. In 2005 he entered the Telecom Italia Group, where he was appointed to increasingly roles: as Head of IT Risk Management in the Group IT Governance, in 2007 he was appointed to Head IT Risk & Security Governance, among others.

Giuseppe Opilio

Mr. Giuseppe Roberto Opilio serves as Head of Technology of Telecom Italia SpA since April 15, 2011. He served as Head of Open Access of the Company from February 13, 2008 until April 15, 2011. Mr. Giuseppe Opilio began his career at the Parfina Group in 1982 as Assistant to the plant manager. In 1983, he joined GEPI as Head of Organizational Consulting/Group EDP. He moved to management consulting company Galgano in 1988 to work as Operations Manager. He joined TIM in 1991 as Head of Organizational Development. In 2001, he was appointed Director of Human Resources, a position he held until 2004, when he was named Head of Customer Operations. Following the merger of TIM and Telecom Italia, he went to run Business Customer Operations and later became Head of Group Quality. He won the Human Resources Excellence Award (AIDP-EAPM) in 2001. Mr. Opilio was Director at a number of companies, including STET Hellas (Greece), Atesia, Assida, and Telecontact. He graduated from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza.

Damiano Toselli

Mr. Damiano Toselli serves as Head of Security at Telecom Italia SpA since March 2007. After graduation, he attended security courses in England, Holland and the United States. As an official in the Carabinieri, he attended the Academy of Modena and the School of War at Civitavecchia. From 1982 to 1984, he was Company Commander in Beirut, Lebanon, with the Tuscania Carabinieri paratroopers. On his return to Italy, he filled a variety of posts in Milan, Rome and Cagliari. Between 1987 and 1992, he served as Head of Security for the President of the Italian Republic. In 1994, he joined Esso Italiana, where he worked until 1998 as Security Manager, including experience in Africa and the Far East. From 1998 to 2007, he was Head of Corporate Protection at the Ferrovie dello Stato SpA Group, where among other things he coordinated railway security during the 2000 Jubilee, the G8 meeting in Genoa, and the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics. From 2002 to 2009 he was Chairman of AIPSA (the Italian Association of Corporate Security Professionals).

Carlotta Ventura

Ms. Carlotta Ventura serves as Director Brand Strategy & Media of Telecom Italia Spa since April 15, 2011. After she obtained her degree in Classical Literature from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, she began her professional career in 1991 at General Motors Italia. In February 1994 she joined Opel Italia, where she worked at the Financial Office’s Purchasing Department. Subsequently, from 1995 to 1997, she assumed the role of Head of Promotional Activities at Marketing Department. In July 1997 she joined Ford Italia SpA, where she was in charge of the Press Office of the External Relations Department. In January 2000 she joined Telecom Italia as Head of Sponsorships and Group Events, both domestic and international. In 2003 she began Head of Media Management & Sponsorships, in charge of defining Telecom Italia’s media plans Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and France. Ms. Carlotta Ventura received a scholarship for the Sutton Hoo Research Project at the University of York. She holds an honorary fellowship in Communications Science, Instruments and Strategies of Corporate Communication at the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy of LUMSA University in Rome, among others. Ms. Carlotta Ventura is also Board Member of Audipress until and AudiWeb. She collaborated with the Italia Oggi daily newspaper, where she wrote about communications-related issues, and contributed to university textbooks on Business and Communication.

Davide Benello

Mr. Davide Benello serves as Lead Independent Director at Telecom Italia S.p.A. since July 2016. On April 16, 2014 he became a member of the current Board of Directors of Telecom Italia S.p.A. and is Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is Lead Indipendent Director in Telecom Italia from July 2016. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Arts in Mathematics and from Harvard Business School with a Masters of Business Administration. He was a Second Lieutenant at Scuola Militare Alpina in Aosta, where he was named Head Cadet. He developed his career at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he is now a Director Emeritus. From 1982 to 2011 he was Director and in 1988 he was elected a Partner. He developed a deep knowledge of the telecommunications, insurance, and industrial sectors. He served multinational clients in almost all European countries, in the United States, and in Asia. He had strategic and operating leadership roles at the firm: global roles for the election and evaluation of Partners; member of the U.K. Executive Committee with supervision over personnel and leadership of the Telecom, Media and High Tech Practice; leader of the Strategy Practice in Europe and of the Mobile Commerce Strategic Initiative. Since 2011 he is an independent non-executive Director of the Board of Telekom Malaysia and in 2014 he has been an independent non-executive Director of the Board of Rostelecom in Russia. From 2011 to 2014 he has been Global Ambassador at Monitise, the global leader in mobile financial services. Since 2013 he is a Trustee of the American Air Museum in Britain. From 2014 Benello is non-executive Director in Orthox ltd. In 2015 he was appointed independent non-executive Director of Tungsten Corporation plc and member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of Governing Body of King’s College London Maths School, a non-profit organization.

