Chau Lin Wong

 Ms. Wong Chau Lin has been President Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk since 1996. She is one of the Company's founders. She was previously Commissioner of the Company from 1987 to 1996. She is also President Commissioner of PT Temas Lestari from 2002. She was President Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Tirtamas Express from 2000 to 2003.

Harto Khusumo

 Mr. Harto Khusumo has been President Director of PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk since 2002. He is one of the Company's founders. He is Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Tirtamas Express and PT Temas Lestari from 2003. Previously, he was Commissioner and Director of PT PBM Jasa Trisari from 2000 to 2003, President Director of PT Temas Lestari from 2002 to 2003 and PT PGM Olah Jasa Andal from 1997 to 2003 and Director and Commissioner of PT Dermaga Emas Jaya from 1987 to 2002 and 1989 to 1990 respectively.

Sutikno Khusumo

 Mr. Sutikno Khusumo has been Director of PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk since June 18, 2007. Previously, he served as Vice President Director and Director of the Company from 2004 to June 30, 2005 and 2003 to 2004 respectively. He is also President Director of PT PBM Olah Jasa Andal and PT PBM Jasa Trisari from 2002 and Director of PT Temas Lestari from 2002.  Ms. Suzan Gazali has been Independent Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk since 2003. She was the Company's Group Advisor from 2002 to 2003. She was Head of Sales and Credit Services in the Corporate and Institutional Banking Division of Standard Chartered Bank Group, which she joined in 1990, from 1999 to 2001. Prior to this, she started her career in Bank of Trade in Los Angeles, USA in 1987. She holds Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of La Verne, California, the United States, in 1987.

 Mr. Robert Hasiholan Sianipar serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas. Earned his Master of Management (Marketing Concentration) in 1998 and nearly 40 years involved in the harbour as a field practitioner. Throughout his long career, he assumed the role in various companies such as President Commissioner of PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (2004-2010), Director of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III in Surabaya (2004-2009), President Director of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia – Tanjung Priok (2002-2004), Vice Chairman of the Board of Integrated Quality Control in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (2002), Head of Division at the Board of BPP-Tanjung Priok Port (1991-1995) and in Palembang Port (1996-1998), Chief of Port Security Unit in KPLP Detachment Office in Tanjung Priok Port (1983), and his breakthrough in the field of management occurred in 1974 on the Board of Port of Tanjung Priok.
