Name Description

Adrian Di Marco

 Mr. Adrian Di Marco is Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Technology One Limited. He was appointed to the Board on December 8, 1999. He founded the Company in 1987 after experience in the software industry in the area of scale fixed time and fixed price software development projects to meet client specific requirements. Mr. Di Marco has more than 25 years experience in the software industry. He has been responsible for all operational aspects of the Company, as well as the strategic direction of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science and is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Member of the Company's Executive Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

 Mr. Rodney Hooper is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Technology One Limited. He was appointed as Company Secretary on July 8, 2011. He has been employed with TechnologyOne since January 2009.

Edward Chung

 Mr. Edward James Chung is Operating Officer – Corporate Services and Executive Director of Technology One Limited. Mr. Chung is Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce. Prior to joining the Company as Operating Officer – Corporate Services, Mr. Chung was Chief Financial Officer of Queensland Rail, a finance team of approximately 300 staff where he was responsible for the areas of accounting, tax and treasury functions, as well as strategy and merger and acquisition activity.  Mr. John Mactaggart has been Non-Executive Director of Technology One Limited since December 8, 1999. Mr. Mactaggart has experience across many industries, including export of animal products, food processing, industrial fasteners, manufacturing of building equipment, and computer hardware and software. Mr. Mactaggart is Director of a number of companies. Mr. Mactaggart, through JL Mactaggart Holdings Pty Ltd, is founding shareholder of TechnologyOne. Richard Anstey

 Mr. Richard Charles Anstey has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Technology One Limited since December 2, 2005. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications industries and in associated investment banking roles. For the past 23 years he has been building and managing his own companies. The first, Tangent Group Pty Ltd, established a reputation for the development of software and strategic management consultancy for the banking and finance sector. After the sale of Tangent, he co-founded InQbator in 2000, an early stage investment group focused upon the technology, telecommunications and life sciences sector. InQbator manages a Federal Government-backed seed fund and a portfolio of 14 active companies across Australia. In 2006, Mr. Anstey continued his career in venture capital by co-founding iQ Capital Management Pty Ltd, which manages iQ Fund 3. Mr. Anstey is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Kevin Blinco

 Mr. Kevin Phillip Blinco has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Technology One Limited since April 1, 2004Mr. Blinco is former Director of accounting firm Moore Stephens. His knowledge is respected and acknowledged throughout the business community. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business. He is Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee and Member of the Executive Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Ronald McLean

 Mr. Ronald (Ron) McLean is Independent Non-Executive Director of Technology One Limited. He has more than 30 years experience in the software industry, having held senior positions in companies in Australia and overseas, including the multi-national computer manufacturer NCR Corporation. Mr. McLean joined the Board as Non-Executive Director in 1992, was appointed as General Manager in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 1999, and Chief Executive Officer of Operations in 2003. Mr. McLean resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Operations on July 15, 2004, and remains Non-Executive Director. He is Chairman of the Company’s Executive Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
