Michaelis, Peter Mr. Peter Michaelis has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Austria AG since June 28, 2001. He is Chairman of the Company’s Personnel and Nomination Committee, Chairing and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee He is also Member of the Supervisory Board of OMV AG, Austrian Airlines AG, Oesterreichische Post AG and APK-Pensionskasse AG. He worked for Mannesmann from 1975 as Executive Vice President and Head of the Department Global Markets at Atecs Mannesmann AG. He then joined OEIAG, where he is Chairman since July 1, 2001.
Ametsreiter, Hannes Mr. Hannes Ametsreiter has been Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Austria AG since April 1, 2009. He is also Head of the Fixed Net segment, Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Austria TA AG and Chief Marketing Officer of mobilkom austria AG. He was previously a Member of the Management Board and Head of the Fixed Net segment from January 1, 2009. He studied journalism and communication studies in Salzburg, together with sport science. From July 2005 until June 2006 he was CMO of Mobiltel, a member of the mobilkom austria group, in Bulgaria. Mr. Ametsreiter continues his professional development with executive level courses at top universities such as Stanford and INSEAD, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Mobiltel, Vipnet, Si.mobil, paybox austria, A1 BANK and Omnimedia. As of July 1, 2007 Mr. Ametsreiter was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Telekom Austria TA AG.