JEAN PAUL SAMUEL Fitoussi

Prof. Jean Paul Fitoussi serves as Director of Telecom Italia SpA since April 16, 2014. He is also Temporary Chairman of the Audit, and chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees of the Company. He is Professor of Economics at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, where he has served since 1982 and whose Scientific Committee he now chairs. He was appointed Chairman of the Observatoire Francais des Conjonctures Economiques. He began his academic career as contract professor at the University of Strasbourg. From 1979 to 1983, he taught at the European Institute in Florence, and in 1984 he was visiting professor at the University of California. In 1998 he was appointed Director of the Ecole Normale Superieure. In 1997 he became a Member of the Prime Minister’s Council for Economic Analysis. In 1996 he became Member of the Commission Economique de la Nation. He has been Secretary of the International Economic Association since 1984 and since 2000 he holds the position of Specialist for the Economic and Monetary Committee of the European Parliament. From 1990 to 1993, he was Chairman of the Economic Council of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He was appointed Managing Editor of the Revue et Lettre de l’OFCE and Member of the Editorial Board of Labour and The International Journal of Development Planning Literature, Member of the Scientific Committees of the International Labour Review, and Internationale Critique. He has written for French and foreign newspapers, including La Repubblica and Le Monde. He is Chairman of OFCE and founder of its International Economic Policy Group (of which he is a Member). He received various awards including the Honorary Deanship of the Faculty of Economics in Strasbourg, Honoris Causa degree at the Buenos Aires University, and in his own country the decorations of Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite and Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur. After graduating in International Relations from Georgetown University, he started his career in 1977, as a film producer. In 1990, he formed Quinta Communications. Ms. Francesca Cornelli serves as Independent Director at Telecom Italia S.p.A. since July 2016. On April 16, 2014, she became a member of the current Board of Directors of Telecom Italia S.p.A. and is member of the Control and Risk Committee. She is Professor of Finance at London Business School. She is the Director of the Coller Institute of Private Equity, a research institute of the London Business School. She previously held positions or taught at the Wharton School, the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, The London School of Economics, the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and the New Economic School in Moscow. Her interests include corporate governance, private equity, privatization, bankruptcy, IPOs and innovation policy. Her latest publications concern a research on short sales, manager incentives, a research regarding the impact of investments from private equity companies on the board and another one concerning the importance of increasing transparency in the companies and its effects on the manager incentives. She has published several papers in the major finance and economic journals and she gives regular talks in major conferences and Universities and international institutions. She is director of the American Finance Association, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Banque de France Foundation, and a Research Fellow of the Center for Economic and Policy (CEPR). She is an editor of the Review of Financial Studies, and she has been an associate editor of the Journal of Finance, of the Journal of Financial Intermediations and of the Review of Economic Studies. She is a member of the board of Cofide, Swiss Re Europe, Swiss Re International and Telecom Italia. She obtained her B.A. at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, in Milano, Italy, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics at Harvard University, USA.

Prof. Lucia Calvosa serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Telecom Italia SpA since August 5, 2011. She also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Since 2005, she has been in the Board of Directors of Teatro Pisa Foundation and of Arpa Foundation. Since 2009, she has been in the Board of Directors of Chamber of Commerce of Pisa. From June 2008 until April 2011, she served as Chairman of Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato SpA. In 2005 she was awarded the Order of Cherubino. Additionally, she was appointed Chairman of the degree course in Economics and Commerce and served two terms of office. She is Chairman of the Scientific Teaching Committee of her Regional Association of Chartered Accountants and Member of the Board of Academic Tutors for postgraduate research in Italian and international commercial law at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.
