Name Description

Peter Wakkie

Mr. Peter N. Wakkie has held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TomTom NV since May 1, 2014. He has been Member of the Company's Supervisory Board since April 28, 2004. He is Member of the Remuneration Committee, as well as Chairman of the Selection and Appointment (Nominating) Committee of the Company. Apart from his current duties at TomTom NV he is Founding Partner of Spinath + Wakkie BV; Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wolters Kluwer NV and Member of the Supervisory Board of BCD Holdings NV. During his professional career he also acted as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Group NV, ABN AMRO Bank NV; Member of the Executive Board of Koninklijke Ahold NV. Mr. Peter N. Wakkie graduated from Utrecht University with a Law degree in 1972. With a background in law, he was Member of the Executive Board of Royal Ahold NV from 2003 until December 2009.

Harold Goddijn

Mr. Harold Goddijn has been Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of TomTom NV since 2001. He studied Economics at the Universiteit van Amsterdam (Amsterdam University), and started his career with a venture capital firm. He then founded Psion Netherlands BV in 1989 as a joint venture with Psion Plc and in 1991 co-founded TomTom. He continued to lead Psion Netherlands BV, developing it into a key European distributor for Psion. In 1998 he was appointed Managing Director of Psion Computers and served on the Board of Psion Plc from 1998 to 1999.

Douglas Dunn

Mr. Douglas (Doug) J. Dunn has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TomTom NV since May 13, 2005. He is Member of the Company's Audit Committee. Apart from his current duties at the Company he is Non-Executive Director of Soitec SA and Global Foundries and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BE Semiconductor Industries NV. On his retirement in December 2004, he had for the previous five years been Chief Executive Officer and President of ASML Holding NV. Prior to this, he was Member of the Board of Management of Royal Philips Electronics NV, and Chief Executive Officer of its Consumer Electronics division (1996-1999) and its Semiconductor Division (1993-1996). Before joining Philips, Mr. Dunn was from 1980 through 1993, Managing Director of the Semiconductor and Components division of General Electric Company Plc. Prior to that, he held various Engineering and Senior Management Positions in the United States of America and the United Kingdom with Motorola Semiconductors. Mr. Douglas (Doug) J. Dunn holds a Higher National Qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the College of Advanced Technology, Sheffield University.

Taco Titulaer

Mr. Taco Titulaer has served as Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of TomTom NV since August 1, 2015. Before joining TomTom in 2005, he spent eight years with KPN, where he held various management roles in Finance and Investor Relations. Mr. Taco Titulaer holds a Masters degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen.

Alain De Taeye

Mr. Alain De Taeye has been Member of the Management Board of TomTom NV since October 2008. He graduated as engineer-architect from the University of Gent. After having done research work in the field of Operations Research at the Business School of the Gent University, he founded Informatics & Management Consultants (I&M) where next to IT consultancy, he continued his work on digital map databases and routing. In 1989 I&M was integrated into the Dutch Tele Atlas group and as of 1990 he headed Tele Atlas. During this period he introduced Tele Atlas on both the Frankfurt and the Amsterdam Stock Exchanges.

Anita Elberse

Ms. Anita Elberse has held the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at TomTom NV since May 1, 2014. She is Member of the Company's Audit Committee. She is the Lincoln Filene Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. She joined the Harvard Business School in 2003, where she teaches a popular MBA course on the entertainment business, is the faculty chair of a new executive education program on that sector, and teaches in other short programs for executives. She has conducted dozens of case studies on entertainment businesses and personalities and is acclaimed for her work on digital-media strategies. Her work is frequently quoted in international media. Ms. Anita Elberse holds a PhD from London Business School, a MA in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California and a MA in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam.

Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker

Ms. Jacqueline A. Tammenoms Bakker has held the position of Member of the Supervisory Board at TomTom NV since May 1, 2014. She is Member of the Company's Audit Committee, as well as of the Selection and Appointment (Nominating) Committee. Apart from her current duties at TomTom NV she is Member of Supervisory Board of CNH Industrial NV, Unibail- Rodamco and the Groupe Wendel; Chairman of the Van Leer Group Foundation (NL) and Member of the advisory board of the Bath School of Management (UK). She joined Shell International in 1977 and held a variety of positions in the Netherlands, the U.K. and Turkey. In 1989, she joined McKinsey & Company where she worked as a consultant. From 1995 to 1999, she was Vice-President Foods Europe for Quest International, a Unilever subsidiary. In 1999, Jacqueline moved to the public sector. From 1999 to 2001, she was director of Gigaport, a public-private initiative to roll out broadband networks in the Netherlands, and then from 2001 to 2007, she was a Director-General at the Ministry of Transport in the Netherlands, responsible for Civil Aviation and Freight Transport. From 2006 to 2007, she was Chairwoman of the High Level Group for the future of aviation regulation in Europe, reporting to the EU Commissioner for Transport. Jacqueline currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of CNH Industrial NV (NL-UK) and as Member of the Supervisory Board of Unibail-Rodamco (FR) and the Wendel Group (FR). Mrs. Jacqueline A. Tammenoms holds a BA degree in History and in French from Oxford University and a MA degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies in Washington D.C.

Ben van der Veer

Mr. Ben van der Veer has been Member of the Supervisory Board of TomTom NV since October 1, 2008. He is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Apart from his current duties at the Company he acts as Non-Executive Director of RELX Group PLC, RELX PLC and RELX NV and Member of the Supervisory Board of AEGON NV, Koninklijke Friesland Campina NV and Amsterdam Museum. His former positions included Member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Imtech NV; Member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Nederland NV. In 1987 he was appointed as partner of KPMG and from 1989 he was Chairman for the Amsterdam office. Ben joined the board of management in 1997 and was elected Chairman of the board of management in 1999. In this capacity he joined the international board of the KPMG network. In 2005 Ben was elected as Chairman of the board of the EMEA region, one of KPMG's three international regions. In this leading position he also became a member of the international management committee of the KPMG international network. Ben retired from KPMG in September 2008.
