Hezy Shaked |
Mr. Hezy Shaked serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tillys Inc. He co-founded the Tilly’s concept in 1982 and formed the company in 1984. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since the inception and has served as the Chief Strategy Officer since February 2011. Mr. Shaked will continue to serve as Chairman of Board of Directors following completion of this offering. From September 2008 to February 2011, Mr. Shaked served as President and Chief Executive Officer. From September 2006 to September 2008, Mr. Shaked served as Co-Chief Executive Officer. From inception to September 2006, Mr. Shaked served as President and Chief Executive Officer. As the company's Co-Founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Shaked has a knowledge and understanding of all facets of business and has developed professional relationships during his 29 years of experience in the retail industry. Through his experience and knowledge of the company's operations and the industry in which the companycompete, Mr. Shaked is well-suited to serve as Chairman of the board of directors. |

Mr. Daniel Griesemer serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Tillys Inc. He has served as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2011, has served on the company's board of directors since April 2011. Mr. Griesemer previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Coldwater Creek, Inc., a publicly traded national specialty retailer, from October 2007 through September 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Griesemer served as Coldwater Creek, Inc.’s President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2007 through October 2007, its Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from January 2005 through March 2007, its Executive Vice President of Retail from April 2004 through January 2005 and its Senior Vice President of Retail from October 2001 through April 2004. From 1989 through 2000, Mr. Griesemer held a number of progressively more responsible positions with Gap, Inc., and ultimately served as Divisional Merchandise Manager for Gap, Inc. Mr. William Langsdorf serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tillys Inc. He has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2007. From 2004 to February 2007, Mr. Langsdorf served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Blue Retail Group, Inc., or Anchor Blue, a specialty retailer. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Langsdorf served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Wet Seal, Inc., or The Wet Seal, a specialty retailer. She has served on the company's board of directors and as Chairperson of the company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since April 2011.
