Ferit Sahenk

 Mr. Ferit Faik Sahenk has been performing as Chairman of the Board of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. since April 18, 2001. He is the founder of Garanti Yatirim Menkul Kiymetler A.S., where he also served as Vice President. He previously acted as Chief Executive Officer of Dogus Holding and Chairman of Dogus Automotive. He is currently Chairman of Dogus Group and Turkish-American Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board, as well as Vice President of the Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD). He also serves as President of TUSIAD's Economic and Financial Affairs Commission. He is Member of the World Economic Forum, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Alliance of Civilizations Initiative and the Ambrosetti Forum. He is also Member of the Advisory Board of MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Sahenk graduated from Boston College with a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Human Resources.

Suleyman Sozen

 Mr. Suleyman Sozen has been performing as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. since July 8, 2003. He joined the Bank in 1997, and served in various positions. He worked in the Finance Ministry as Chief Auditor, and since 1981, has worked in various posts in the private sector, mainly focused on financial institutions. He joined the Bank in 1981, and has worked in managerial positions, including Internal Controller, Human Resources Group Manager, Credit Cards Manager, Financial Analysis Coordination Manager and Financial Monitoring Manager.  Advocate Avni Aydin Duren has been performing as Vice General Manager of Legal Services and Personal Risk Follow-up of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. since January 2, 2009. He previously acted as Chairman of Garanti Payment Systems, and as Board Member of Garanti Bank International, Garanti Bank Moscow and the Society for the Protection of Nature. Mr. Ozen received his BA degree in Economics from State University of New York, School of Economics. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Erhan Adali

 Mr. Erhan Adali serves as Vice General Manager of Loans at Turkiye Garanti Bankasi AS. He graduated from Istanbul University Department of Public Administration. Starting his career in Garanti at Internal Audit Department in 1989, he lastly served as the CEO of Garanti Pension. He was appointed to his current position in August 2012.

Onur Genc

 Mr. Onur Genc is Vice General Manager of Retail Banking at Turkiye Garanti Bankasi AS. He graduated from Bogazici University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and earned his graduate degree from Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. Starting his career in 1996 in the US and lastly acting as the Senior Partner and Country Director of a global management consultancy, Mr. Genc joined Garanti in March 2012 as Executive Vice President responsible for Retail and Private Banking. Turgay Gonensin

 Mr. Turgay Gonensin has been performing as Vice General Manager of Commercial Banking of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. since December 15, 2001. He joined the Bank in 1987, where he worked at various departments.  Mr. Faruk Nafiz Karadere joined Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. on May 1, 1999, and has been performing as Vice General Manager of SME Banking since then. Gokhan Erun

 Mr. Gokhan Erun has been performing as Vice General Manager of Human Resources and Investment Banking of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. since September 1, 2005. He joined the Bank's Treasury Department in 1994, and served as Head of the Commercial Marketing and Sales Unit between 1999 and 2004.  Mr. Manuel Pedro Galatas Sanchez Harguindey is Board Member of Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. He is also Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He is an undergraduate degree and 28 years of work experience. He has a degree in Business Administration and International Finance from Georgetown University. After working as an executive at various private corporations, he joined Argentaria (today BBVA) in 1994.
