Name Description

Tetsuro Higashi

 Mr. Tetsuro Higashi has been serving as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and Representative Director of Tokyo Electron Limited since April 4, 2013. Mr. Higashi joined the Company in April 1977. He previously served as Managing Director in the Company, as well as Chairman of a subsidiary, Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings, Inc.

 Mr. Tetsuo Tsuneishi has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Tokyo Electron Limited since April 1, 2011. Mr. Tsuneishi joined the Company in April 1976.
